pull our queen bed was old and uncomfortable. If that was replaced I would give the comfort level 4 stars or even 5. The King bed was just fine.

Your website said that the rooms had 3 beds each, they had 2 each. They only has us reserved for one room and charged us for 3. Then assesed 250 smoking charge, way too high, I didnt even do it.

Pleasantly surprised by our recent stay. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were courteous and helpful. Really no complaints.

Large clean rooms a great view of the hotel. Friendly staff and accommodating. The fitness center was good and the pool sufficiently large. Only small complaint was the breakfast price, but in the range expected for this type of hotel.

Overall, no major complaints about the stay. The service was very good and the amenities (gym, etc.) were very good. That being said, this hotel could use some remodeling. Our king suite didn't even have a mini-bar. There was a space for it but it looked like it had been taken out. I found this a bit strange. Overall, the furniture and carpet could use a refresh. The bed, however, was quite comfortable. Considering the cost of the room I would have expected something a little nicer but I would stay here again if I needed to.

Outstanding hotel! Very reminiscent of my stay at the Marriot Marque in New York City in 2010. I only wish we could have stayed longer. John, at the front desk, was very helpful. The immaculately clean white bed linens were wonderful and very inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to all.

My family enjoyed the cleanliness of the place. Everyone was friendly, even when we arrived late in the morning around 3am, the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. We also needed extra blankets and the service came up in a matter of seconds. That's what I call lightning speed service. Also, we liked the variety of breakfast selection for the buffet. We would definitely stay there again!

The Hotel was great. We had stayed there a year ago. the room we had last year was much nicer and the bed was very comfortable. This year we had a different room that was smaller and the bed was not nearly as comfortable. I would stay again, but would request a room facing Collins Avenue rather than an end room.

Great rooms, breakfast was included with our room purchase, it was WONDERFUL! Pool was nice. We will definately stay there again!

The people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and everything that we thought it was going to be. The dinning area was also very nice and sophisticated. I would love to return to this hotel and if my travels ever take me that way again I will.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very comparable in price for the immediate area. Everyone that worked there was extremely friendly. The morning breakfast was excellent and the lounge was a pleasant surprise, it's located in the middle of hotel atrium where you can see all the levels of floors. If I stay in Cedar Rapids again it will definetely be here.

The stay was wonderful. The staff did a great job making the experience great. I recommend it to anyone who is coming to Cedar Rapids for a conference.

everything about the place was amazing except for when i ordered two robes they didnt nock. everyone there was very nice. pool was really nice too felt like no one was there.
