Clean, convenient, easy access. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet adequate. Did not see an elevator for use to second floor.

It was a room with a bed and a shower. Nothing spectacular, but not a total flea pit either. Surrounding area was a bit questionable. Close on/off to highway and restaurants, grocery store, and gas stations, though. Reasonable price. Breakfast area was OK, everything crammed onto one counter, but plenty of tables.

I was enjoying some quality time with a friend so it was fine. Not as upgraded as other hotels & the walls seem thin. It sometimes had a weird odor but could have been just me. Overall it was a goos relaxing stay.

Good stay for very reasonable price. Good location. Everything you need within 1 mile radius. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. No elevator. Only two floors. Will have to carry luggage to 2nd floor. Traveller's Village Flea market less than a mile away. Brand new outlet mall across the street. Did not get to enjoy as we wanted only because it rained every day we were three. Great restuarant and fast foods within walking distance. Would stay again if in the area.

Hotel was decent, the room was clean. My only complaint was the free breakfast. I went down at 8:55 and they were already putting away the food and the only thing left was some nasty eggs. Next time will have to get there earlier.

Staff was helpful and professional. The restroom in our room leaked water from the vent which dripped directly onto the commode.

Management was great. I had to leave suddenly due to a death, after check out time, and was not charged for an additional day. Very nice hotel.

They made you feel at home... very courteous staff... would stay again...

The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and even able to get me in a room early so I could rest after a long week of meetings.

This hotel was very nice. We had stayed in another hotel near Dallas for the 4 nights prior and stayed here the night before flying home from Houston Hobby Airport. This is a very nice place to stay and very convenient to the airport, car rental return and the interstate. The decor is very nice in the rooms and around the common areas and very clean. We were given the type of room we asked for and it was very comfortable. The guest service agent was very pleasant and we checked in very fast. The only thing we noticed about this hotel that we could complain about at all was the noise from surrounding rooms. I am not sure whether it was the noisiness of the other guests or the building itself not being very soundproof. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel clerk Rodney was nice and very helpful. My room was very clean however the hotel could use some upgrading. Parking was bad due to all the big work trucks and equipment there.

It is great & comfortable to stay there. Staffs are friendly & helpful. Room is clean and tidy. One improvement is that breakfast need more refill.

The staff was very nice and helpful and it is not that the place is unclean or unsafe. I know these are very small issues, but I could smell cigarettes in the hallway and rooms, there is no vending machine for food and the coffee was really bad.

It was nice and comfortable but there was no elevator. Was not disclosed to us when we booked it.

We stayed for 4 nights. I repeated told them that the tub drained slowly. I was told they tried several things. The problem was never resolved. I ask for new remote batteries. Then had to go to the front desk to get them. The place is just older and is not being maintained.
