GOOD LOCATION AND IT WAS CENTRALLY LOCATED.

We don't have a lot to say, either really good, or really bad. We had 2 rooms over the Memorial Day weekend. At first, the hotel felt a little tired, but we weren't in the rooms much - it was a place to sleep while visiting family. Small televisions - not flat screen. The rooms were reasonably clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The continental breakfast was average. The dining area was small. The King room was definitely better that the 2 queen room. The pool was closed for renovation over the holiday weekend, which was disappointing. We mainly chose this hotel because it was one of the lowest priced choices in the area for what we needed.

We found the hotel to be average except for the breakfast which was below average for a continental. The coffee was awful (had a strange wang to it) and the selection was very limited. There was no fruit and just not much of a selection. Our room was fairly roomy because we got a suite, but the couch was prettty worn.

Staff was NOT friendly. The shower had a crack in it. The bathroom floor was wet when arrived, we never could get it dry even before we used the shower. Ceiling tiles missing in the hall. I was surprised that the room was clean and comfortable. I think the price was a bit much considering the overall appearance though.

Overall, the folks at the front desk were very sweet and accomodating. The key machine broke, so they had to let us in every time, but they were always very nice about doing it and made conversation. The reom was very quiet! Nice and comfortable.

Jacked up price for spring breakers traveling. This is a $60 a night hotel ,I'm guessing . Not $105. We slept, undisturbed. Main goal. Thank you.

The room was ok, but for the price, just fine. The furniture was old and the decor a bit shabby, but the location was convenient and the area quiet.

This place was terrible! Upon arrival, the gentleman was kind...that was the only positive aspect to this stay. Once we entered the room we noticed the latch to lock the door was broken, closet doors off the tracks, peeling night stand and less than stellar walls. Traveling alone with 3 kids made it worse. I also did not care for the CEMETARY that is located right in front of the hotel. Good thing I did not notice it until the morning when we left! Nasty breakfast, happy to leave that place! Felt unsafe, so much so that we stacked my daughter's stroller with luggage and put it in front of the door just in case. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Room was clean. Bed was not very comfortable. Good value for the price.

The room was clean and quiet being on the ground floor. Breakfast was just the basics. Price ended up being lower than I booked it so that was a nice surprise. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was extremely clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and curteous. Disappointed in the lack of hot water in the shower, and the shower drain did not work appropriately.

The room was large and clean. The furniture needed updated but the motel is under new management. We were told that the motel will be updated immediately. Management and staff were extremely courteous. Will defintely stay again.

There was no remote to the tv. After 10pm u have to wake up the attendant to get in. The housekeeper moved our things. We were very mad.

It was fine. The only complaint we had was the dated bathroom with black mold in the tub edges. Room had more convinences than the Radisson we stayed in at Nashville. The breakfast was very good. I think the employees should wait to eat after the coustomers have eaten.

Hotel was a little hidden. I did a Google map before we left. Thankfully, I knew the hotel was just after the Volvo dealership so that was a good landmark. It's on a busy road so making a left turn from the parking lot takes a lot of patience. One thing that bothered me was that the side entry door did not require key access so anyone could have access to the building at any time. We also had a hard time with our key cards working. One of us would have to swipe with the other had their hand on the door handle because you had about a nano second to get the door opened. Overall, it is a good location for a one night stay - which is what we did but for an extended stay I would look elsewhere. Staff was very friendly.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Employees were friendly and welcoming. Appreciated room near elevator for disabled spouse. Appreciated the inexpensive rate on hotel.com. Easy access from interstate.

The hotel staff was very nice, the room was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was also a nice surprise to see the selection. If another hotel is needed in Franklin I will be staying here again.

Positive: The bed was confortable Negative: The A/C made so much noise I couldn't sleep. No handles on the chest The keys quit working The sink drain would not work Missing light bulbs in the lamps

The hotel was dirty and old. The breakfast buffet was the worst I'd ever had. They only had carb options (waffles, cereal, bagels, toast or muffins). No fruit, no eggs, no yogurt, nothing else. Horrible. The entire hotel had a bad smell. The toilet almost fell out of the floor when you sat on it. The microwave in the room had grease stains and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in sometime. I won't go back.

I think this hotel needs maintanence. Drain in tub was extremely slow. Crack in bathroom ceiling that had a stream of water come from it when person above me used their room. Floor was drenched. I was on bottom floor and found two small sliding windows that did not lock. Why would you not protect your clients?

I was okay. Employees should probably not eat in the food area.

Suitable enough. AC system was loud -- I usually like the white noise of the fan in those units, but this was overpowering. Smokers in non-smoking rooms on my floor.

After reading other reviews, I have decided some people complain just to be complaining. We found our rooms and stay to be comfortable, clean & quiet. Someone complained because there was a cemetery close. Yes, a 200 year old Bapt. Cemetery. We found it to be quite interesting. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We were within a mile of many restaurants, and just a few miles from down town Nashville, just as we wanted. Also, we were about 4 miles from Franklin, on of the most historical towns in TN. Eight miles took us to Cheekwood Botanical Gardens. Also, we were within 30-60 minutes of a dozen or more antique stores, our main attraction. 25 minutes had us at the Parthenon, and Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital, where we visited friends. Overall, we would recommend this place, and would gladly stay again.

