When i called and ask for specific distance of hotel and business they told me this hotel was about 12 minutes to what i accept for my surprise was 30 minutes,very disappointing,Plus i was looking for 3 star hotel and they told me it was well this hotel is not a 3 star at all.

First, additional charges were applied which were not disclosed by the hotel until upon check-in. Seasonal $10 per room is ridiculous. Then, three non-smoking rooms were requested but not provided. Four thumbs down.

If I had another business trip, I would stay here again. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Only complaints are the continental breakfast left lots to be desired as did the restaurant. So plan to buy meals elsewhere. Otherwise, great stay

The worst hotel I have ever stayed. This property don´t even deserve to be part of a chain like Ramada. Don´t let yourself be attracted for its cheap price as I did, because I had a couple of hours until my morning flight. This place is full of s.. workers who provide their services at this place. It´s nasty!

The hotel for the price was fine. Service was great, they let us check in 2 hours early. The "restaurant" with the hotel is not worth the price. The tiki bar and pool area was nice. The main issue with the hotel is the surrounding area and other guest. The walls are very thin and peoples TVs were so loud and we could hear people speaking outside on the tennis court.

Had to put a $50.00 non smoking deposit down, yet we could smell marihuana being smoked on the same floor.

I was not happy with this hotel. My key to my room wouldn't work and had to go to front desk 3 times to get it to work. Parking was difficult. Hotel advertised Wi Fi capability but I could not get connected to the internet on my lap top. I called customer service and it worked for a little while but once you logged off, it didn't work. Water pressure in the shower was not good at all. Did not eat at the hotel's restaurant, food was buffet style and did not look appealing.

Nice pool and tiki bar. Better than expected. Good for one night stay to save money. About 15 min from airport.

you will not get the room you booked you will not get the free breakfast you will not get any front desk service and you will not get swim or get in the hot tub because they will take too long getting you checked in and your room may smell like and ash tray find another hotel and pass this on up

I would never stay there again pictures ,are so deceiving it was barely a two start hotel even the low rates were not worth staying there!

The hotel offered all important amenities (lovely pool area, fitness room, restaurant). Service was good. Our room could have used some restoration. Buffet was ok, but area restaurants offered better selection for same cost.

I stayed for really one night and was angry I had to pay for the internet.Sunday I was checking out they wanted to charge me because I was checking out early Sunday as a oppose to Monday.

great service expect with the front desk and restuarant. Also i loved the hotel itsself very wonderful

some restaurant workers have really hard time to share the smile orr say welcome after thank you

I'm sure this was an excellent hotel 30 yrs ago. It is dated but clean. The biggest negative is the neighbourhood. Gas stations and variety store workers are enclosed in 1 inch plexiglass. Guess that says a lot. People were friendly and helpful. They seemed to enjoy their jobs. The outside environment just did not have a safe feel. The multiple reserved parking spots for police didn't help boost confidence. Overall for an overnight business trip, the price was right and the hotel ok. Not for a vacation though. Needs a Reno.

My stay was pretty good no complaints

Almost caused a coronary! New employee at registration desk was not monitored/ checked close enough. He asked for I.D. and a credit card. He returned only the credit card and the next day I had major issues at the airport for security. Called desk and they immediately knew that my I.D. was in their posession. I was at the desk two hours prior to flying out and no attempt was made to call/ contact myself of their possession of my I.D. while at the hotel. Registration desk said they would deliver it to the airport but did not know how much it would cost. I was able to fly home with some other credit card information and a complete security check by the T.S.A. as the flight was leaving in an hour. I did not get the I.D. back as of yet but was told they would "mail" it to me.

I wish in the future gol back, the place was nice

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I was on a college visiting trip. I wanted a hotel that would be clean, safe, with wi fi, a fitness center, walking distance to places nearby like drugstores, supermarkets, and restaurants. This Ramada had all of it. I had myself read a variety of reviews before I made a reservation and I found out it was much better than what I read it was going to be. This hotel is walking distance from many stores and a supermarket. We got exactly the room we reserved with cable tv and wi fi. The wi fi signal was not always strong but most of the time I was able to use it without any problem at all. The room was clean, we had hot water all the time. The ladies from housekeeping were very willing to bring us more towels when we asked them to. The only thing that I think they need to work on is that the rugs on the main hallway of the hotel are a bit smelly and a few things do need renovation not because they were not functional but because they looked worn out like the fixtures at the bathroom. We had a deal were the breakfast was included and it was a continental breakfast that served us well for our purposes. It also had a buffet style restaurant with good prices and food In all, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel to stay and indulge yourself, well, this is it but I do think this is a great hotel if you are on the road or a business trip and it definitely was very good and had everything we needed. And we stayed there for a very good rate

There were not enough desk personnel to handle the volumn of people checking in! There was much in need of repair. Our toilet paper dispenser was only held in place by the wall paper, the bathroom faucets were broken, the lavatory basin was broken, etc.

A little worn out but good for the price.

I travel alto for work and have stayed at this hotel many times and for what ever reason, we were upgraded this trip to suites which were like mini apts. Although the decor is dated, the room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly.

I had trouble finding it in the dark, but once there, it was great to have the restaurant on site. Everyone was helpful, room clean and had things I needed, no complaints. it was good for the price!

Long check in tin time...2 guys at the front desk but only one serving. Ridiculous wait time. When you are after the long drive you just want to get the room and relax. They should clean stained furniture in the room. Dirty, kinda smelly. Free breakfast, buffet for dinner at the hotel and other amenities like outside pool, fitness room. Very nice staff/ servers during meals.

The additional "Resort Fee" is rediculous! What resort? The internet service is a joke. Last thing....... tube TV's....... nuff said! Resort....pffff

It was a nice stay, but I did not know that I could not check in until 3:00 in the afternoon. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m. in the morning, I was unable to get a room until after 12:00 noon after I had to repeatedly beg for a room. I was totally tired from the long drive from Georgia, but I liked my room when I finally was allowed to go to the room. It is important to let the customers know that the reservation does not apply until 3:00 in the afternoon after reservations are made in advance.

We really didn't have any problems with the cleanliness, rooms or overall maintenance of the hotel. We did though find the staff to be horribly rude and unfriendly. They would all act like they were doing us a favor all the time. We were a party of three and they gave us one ticket for breakfast and said we could all have free breakfast, but when we went to eat they wanted to charge $25 for the extra person. No one had a nice attitude other than a really nice waiter. If you don't mind being treated with indifference then, by all means stay at this hotel. It's what you pay for.

the furniture and mirrors are in poor conditions. needs to be replaced.

You can't beat the hotel for its price and it is very clean and easily accessible from the turnpike.

After encountering groups of noisy youngsters in lobby area, asked for got quiet room on 4th floor. Furnishings were dated but room was clean. Wireless access OK. Enjoyed a very good night's sleep. Got the upgraded hot breakfast, much quieter than the continental breakfast area. Would recommend.

- wifi was almost non-existant. It worked sometimes. Most of the time I could not even refresh a web page in my room. Noisy - washing machines and noise from court yard.
