מיקום מעולה, צוות מאוד חברותי. החדרים היו בגודל טוב. הזמנו חדר עם מיטת קינג שהייתה בגודל טוב ומאוד נוחה.

מלון טוב מיקום נהדר חדרים בסדר והצוות חברותי. ממליץ עליו לכל אחד שמבקר הניו יורק סיטי.

המים במקלחת היו קרים. לאחר 3 תלונות, ההנהלה סוף סוף תיקנה את זה. מיזוג האוויר לא עבד כראוי. למרות שהטמפרטורה בחוץ הייתה בין 4 ל-10 מעלות, החדר היה מאוד חם במהלך הלילה. מיזוג האוויר עבד במלוא העוצמה והחדר עדיין היה חם.

הזמנו טיול משפחתי לניו יורק. המקום היה ממוקם בצורה מושלמת ליד Times Square (במרחק הליכה קצרה אפילו עם ילד בן 4) אבל באיזור מרוחק מכל הרעש. כמו כן, הכניסות לרכבת התחתית היו מאוד קרובות למלון. הייתה גישה נהדרת בשביל לראות את Times Square, מרכז רוקפלר, סנטרל פארק ועוד הרבה מעבר. צוות המלון היה נהדר, חברותי והציע עזרה ועצה כאשר היה צורך בכך. החדר היה נקי ובגודל סביר עבור ניו יורק. המקרר והמיקרוגל בחדר היוו בונוס נחמד בשביל טיול עם משפחה. המלון היה מושלם עבור הטיול שלנו. היה לנו מקום נחמד ונקי כדי לנוח בו והוא היה קרוב מספיק כדי שנוכל לחזור אליו לתנומת צהריים בשביל הילדים.

אהבנו את השהייה שלנו אבל כל האקסטרות היו מאוד יקרות. המכבסה באופן מיוחד הייתה יקרה. היה יכול להיות נחמד אם אפשר היה להרתיח מים ולהכין כוס קפה כשרוצים. יוצא עדיף לאכול ארוחת בוקר מעבר לפינה.

מיקום מצויין ל- Times Square ולאזור התיאטרון. כמו כן רק 15 דקות הליכה ל- Columbus Circle/Lincoln Center אם דחוף לך. תסכול מינורי היה החוסר במדף להניח עליו כלי רחצה בחדר האמבטיה ומעט מידי שקעים לחשמל, מה שמצופה מבנין ישן אך משופץ.

המשפחה שלנו יצאה לחופשת אביב. החדר היה גדול במושגים של ניו יורק ומאוד נקי. הצוות היה ידידותי כל כך ומכניס אורחים. מלון שקט, למרות שהוא קרוב כל כך לכל ה-action ב - Time Square. בהחלט אתארח שם שוב.

החבר שלי ואני הזמנו חדר במלון הזה ללילה אחד כאשר העיפו אותנו מן הדירה שלנו לצורך שיפוצים דחופים. כל מה שרצינו היה מלון ארבעה כוכבים (שבא כמובן עם הנוחיות של ארבעה כוכבים כמו מיטה נקיה, רצפה נקיה, חדר נקי) שנהיה מסוגלים לישון בו. החדר נראה כאילו יצא מהסרט ההוא 'חדר 1408'...ישן ודוחה. הוא היה נקי באופן יחסי וללא פרעושים אבל לא היה כמו בית! הנחנו חולצות על הכריות רק למקרה ש...המלון הזה זקוק להרמת פנים ולכמה שמיכות חדשות כי נראה ש 'משהו' נשפך עליהן. בפעם הבאה אשוב לשרתון.

למלון הישן הזה יש רמה וקסם. תהיו מוכנים לזה שלא קיימים בו אביזרי הנוחות המודרניים, אבל הצוות מאוד נחמד ומכניס אורחים והמלון נקי. אם יש לכם כוונה לשבת במלון רב הזמן, זה כנראה לא המלון בשבילכם אבל הוא מצויין ללינת לילה פשוטה.

הפגם היחידי היה שמיזוג האויר עשה קולות שקשוק לילה אחד והייתי צריכה לכבות אותו. חוץ מזה, אחד מהטובים שהתארחתי בהם בעיר ניו יורק. היה שווה.

Elevator very slow

While pricey, the Belvedere certainly came through on a comfort standard. It was like living in the lap of luxury for a night. Loved it!

Perfectly located for Theatre District. Rooms large by N.Y.C. standards and well maintained. Bathrooms with little storage space but modern fixtures. No gift shop and restaurant open for breakfast only but all these amenities located within a block. Front lobby well staffed and very helpful. Our only real quibble was with the elevators which are too slow and inadequate at peak hours. Overall, we would gladly stay here again.

We liked the Hotel Belvedere very much. The staff was more than adequate and the hotel itself is just lovely. Older, yet so well done. The only thing that I could ask for would be a little better elevator service. I would recommend this hotel.

The Belvedere is beautiful and the location cannot be beat.

On the positive, large (especially for NYC) rooms and clean. Stayed for 4 nights and was very comfortable. Location is brilliant 1 block from time square. Not cheap but cheaper than most other places in midtown and with much bigger rooms. Not so positive - Need to allow extra 20 minutes to get in to or out of hotel as lifts are pathetically slow. At busy times, it's much quick to take the stairs, even from the 15th floor. WI-FI restricted to one device per access code which is unhelpful. Breakfast ok, but why would you have breakfast here given the other choices in the neighborhood?? Everything on your doorstep.

