Great hotel, but would like to see new mattress in the room as they were very saggy to the middle.

I really enjoyed my stay, and I'm having a hard time figuring out how it could be improved. The room was great--clean and really comfortable--and the breakfast was nice. I was totally satisfied. Thanks!

For the most part, people were very friendly, the food wasn't too bad. A little variety would have been nice for the breakfasts - it was the same thing pretty much every day. THe only really negative thing i have to say is that the maid service - never gave us toiletries, we could have asked but i think we assumed they would load us up every day as we clearly went through things and empty bottles were in the room.

It was perfect went to concert at Excel and visited relatives the next day. Great breakfast and Happy Hour was a terrific surprise

We stayed for family reunion and brought our dog! Highly recommend it if traveling with pet and kids. Staff were outstanding and location was excellent. Great running park down the road.

The Residence Inn in Roseville is conveniently located. The hotel isn't fancy, but has everything you need and then some. It has a weight room and indoor pool. The complimentary breakfast is several steps above the norm of rolls and coffee. The coffee wasn't great, but there were other choices. The furniture in the rooms is run down, but functional. On the other hand, the beds are comfortable. I would stay there again.

Upon check in which we did late, the person working was very nice and friendly. In fact every employee we encountered was friendly. I asked for a pack n play and not only was it in the room already, but it was set up. My biggest complaints are with the actual sleeping conditions. The bed was NOT what I've come to expect of a Marriot hotel, it (mattress) was hard,worn and saggy to the point I could almost feel the springs. The bedding was nice but with the drafty window that the bed is a few feet from, it was not a warm enough blanket. Thankfully our son slept in the living area which kept its heat better. The room and I assume that all the rooms are generally the same, need updating soon. The carpet, while clean is outdated as is that bathroom vanity area. The whole room could use more pictures on the larger empty spaces on the walls. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was plentiful, tasty and had a good variety. The employee kept it well stocked and clean, she was also friendly. I think that with some updates and improvements in the rooms this would be a fantastic hotel. The employees are great. If I had to stay in the area again, I would probably look elsewhere based on the uncomfortable bed we slept on. If the hotel ever in the future advertises 'newly renovated rooms' I would surely book in the future.

It was fine. We had expected more. Seems like residence inn have gone down on quality of rooms.

Good location, friendly staff, however a little high priced for a hotel that will need some renovation soon. Overall acceptable.

We were so surprised to find a room that was so large and spacious! Our college daughter came to stay with for the night and we still had so much room! Very nice personnel, good breakfast too. We would definitely would stay here again! The only downside is the freeway is close and we were on that side of the motel. I wear earplugs at night, so I slept fine.

This place is quite, has a nice pool, a really good breakfast, and a well-equipped kitchen. We stayed in a queen studio and it was a perfect place to stay and visit Minneapolis.

It is great! as a chef full equipment kitchen for me to prepare all the food I make and the sink I can clean up very easily!I Wow great breakfast is including and serving very early morning and I have to eat my breakfast before I start to work for the state fair very very early!! I love to stay again next year!

We were in a queen suite that was very nice. Comfy beds and clean. It was great to have an actual table to eat/work at. Nice to have a full size fridge, too. The price was great, staff friendly, pool area neat and clean, breakfast very yummy. We'll definitely stay here again when visiting out daughter in college!

We traveled for 16 hrs we just wanted.to rest and there was kids running up and down the halls all night. Mgmt did nothing. Got no sleep the 3 days we were there. Our room was also right above the basketball court and they would not move us.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay. Rooms are very clean and staff is friendly. The breakfasts are great!

The only complaint i have is that we couldn't bring ANYTHING to drink into the hot tub/pool area. Which in turn made our trip to the pool short cause we got thirsty!

Friendly, clean and spacious room, great breakfast.

Our two night stay at this hotel was fantastic. The room was HUGE and had a FULL kitchen furnished with almost everything you could think of. The pool, hot tub and workout facilities were great! Maybe the most amazing part was the full, hot breakfast buffet available each morning. It was amazing with almost anything you would want for breakfast and all the fixins. The staff was very freindly and helpful, as well. We would highly recommend this hotel and, in fact, already have told numerous people about our wonderful experience.

Real comforting place to stay for an extended period of time. Very clean and nice and friendly staff. They could broaden the menu at breakfast and dinner..

Spacious, comfortable, clean room. Well equipped kitchen. Nice pool and hot tub and very good breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Nice place, great for a family as the rooms have space for more than two, the breakfasts were good and the hotel was clean and we felt safe in the neighborhood around.

Decent hotel for the price. Average in all areas. Decent breakfast each morning. Funny smell in room and flickering vanity light annoyed me. But if paid the same price I would stay there again.

Great hotel for the price. The location to the twin cities was perfect and the suite is the best option with kids.

This hotel is very noisy, the heater in the room came on frequently and was very loud, kept us awake. Could not turn up the volume on the TV high enough to hear it over the heater. Had to use closed captioning to watch a movie. Noises from showers and toilets in other rooms very loud, and noises from the hallway were easily heard. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel and staff were very helpful and their services were high quality. I would stay here again.

very nice corporate park area of Roseville, super access to I35W, which makes most places easy to get to. facilites nice with pool etc, friendly, full breakfast, and rooms are suite style. everything was as it was suppose to be. would stay there again without a second thought..

We had a two bedroom suite. I was surprised by the roominess of the accommodations. The two bedrooms were nicely sized each with their own bathroom. The living was on the smaller side but had a flat panel TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen and table area were nice as well. The complimentary breakfast was great - much more than what we expected. They had lot's of good selections both hot and cold. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was all really friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed that there were dishes and everything in all the rooms and cleaning stuff to keep everything in order. The pool was warm, although the chlorine levels were pretty high. The bed was comfortable, but it reeked of bleach and that made the first night hard to sleep, but the second night was better. The only real problem i had with the hotel was that the tub had a funny angle to the bottom and i almost fell out everytime I went to wash my feet. Rosedale mall is blocks away with all sorts of shopping and resturaunts you could possibly need!!

The rooms were VERY well designed--I always appreciate a separate sink/toilet area--and spacious. Clean, comfy, attractive. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, and the breakfast was more than adequate.The only drawback--the halls conducted noise very well, so we were woken up several times by people talking loudly as they went to their room.

I am a local who needed a hotel room for a night. So close to anything not so important to me, but location is convenient to both downtowns, plenty of shopping (Rosedale Mall) and a major freeway. For the money I got allot. Nice, clean room (bed had feather pillows!!). Reserved a suite, so had a separate bedroom. Used the pool and the large hotub. The breakfast was a full hot meal. This was a great deal!
