Great location. Staff were very friendly. Great upper level outdoor pool

After taking a 14-day road trip and stopping at different hotels along the way, it was such a relief to have a clean and comfortable room along with a friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our dinner at the beautiful dining room. The quality of food was outstanding along with the chic décor. I can't say enough about IP at Biloxi.

Hotel was OK. Staff was nice and helpful. I'll probably try a different place next time just to see if there are any better options in the area.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. We love to go to thirty-two for dinner, the food is fantastic and their wine list is great!! Service was wonderful!!

Other than the buffet not being very good....we enjoyed our stay at the IP. Will definitely stay again. Staff was nice and the rooms were very chic.

The stay was very pleasant. Clean room, great hotel amenities, amazing customer service, and very close to the beach and other tourist locations.

It was the worse experience of all the casinos that we have stayed at....we have booked thru Hotels.com and on our own....but never has it been that bad as it was at IP.......

Excellent. I look forward to my next stay in July.

My parents had a very nice handicap room for my mother but the bed was too soft and mother came to my room and slept in my chair which we rigged up with pillows. quite comical, really.A nice simple recliner would have been great. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

I realize you cannot please everyone but we found the beds to be entirely too soft . We had a handicap room and it would have been nice to have a reclining chair. Other than that everything was superb. .Very , very nice employees.

Nothing great, nothing horrible. I have to stay here every spring for a conference. This is the first time I've ever seen a bug in my room, but of course it had to be a giant flying cockroach. Also, when I went to pull out the phone book from bottom shelf of nightstand, a giant cloud of dust followed. So cleanliness this trip left something to be desired.

If you are a non smoker I would not recommend this hotel. The smoke is HORRIBLE. As soon as I walked into the elevator area of the parking garage, the stench from the smoking was unbearable. I could even smell smoke in my non smoking room. Walking in the hotel the smokey smell was HORRIBLE. Other then that, the hotel was good.

i have always enjoyed IP for many years, first visit was may of 2005 before katrina.

The Imperial Palace is a huge complex resort/spa/casino/dining/shopping. This was our first visit to the IP- for a concert that night. We decided to get a room for the day to hang out in- we reserved the non-smoking premium king room online at an excellent price- it was a breeze. Check-in was easy, the complex is beautiful. The room was very clean, excellent view of the back bay, comfy linens, beautiful, clean bathroom. There were snacks and a mini fridge but we didn't purchase any. We ate at the italian restaurant, food was fresh and delicious. Very busy, fun atmosphere. The smell of smoke when passing through the casino is a little suffocating, but the rest of the casino seemed well ventilated. Plan to stay overnight again real soon!

Had a wonderful stay here. If I ever came back to Biloxi, I would definitely stay here again.

For the price it was an amazing value

The Staff was very freindly and helpful. Our room was nice but looked out at the hotel cooling system. The main area of the hotel and restaurant area reeked of cigarette smoke from the casino. On our check out day I called for a bellhop to get our luggage. Twenty minutes later I call again and the desk was surprised no one had showed. I was assured some one would be right up. Normally I don't need baggage help but my wife is wheelchair bound and I needed help moving her and her extra equipment. Fifteen minutes later I loaded all our baggage up and hauled it down to check out. I again reported that no bellhop had showed and they seemed mildly sympathetic. They were not busy at the check out or the concierge desk. I had higher expectations for a 4 star hotel. This is a 3 star at best.

We stayed on our way to Destin from Dallas, TX. It was a nice place to relax and have a little fun. It would have been more fun if there were a place that you could bring your child to for a couple of hours so we could go to casino. :)

We have stayed at a couple of other Casinos down in Biloxi and Bay St Louis. We really enjoyed the IP we thought it was one of the more modern ones we have stayed at. Even though it wasn't on the beach we still had a great view of Keesler AFB and the Bay on the 28th floor. We liked the fact that the hotel was split for Smoking floors and non-smoking floors. Check-in was a breeze. Only issue we had were the Plug outlet in the Bathroom was 2 clicks away from shorting out and bordered on Dangerous, the TV was disconnected when we got there and we had to hook it up but all in all it was a great stay .. would go back again

had to upgrade because the room was shabby not at all what I expected but the 20$ upgrade was worth it

By far Boyd Corps best property! This far outshines the properties they hold in Las Vegas. The rooms are updated with modern furnishings, and if you stay here, request a Bay view. Pleasant and accomodating staff, good restaurants, several gaming choices. Good pool and hot tub layout, although somewhat difficult to get to, being on the top of the parking garage. But once there, well worth it! We will definitely be staying here again.

I didn't like the elevator service. We had to take the stairs twice due to waiting on an elevator for more than 30 mins.

Overall very satisfied. Would stay again; staff could have been a little more helpful. But very clean and a great pool and pool bar!

Nice but nothing exceptional. Clean and neat. Typical Casino/restaurant choices for the area. Free parking. Very slow check in (not at a busy time).

The pool staff was great. They were helpful and friendly.

Our stay was fantastic. I would stay there again and again.

Hotel at casino site. Overnight for two day casino play. Convenient for sleeping and dining. A great place to go. Price thru Hotels.com was very affordable.

Was a quick overnight stay for business, but enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and comfortable.

We did not go at at perfect time to be outdoors so we did not get to enjoy the pool but it looked great and plan to go back and enjoy it another time. We never left the hotel for three days. Had plenty of casino space, great food and service. Very clean.

Diappointed in the front entrance. The typical hotel, you can pull up to the front, check in then park and upack the car.. especially when you have a car full of family (kids)... to have to park in a parking garage means you have to unload everyone, make your way thru this heavily smoked filled lobby on the opposite end of the hotel with kids and luggage.. :(

great place for a getaway!!! all around great hotel and casino

Traveled to Biloxi for a business trip 4/3/13. Stayed at the IP casino resort and spa for one night. Booked non smoking room but coming from another state was unaware of the smoking policy for casinos in MS. Arrived later in the evening and as soon as I entered the casino from parking garage the stinch was overwhelming. Up the elevator and down the hall into the room was a mix of odor remover and smoke. My wife will tell you I am very easy to please so when I tell you the room cleanliness was sub par, I mean hand towel rack fell off wall , filthy carpet, debris around rim of toilet, mere lack of attention. Left out next morning with my pillow ,suitcase and clothes I was wearing to my business appt smelling like smoke. Little disappointing. Very friendly staff and a beautiful building from outside. Definitely would not recommend for family with children.

Got a great deal staying here and the pool area is wonderful! If you are eating at the hotel be sure to go the the high tide cafe and have the soup and salad bar for 10.95 it is an excellent selection with lots of fresh fruit!!!
