Comfort Inn - מריסוויל

Staff very helpful and frindly & honest, we lost a cell phone and we recieved a call that it had been found in our room. Aminities were excellant.

My family enjoyed our overnight stay. The staff was very friendly and also very helpful! We will definately recommend to others. As well as choose to stay there again, when we are in the area. Your location was very convienant to restaurants, stores, and a few mins away from ORW, which where we were going. Thank you for your service!!

Our assigned room was locked from inside (??). Maintenance person had to break in by knocking off security lock. He said he would replace it but never did.

Loved the coffee available in the lobby. Some of the best coffee I have ever had in a hotel. Location was good, right off the interstate and close to restuarants and shopping.

First room had smoke odor so they changed us immediately. Pool and whirlpool very close and in very good condition. Room clean and bed comfortable. Convenient location for us.

It was a very nice hotel and we will book again in September when we come back,

The room was well maintained, and quiet despite the High School Softball team. Staff was very welcoming and accomadating and were able to supply us with a several complimentary items we had forgotten to pack. Overall, we couldn't have been happier. The only downside was that the juice machine in the lobby was acting up during breakfast and the juice was watery. However, the staff apologized to us for it without us having to complain about it first.

The room was comfortable and clean. Carpet seems new and clean. Linens were fresh and crisp. My only complaint was that the sofa and TV/Refrigerator stand were starting to show some wear. Not terribly but it was noticeable. Great location, nice staff and overall I had a good two night stay. Will stay again if in the area.

The housekeeping service was horrible. The room was never cleaned until late in the day and some days not at all. The pool water was cold and the hot tub was extremely hot.

My wife and I stayed here over a weekend recently for a conference and enjoyed very much. Our room looked like it had been recently updated. The fridge was neatly tucked into the entertainment cabinet, and was cold from the start. It appeared that they just recently upgraded to flat screen TV's, as the old screens were still setting in the staircase (but that was no problem to us. The pool and hot tub area was very nice, although the hot tub was almost set too hot for comfort (but then again, many motels turn theirs way down, so it depends what you like.) The morning breakfast was excellent! Nice variety, and the cook kept it well stocked. There was waffels, eggs, sausage, bread, fruits, yogurt and more. We asked for room service after the first night, and they did a nice job of cleaning up and restocking the sink and bathroom areas for us. For the price, we weren't sure what to expect, but I would say we were pleasantly surprised!

This hotel provided a very pleasant stay....smelled so fresh and clean and the bed was wonderful! Breakfast in the morning had great bagels and the coffee was soooooooooooooo good! The gentleman upon check-in was very pleasant!

The building is old and should be renovated. We stayed three nights but didn't get our sheets changed one of the nights??? The bed was extremely comfortable though.

In short, this was one of the nicest hotels I"ve ever stayed in. The hotel was in excellent condition and spotless clean. The king sized bed was a bit too soft for my personal taste but my wife loved it and suggested I bring the bed home with us. The hotel's breakfast buffet was the best I"ve ever enjoyed. The menu inclued eggs, sausage, freshly made waffels, cereal, bagels, and pastry. Of course there was juice, coffee, milk and tea. The eating area was spotless clean and very easy to relax in. Really, my wife was so impressed with this hotel that she wanted to move in. And the location was ideal; just minutes from SR33.