Just back from fab hols in Newyork. stayed in Hotel Belvederr which had been recommended and did not dissppoint. perfect location, room and bed spacious and very comfortable. Appreciated facility to make coffee in morn though as a tea drinker i would have liked a small kettle in room rathet than using mictowave! Would def return.

We had a great stay with you. The only thing I missed was a comfy chair to sit and read in, otherwise it was a great say and I will stay with you again.

The Belvedere Hotel was just right. Great location, lovely room. The only negative was the check in staff weren't very friendly but otherwise we had no complaints.

I've stayed here many times; a superb location. I like to stay here on trips with friends as they usually have availability for rooms with two double beds. The pillows could be a little softer, but overall a great choice for midtown. A small fridge in the room is a nice convenience as well.

Our stay was great and the beds were very comfy! We got used to the New York street noise pretty quickly, and as far as hallway noise in the hotel...there wasn't any! It was terrific not to hear people in the hallway, like in many hotels! We will be back :)

I think your price is high enough, that you don't have to charge for computer use and also wifi connection. Mst good hotels no longer do that.

Please reward the lady working for hotels.com who led me to choose the NY Belevedere Hotel. She was right on the target for my needs and the hotel was most accomodating for all of my specific requests. She was so kind and knowlegeable on the phone, much better than typing into a non-feeling computer. The Belevedere was way above my expectations for NY hotels, and altho pricey like all others, it was our best hotel experience and we have tried 3 others in Midtown Manhattan. We'll return, thanks to Hotels.com and your outstanding agent. Hoping I speak to the same female professional next time I call! Give her a raise and let us know of any deals at the Belvedere in the future please. Gratefully, LM Smith

I enjoyed my stay at the Belvedere hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. The breakfast was just ok. The elevator was terrible however! I am slightly claustrophobic and the lift was packed at peak times and as we were on the 15th floor it would stop at every floor on the way down and there was no air! Aside from the lift I enjoyed my stay at the Belvedere and would recommend it to others.

staff was very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Rooms were renovated and updated, but somewhat small. Need to update chairs in room for additional seating. Elevators were very slow and a long line of people always waiting and stopping at many floors at once.

Hotel staff was very friendly.. Room was spacious and clean. Very close to Theaters.. About a five minute walk to see Jersey Boys.

Stayed 10 nights and was so pleased I did. My room was on 17th floor and consisted of a kitchen area with microwave and small fridge. No eating utensils but these can be purchased around the corner from grocery. Fantastic and a little quieter area but so close to everything 2 min walk to time square and all the theatres. I did walk to central park and Macy's and noted that the hop on hop off bus was around the corner if you like that sort of thing. Bathroom was a little small but great for one person. All staff polite and helpful. Lots of restaurants in both directions. Yes the elevators are a little slow but no problem. My only concern would be the noise of the air conditioning, if you were a light sleeper it would definately keep you awake. I would definately go back.

I was very pleased with the room. If anyone says the rooms are small -- hey it's NY. If you want to see small rooms, go to London. The bed was VERY comfortable Large queen size bed. Big bath tub. High cealing so the shower was very nice. In room safe was large enough for the iPad. Mid week the TV didn't work. I let them know at the front desk as we left for the day and it was fixed when we returned that evening. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot and cold foods. Walking distance to just about everything. Nice neighborhood just off 8th Ave.

The hotel was fine and nothing was different than how it was described, but I've stayed in nicer hotels for the same price in NYC. NYC is tricky because you're looking at a hefty minimum price no matter where you go. The room was fine, actually had a fridge and a separate sink, which was nice. The neighborhood was nice because it is right near everything yet it wasn't overrun with people. I'd stay there again depending on the deal.

Hotel belvedere was in a good location. Around the corner Was a market and plenty of restaurants to choose from including restaurant row. Hotel was clean good service and comfortable rooms. I would stay there again

Stayed with my wife for our one year anniversary. We have stayed at many different hotels in the area that were much more expensive. Belvedere was a great hotel at a great price. We would recommend it to anyone. The only negative part was the thin walls...we finally had a chance to sleep in but the housekeeping personnel was very loud in the hallway in the morning.

The staff was helpful. The hotel is old but pretty well maintained. The elevators are incredibly slow to the point we took the stairs a couple of times from the 14th floor. I would stay there again for a theatre marathon if I catch it on a special deal again.

Elevator capacity is bad, much to many people for the elevators what makes it a real problem in the morning and evening.

Great time thank you. Particularly appreciated the door man's willingness to get us cabs. Also appreciated the ability to check in at about noon.

The Belvedere is definitely in a great location! Was there 2 nights, and had to park my car, for a total of $650, which I think is too much. As everyone states, the elevators are a problem, I was on the 5th floor so I usually just took the stairs. The front desk and doormen are very friendly! The hotel is old and could use some updates. There is a little Italian restaurant next door that was wonderful, especially it's staff. I would stay there again, but only if the price was lower.

Stay some where else! There was way to much furniture for such a small space (more like a closet). The bed had divots the size of pot holes in it where you sleep. The pillows were like card board and the bed linens were pillared and disgusting! Also be careful of the tiled floor, when wearing socks it becomes a sheet of ice!

I will stay @ the Belvedere again. It is a beautiful old hotel!!

Great alternative to big name hotels. Oldish hotel, but rooms have been renovated. Great to have microwave and fridge in room. Fitness room is quite good. Elevators are SLOW SLOW SLOW...don't have to get downstairs in a hurry. It won't happen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
