היתה לי שהות נהדרת של 2 לילות במלון עם אשתי. המלון יפיפה והצוות ידידותי ומסייע. החסרון היחיד היה המחיר של האוכל והשתייה. האוכל היה טוב אז אולי זה מוצדק אבל 26 ליש"ט לבורבון וקולה זה שוד לאור יום. בהחלט אשוב רק אוכל ואשתה מחוץ למלון.

כל דבר ב- Principe di Savoia מצא חן בעיננו, מההתחלה ועד הסוף. כשהגענו מוקדם בבוקר, לאחר טיסת לילה מניו-יורק, איפשרו לנו להכנס לחדר מוקדם, שידרוג, ולאחר שסיפרנו שאנחנו חוגגים את יום הנישואין העשירי שלנו שלח לנו המלון בקבוק שמפניה בצרוף ברכותיו. ומשם, השירות היוצא מן הכלל נמשך. ראוי לציון מיוחד הוא Massimo מצוות הקבלה שהמליץ באוזננו על מסעדה מצויינת ואף הזמין עבורינו מקום זאת בנוסף לדאגה קבועה למלא את כל מחסורינו. בהשוואה למלונות הטובים בעולם שבהם התאכסנו ה- Principe di Savoia, בזכות הצוות שלו ובזכות הבניין היפה, בהחלט שווה מעמד גבוה.

המלון טוב למדי אך המיקום לא סיפק את הצרכים שלי

ה- Principe הוא מלון נחמד מאוד במילאנו שמספק שירות טוב ואירוח נחמד עבור המחיר. צוות הקבלה היה מאוד נחמד וצוות הקונסירייג' היה מאוד מסייע בנתינת המלצות למסעדות ואטרקציות. החדרים נחמדים ומאוד שקטים. אשהה שם שוב ואמליץ גם לאחרים.

ממליצה בחום על המלון הזה עם הסתייגות אחת: התארחתי שם שלוש פעמים, תמיד באותה רמת חדרים אך האיכות משתנה מעת לעת. אם תבקשו יחליפו לכם חדרים.

המלון היה ממש יפיפה. אני יכולה להבין מדוע הוא הבחירה של המעמד העליון. המחירים בחדר האוכל ובבר תואמים !! אך פקיד הקבלה בנעימות מצא עבורינו מסעדה קטנה וחביבה מעבר לפינה שהמחירים בה היו סבירים והאוכל נפלא. זה לקח קצת יותר מ20 דקות הליכה עד למרכז כך שהמיקום לא היה כל כך טוב אך זה היה מלון יפה ונוח.

זהו מלון יפה שממוקם לא הרחק מתחנת הרככבת. שירות הסעות העירה פועל עד השעה 6:30 אחרי הצהריים. הצוות מעולה ומאוד ידידותי.

התארחנו מספר פעמים ב -Principe di Savoia ובכל פעם היה מצויין. זהו מלון נאה, החדרים נעימים מאוד, השירות טוב, ספא טוב מאוד, ארוחת בוקר מעולה כך שהכל ממש מושלם. המלון נמצא רק חמש דקות נהיגה מה- Duomo, ומוצע שירות הסעות מידי 30 דקות. הדבר החשוב ביותר הוא שבהשוואה למלונות אחרים באותה רמה שממוקמים קרוב יותר למרכז, המחירים ב- rincipe di Savoia הם הטובים ביותר.

לדעתי מלון Principe Di Savoia הוא המלון הטוב ביותר שבו שהינו באיטליה. קיבלנו מחיר טוב בהזמנה דרך האינטרנט וחוויה טובה בשהייה שם. המלון מאוד מפואר, החדרים יפים ונקיים וגדולים בסטנדרט ארופי. שמחתי להתארח שם ונדהמנו משירות הלימוזין. בוודאי שאשמח להתארח כאן שוב אם נגיע שוב למילאנו ואמליץ על המלון לאחרים. תודה ל Hotels.com.

