Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk person was courteous and informative. Hotel location was quiet and still very close to major highways.

Awesome location but a dump. Not worth the money.

Location was about a ten min walk to the beach- on the main road. The fridge in our room didn't work and also they state they have free WiFi, however- was not able to connect. Cute little continental breakfast- with picnic tables outside to eat it- thankfully the weather was good.

Very small room in need of a lot of work. Shower did not work properly.Just very dirty. I would not recommend to anyone. I would rather sleep in the car. I would ask for a refund. It started our vacation in the wrong way. You need to take this place off the list.

The hotel was inexpensive and in a very convinient spot. Its very close to the main beaches and tourist area and close to convinience stores and restaurants. It isn't glamourous and not very updated but it was perfect for an inexpensive beach weekend with friends. The room was clean and everything in the room worked. The room is good as a place to shower, sleep and leave your things, nothing fancy, just basic but serves its purpose just fine.

A deep underlying smell of filth mixed with the bouquet of insecticide. Dead bugs smashed on walls. Room appeared not to have been used in a long time as evidenced by the imprint of the mattress on the sheets. The towels were however clean and fresh in relation to the rest of the room. The outside lights were either blown or there were none. There was no phone in the room so I could not report the lack of light (wasnt walking out into the pitch black) nor the VERY noisy neighbors who were apparently up all night. I did not end up staying the second night. I chose to make the long trip home after an all day event rather than go back to the Knights Inn.

meets all the requirements, bath and bed . Small room air unit made so much noise you couldn't sleep with it on. would not recommend a long stay. lots of other places at old orchard beach I'll try next time.

Location very convenient to a walk to the beach. Room was generally clean but really small and in need of SERIOUS updating. Linoleum on floor quite old, etc. No closet. Tripped the circuit breaker when drying hair and other items plugged in. Staff friendly. Would not stay there again.

Very rude at the desk !! dirty , tiny rooms. Not even a picture on the wall. They don't care about they're customers. They lied about the pool being open online. The pool never even opened the whole season. Do not reserve any room here, you will be disscusted at what you get. There are nice hotels even closer to the ocean for just as cheap as this one, with more and better accomodations. Do not even give this hotel a second look , and i dont think any online hotel services should be backing this hotel at all!!

The motel is located close to the beach, 5 to 10 min. walk, I think the location is great. The pool is out of service. The breakfast is not the best I've ever had so decided to take breakfast at a restaurent close to the motel with great service and food. Overall it's ok if you decide to reserve at the last minute.

Got there and asked to see our room opened the door to the room and one of the beds werent made and the room was very stinky and they had the window open. Carpet was stained and beds looked like trhey were sagging in the middle.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel room that you dont plan on spending much time in besides to sleep and shower.....go for it. the rooms are outdated by like 30 years, and very small. just enough room to walk around the beds. It was close to the beach however....about a 10 minute walk. We were very disappointed to learn that the pool wasnt even set up, it still had its winter cover on.

First night we notice that we had no soap bar in ther room. The next day water was falling down from the ceiling in the bathroom. The air conditionner was quite noisy but beyond that everything was ok and the Kitchenette was usefull.

Très modeste avec cour arrière agréable et tranquille.Table de picnic. Déjeuner continental sur place. Dépanneur et accomodation à deux pas. Quelques minutes de marche de la plage et des activités. Personnel très courtois et serviable. Propriétaire habite sur place et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Très accomodant. Il nous a grandement rendu service lorsque la voiture est tombée en panne. Bon rapport qualité prix pour les petits budgets. Même si quelques rénovations pourraient y être apportées, la modestie de cet hotel fait en sorte qu'on s'y sent chez soi Les serviettes sont remplacées tous les jours, les salles de bains lavées et le lit refait.

je ne savais pas que vous avez chargé un montant supplémentaire pour le service de réservation hotel.com 510/3 nuits au lieu si je n'avait pas faite affaire avec vous j'aurais payé simplement 455/3 nuits. je n'étais pas informer pas la personne au téléphone lors de la réservation.

Piscine NON opérationnelle, petit déjeuner continental pourrait être mieux. Épicerie à proximité