This is pretty much what you would expect with a budget hotel. Not much in the way of extras, clean but not spotless, springs missing on the sleep sofa, but for the price, it was just right.

This hotel is pretty bad. I got there and they were cleaning my room of empty beer bottles. Which does not lend an air of a family establishment. Next the room was in horrible condition. The chairs were falling apart. They had sheer curtains to the outside and in general it was very run down. In the night the fire alarm went off in the next room. I went to the front desk to let them know and the woman at the desk said she would call someone. I had to make her go and confirm there was no fire before I went back to sleep. It went off 2 more times in the night. I had to leave the hotel. I would highly suggest AGAINST this hotel

Stayed there 3 nights and never slept that hard! Stay on the back side and you'll have a wonderful view of the trees and birds.

I don't play golf and I do not need a fancy jacuzzi. I need a quiet clean friendly hotel with a convenient location at a good price. Using these criteria this place is a 6 out of 5 stars. It does not have a fancy work out room or Olympic sized pool. The breakfast offering s modest bu sufficient and well prepared. I have zero complaints and a LOT of praise. I am a professional, and travel a lot often on other people's expense accounts so I book at top places. This one was on me so i was a tad moderate in price range. For the price this place is great. and I will trade quietness and serenity for a lot of other amenities anytime.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. After parking I noticed a horrible smell that honestly smelled like wild animals. I look over at their dumpster to discover a half dozen raccoons crawling out of the top of it, hence the smell. Next to the parking there is a creepy cemetary, that hasn't had any up keep in decades. The "newest" grave marker was early 1800's. It honestly makes the hotel look rather trashy. Had problems using the door key. Several times. There is no "trick" I can share with you. You just have to keep trying the key over and over again. There so called "wireless" internet only works in the lobby. You can connect to there network in your room, but you won't be able to get access. Told the staff several times I could not connect and got the same story "it just started having problems this week". It wasn't until after that I read a review on this hotel that was over a month old and that person had the same issue that I did. Breakfast was horrible. Selection was bland and the milk was sour. I'd rather sleep in my car than stay at this hotel again.

It all started with a cemetery in the front of the hotel, we thought it might be an interesting night. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The rooms are old and need some remodeling. After removing the comforter, as I do in any room that still uses full comforters, there was a blanket that was wrinkled and thin and was too small for the bed, reminded me of an old camping blanket. After turning down the sheets to go to sleep I noticed the sheets were horribly stained. I wasn't sure if the sheets were even clean. Unfortunately it was late and instead of calling the front desk I chose to sleep in the other bed with my daughter. Lastly, while watching tv the screen became fuzzy with lines running through the picture. My daughter got out of bed and said "watch I bet if I hit the side of the tv it will be better" and that is exactly what happened. We both laughed at the whole experience and decided we would not return to this hotel again. There are so many other hotels in the area, skip this one.

I spent four nights at this hotel and was quite pleased with my experience. The internet was down 3 of the 4 days, which made things a bit tough since I do a lot of online work. However, the hotel staff worked diligently to resolve it. They were very nice and I would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at this hotel previously and it is in decline due to age. It needs some freshening up and would continue to be a fine hotel.

We loved our stay here. It is off the freeway and near a very very old and tiny cemetery. A newer neighborhood is situated just up the road. So yes, it is quiet! :-) The breakfast was the standard continental fare with two waffle makers as well as biscuits and gravy for guests who made it down before 9 A.M. Front office staff was always very nice and helpful. Basic hotel that I would bring my family back to.

The night staff was extremely friendly and the room was sufficient.. the free breakfast was pretty weak however, and it was REALLY crowded with guests, wasn't very comfortable...

I stayed at this hotel for a conference at another hotel down the road that was trying to charge more than triple the price. The lady who checked me in was not the most pleasant--she wasn't rude or anything but she looked like she didn't really want to be there--never smiled, but was efficient at checking me in. The room where the elevator was smelled a little musty, but everything appeared clean. My room was clean as a whistle when I got to it, and was quiet. The housekeeper(s) tidied up the room daily and replenished the coffee and towels that I used. Each day when I came down to either leave or get something from the breakfast bar, the morning guest services staff greeted me and were very pleasant and smiling. The breakfast bar certainly needs improvement, but I wasn't paying for breakfast--I was paying for a decent night's sleep, quiet, and a good shower. All in all, I think this hotel was a good deal for the price. I have worked in the hospitality business before at several different hotels, so I know a thing or two about how a hotel is supposed to be run and also how harsh guests can be. If the annual conference is in Franklin again next year, I will probably stay here again because the price couldn't really be beat.

Very convenient for a stop travelling north on I-65.