המלון הוא חלק מאוסף Dorchester כך שהוא טוב יותר ברמות רבות. הצוות היה לעיתים קר אך לעיתים היה מאוד משתף פעולה. במלון ברמה כזו הצוות חייב להיות הכי טוב. לא יתכן שצוות של מלון חמישה כוכבים יהיה קר או לא ידידותי. איכות החדרים היא מעולה ואכן שווה את המחיר. המיקום טוב, לא אזור כל כך טוב אך קרוב מספיק כדי לצעוד ברגל באזורים המיוחדים של מילאנו. בעבר כבר התארחתי במלון הזה בחדרים בסגנון עסקים או אישי ובוודאי עוד אחזור. הצוות, מכל מקום, דורש קצת עבודה, הם אינם מאה אחוז מצויינים כפי שהיו רוצים להחשב.

People were very friendly, hotel was very clean. The bar was expensive but the Friday night music was outstanding so it was worth it. The location was not a problem because they have shuttle to the center. We where there in December so we used the shuttle instead of walking. I think it will be a good walk on a nice day. We will definitely stay there again.

Short walk to the train station; beautiful decor; friendly desk staff; comfortable and attractive room; gorgeous breakfast room; manageable walk to many tourist sites.

An OK stay - worth considering again at the discount price but not a top hotel experiance for leisure stays but could be good for a short business trip

Very comfortable stay in an excellent hotel

This is a good hotel, not far from Doumo, like 10 min by walk. Large and clean room. But I didn't get breakfast included, so I had to pay 45 euro extra for it. Breakfast was good, but I don't think it cost that much.

An amazing 5 star hotel with the best Spa center !

A short taxi ride from the Central rail station (one subway stop) and the Duomo (two subway stops), this hotel provdes excellent service and all modern conveniences. It would be close to perfect if it did not charge for internet connection--an offensive practice in a fully priced upscale hotel.

Would highly recommend the hotel. It was perfect.

very nice hotel, but does not justify the prices. breakfast is not included, and a continental costs 45 euro!

Overall the hotel is very beautiful and the room was exceptionally comfortable. Likewise the morning breakfast, included in our price, was very good. We had a problem with a package missing from either the trunk of our car OR our room which we were never able to recover. Had it not been for this our stay would have been perfect. On a side note, the internet charge is the highest I've ever encountered, just include it in the price and avoid annoying your guests with a TWENTY SEVEN EURO surcharge.

Great hotel in a quiet and convenient nightborhood -- 25 minute wald to the Duomo, but the hotel has a free shuttle that will take you there if you don't want to walk.

Except for the overpriced continental breakfast, the Principe is a solid business hotel with the attraction of a good gym.

When so many hotels have forgotten the art of hospitality... This "GRAND DAME" of Milan shows it is not lost! I can not begin to express in words how amazing this hotel is. The amenities and just plain simple friendly atmosphere. KUDOS to the staff and concierge team. I can't wait for my next trip to Italy.

WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS HOTEL. VERY OLD WORLD, GREAT SERVICE, FRIENDLY CONCIERGE, EXCELLENT FOOD AT ITS RESTAURANT. OUR ROOM WAS READY ON ARRIVAL AND IT HAD ALL THE AMENITIES WE NEEDED, EXCEPT INTERNET SIGNAL DID NOT WORK . IT IS IMPORTANT TO US THAT WE ARE ABLE TO RECEIVE AND SEND MESSAGES VIA INTERNET. THERE WAS NO WIRELESS SIGNAL!!NONETHELESS, VERY HAPPY 3 DAYS THERE.

Excellent room, service, and accommodation of children in the Tower double room (very spacious). We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The storied Principe Savoia is well known by most business and leisure travelers and for good reason. The hotel is lovely and well situated. Unfortunately, this is where the experience parts company from the reputation. At nearly every turn, I found the staff to be confused, harried and frustrated which resulted in lost luggage, missing reservations and many sighs. Even when the hotel made an effort to "apologize" for their gaffs, it was done with a perfunctory effort and general lack of sincerity, which was generally followed by yet another mistake. While the errors could certainly be considered small, for a property of this level with rates that are certainly toward the top of the spectrum, the service level was a huge disappointment and bordered on amateurish. Before the 2 nights at the Savoia, I had spent 4 nights at the neighboring property of the Westin Palace. The staff at this location couldn't have been more professional and was even helpful in facilitating my move across the street, since they were fully booked. The Principe staff politely declined to assist me - even though I was an arriving guest. Not only will I not consider returning to this property, I will certainly actively recommend against this location.

