Best Western Plus Denver International Airport Inn & Suites - דנבר

Our stay was terrible in every way. A pipe burst at Best Western and we were rerouted by a construction worker to the Days Inn next door. We had booked a queen suite at BW, which had two queen beds and a pull-out sofa. The room at DI had no pull-out sofa and was $50 less on hotels.com than the room we booked at BW. The elevator was broken at DI, so luggage had to be carried up the stairs. While the room did not smell of smoke, people had obviously been smoking in the hallways. The in-room movies did not work properly and did not play the movie that was selected. We had to go to the front desk to remove the movie from our bill. No compensation was offered by the hotel for the inconvenience, incorrect room-type, broken elevator, etc. Avoid both of these hotels, as there are plenty of other hotels to choose from in this area.

I booked a room at the Ramada inn and was not told it was a Best western and noone in the area knew either so I drove around for a hour looking for a Ramada inn and It really stunk. The hotel was great but that was a inconveince about the change.

We love this hotel. Always treated like family, clean rooms and great breakfast. Close to DIA perfect for parking you car with free shuttle to and from the airport.

The day we arrived was the day they switched from being a Ramada Inn to being a Best Western. They did not have my reservation but after several calls to Hotels.com ( who didn't know about the change) a hotels.com faxed them the reservation and they honored it. We were lucky, several customers were left on their own to find another hotel. After spending a week at Boy Scout camp with my son, we had some laundry to do. They had two standard washing machines, one that was out of order, and four dryers. the dryer vents were disconnected and vented into the room which made for a very humid room.

Clean and comfortable hotel, free internet and decent breakfast. Just used the hotel as a last stop before an early flight and it met all my needs.

We loved the indoor pool, the fluffy pillows, the clean looking and smelling room, and the delicious breakfast. It was a heaven after the other rooms we stayed at.

The hotel was easy to find and had all that we were looking for, continental breakfast, pool and DIA shuttle. We really liked that the shuttle was free and runs every half hour so. The breakfast was pretty decent as well.

The room was beautiful and clean. Nice beds and linens, but first we discovered that the phone did not work, they offered us another room, but we didn't really need the phone so we stayed, as the night wore on however it became painfully obvious that the AC was not working. Thankfully we were on the 3rd floor and could open a window which helped, but it made for a long night!!!

Great stay, very good location. Bed was a little firm for my liking but other than that, zero complaints. Room clearn, staff friendly, great breakfast. Will stay there again should the need arise.

This hotel is going through a name change and will soon be Best Western Plus. We stayed 6 nights while visiting family for an event. It's a bit of a drive to get to Denver and surrounding areas but it's the best area we've found to stay in. The room was comfortable and clean. The washing machine worked fine but the dryer was broken. They didn't have a sign on it so we put $3 into it. The front desk clerk gave us our money back but it didn't really help with our load of soaked clothes. Thankfully we had family there and were able to finish it there. We'd stay there again.

We stay for one night, since our flight was leaving early the néctar morning and it was great. Clean room and they cbarge you $5 per night to leave your vehicle there instead of the $8 per night at.the Long Term Airport Parking. Shuttle service to Airport was also right on point.

The shuttle service to/from the airport is a joint venture and the 'wait' to get to the hotel was too long. The trip back to the airport was fine. With this only one slight ding, the hotel was a pleasant experience and would gladly choose it again.

This hotel was alright. There wasn't enough parking nearby. Also, the hotel thought that I had already checked in earlier in the day when I arrived to check in. I had to wait in the lobby while they checked to see who was in my room. Turns out there was no one. The new girl messed up my reservation. The quality of the room was good. Clean. The tv was weird the way it operated. It was slow to respond. Also, there was a rather inappropriate channel that appeared right when I turned on the channel. Not appropriate for kids.

Great location for Denver airport, with gas station and convenience store right next door. But maintenance problems with elevator and fitness room closed. One maintenance problem is acceptable, not too.

Check-in & room were very easy. Air-conditioner made awful noises all night. Bathroom tile floor had large crack by shower & looked like mildew. Excerise room was out of order & no one was able to advise why or when it would be open again. Mgr. said to go ahead & use facilities but the gym did not have power (guess they should have informed Mgr!). Checked out after 1 nt & glad additional nt was not booked in advance!

a great experience for staying close to Denver International Airport. Good shuttle service to/from, also.

Hotel provides internet access, but did not have information for internet access. For TV Services - would be nice to have list of channels available.

Friendly folks. Parking only $5.00/night during a multi-week trip, so save major bucks leaving car a hotel and taking shuttle t airport. When you get back, cal them anytime and they come get you. NO BODDA YOU

This RamadaInn near DIA is being remodeled, which I suppose is some excuse for there being no climate control in the rooms. I arrived at 8PM, to leave next day for the nearby Denver Airport. My room did not go below 80 degrees all night; apparently the a/c was off for whatever reason. Result - I tossed and turned in my own sweat all night. The lighting was very poorly set up in the room, causing me to have to hunt, in semidarkness, for various light switches, on various fisxtures, to see what I was doing. Not a good experience, and there are over a dozen hostelries in the same neighborhood near DIA, which would have to include some better-designed rooms...

This is a nice, quiet hotel close to the airport. It was under construction when we were there so the front door didn't work too well. But other than that, we'd stay there again.

nice enough hotel. in full renovation process, so I give this stay a "pass" as the hotel was not at its normal, full capacity. desk clerk on duty was nice. will need to stay there again to better judge.

Hotel was undergoing remodeling so lobby and first floor was trashed. Noisy room and it needed cleaning along floor next to wall. Very noisy air operated toilets. Thank goodness many rooms were under construction and out of service or there would be no parking. Never again for me at Ramada, I don't care how good the room rate is.

The hotel was under construction which we were not informed off. Our room had a musty smell.

nice rooms, brand new, quiet and great location to Denver airport

Driving up, right away I knew we had a problem. The entire ground floor is being renovated, so you walk into a contruction site. Our romm w/2 queen beds was acceptable, but I was annoyed that the free breakfast was in a jacuzzi suite being used instead of a regular breakfast room. The business section's computer was not working. I was advised to walk across the street and use the one over at the Holiday Inn. I wish that Hotels.com had the renovation information when I made my reservation. I would have chosen another hotel in as much as there are many in the immediate vicinity at about the same cost.

I'd wait a couple of months until the construction was finished!

Although the hotel is going through a remodel, our room appeared to already have been redone. It was very clean, bright and comfortable. Even though the lobby was going through the remodel at the time, the check in desk was easy enough to find. A room was set up as a makeshift complementary breakfast area where internet service was provided. I am sure when the remodeling is completed, these areas will also be very nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable, rooms clean and comfortable. Close to DIA and shuttle to and from airport was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Availability to park personal car in the lot while we were gone was another requirement. Staff friendly and helpful.

Hotel was undergoing renovation which wasn't mentioned when I booked the room. It felt a little like a refuge camp and there were rooms that seemed to have 6+ kids per room with kids running around the hallways at night. Luckily, the rooms themselves were clean and decent.