Hotel is always great but for the price youare paying why is the internet not included

We were only in Milan for 2 nights and one day but were thrilled with this hotel. The service was excellent - in all parts of the hotel. The concierge desk was especially helpful in arranging a large taxi for the 4 of us to go the Malpensa airport at 5AM in the morning on the day of our departure. As we got off the elevator, the concierge was there to greet us and get our luggage to the taxi. This hotel was built in 1927 and has been refurbished but still has the charm of an older hotel - we loved all the inlaid wood details in the headboards and furniture. The room service and restaurant were quite expensive so we didn't eat at the hotel - but there were many restaurant options within walking distance of the hotel. It was also an easy walk to the shopping district. We also loved the pool and gym on the 10th floor - we felt very pampered. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel lives up to what you would expect from a five star hotel. It is Very Very expensive to dine there, . Staff very helpfull and friendly.

This hotel is well-located and the service is good. The main restaurant and the bar are very good. My only complaints are that (1) restaurants and bar are very expensive 22 euros for a drink (although you get nice snacks to go with it) and (2) although it's an old hotel, seems it could use an interior facelift. I would not stay there again and for the money there are probably better choices in Milan.

I used a free night from Hotels.com to stay at this hotel. I chose it to begin to overcome jet lag from flying from US to Milano. Close to Train station for next day trip - a top rate hotel. Food was, however, outrageously expensive, but fortunately there were ristorantes and bars within short walking distance.

Il Principe di Savoia è conosciuto come uno dei migliori alberghi al mondo. Il soggiorno risulta essere un'esperienza di altissimo livello sotto ogni aspetto. La colazione mattutina è incredibilmente varia, il personale gentilissimo e discreto, camere lussuose, prodotti da toilette dell'Acqua di parma, SPA e Fitness e Piscina al Club 10 (decimo piano dell'Hotel). Ingresso alla palestra e alla piscina compreso nel costo della camera, naturalmente i servizi della SPA sono a pagamento. Difficile trovare lati negativi. Un vero hotel 5 stelle Lusso.

TRaditionelles Haus mit äusserst freundlichem Personal. Top-Qualität im Foyer, Restaurant und Empfang, die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Hotellet er fantastisk! Elegant, stilig, rent og pent, godt vedlikeholdt (som de fleste Dorchester hoteller). Personalet er hyggelig, men kun de i resepsjonen behersker engelsk på høyt nivå. Hele hotellet er innredet med flotte møbler og dekorert med levende blomster (orkideer og roser) samt store glassflasker med sitrusluktende duftoljer i. Alt dette bidrar til et man får en spesiell nord-italiensk opplevelse på alle måter. Frokosten er dyr, men fantastisk god. Om du er så heldig å få kontinental frokost inkludert i prisen så er det mulig (og anbefales) å få oppgradert til buffet-frokost for 10 ekstra euros. Den er uforglemmelig god med stort utvalg av alt. Hotellet ligger cirka 15 minutters gåavstand fra shoppingdistriktet og cirka 20 minutter fra den mest sentrale Dom plassen. Men hotellets gratis drosje-tjeneste er inkludert, "Complimentary Limousine Shuttle". Det er en elegant svart Mercedes maxi-taxi som kjører hver 30 min. fra hotellet og tilbake og har 3 stoppe-steder i sentrum. Husk å ta med badetøy, fordi spa-avdelingen på 10. etasje er verdt et besøk. Gabriella

Excellent hotel with wonderful Grandhotel service. Exceptional breakfast a truly home away from home. Rooms are immaculate and spacious with all necessary modern technology the only slight critique is the expensive wifi
