There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. TV was very old. The room needs some major updates. Pictures on the wall looked like they could fall at any time. Cheap rates, but you get what you pay for.

Staff were helpful and friendly, room wasn't bad and the breakfast was good. Berkshire bus leaves from the Ramada next door so that convenience helped make the stay that much more enjoyable. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, comfortable stay in Omaha.

Wanted a no smoking room, but there were none to be had. The smoke smell was awful. Had to spray febreze many times in the room. Had to change our door cards 3 different times because they didn't work. One night we came in just before midnight and had to stand outside about 5 minutes before someone came to the door and it was freezing cold out. Will never stay at a Super 8 again. the only good thing was it was cheap and we should've known why.

Probably will not stay at this Super 8 again. The grounds were filthy, and the parking lot seemed unkept, and unsafe. The room was clean, and comfortable, but at first glance driving up, I wasn';t sure what I had gotten myself into.

For Super 8 to continue in this location, they will need to improve the bed (worn out - springs sagging, hard and uncomfortable all night - and the pillows were of two different sizes), the recliner (old, dirty and worn), the bathroom (smelled like the previous occupant smoked whacky weed), the shower (grab bar was missing and had holes in the fiberglass surround where the bar used to be), the towels (your very hard, knobby, cheapo-type), the toilet (had a very loud whistle while refilling the tank after each flush), the carpet (worn in many places), the grounds (dirty, trashy, not picked up for weeks), and the general upkeep ( seemed dreary / dismal).

Hotel employees were friendly and helpful. Coffee and toast was good for breakfast. I should have gotten a room on top floor, because the noise above was annoying.

I was in Omaha due to a family member being in the hospital. The motel was conveniently located and worked well. My stay was over the Christmas holiday and I appreciated the kindness of the staff. The room was small, but it worked well for my purposes.

The breakfast was good and the staff was courteous, but the facility needed to have some upgrading to qualify for a higher rating.

Nothing fancy, but totally fine for an overnight stay.

We arrived in Omaha after midnight- even though we stated our reservation for before midnight. We traveled from KC area through the night with our 3 kids for a family visit on Saturday. The overnight employee was so helpful and kind, it made the trip finish with ease. She even helped us with the door. The following morning when I went down to get breakfast for my family, - the overnight employee- found a tray for me and assisted in the process. Since the hotel was right off the highway and close to the cross street we needed, this hotel met every need we had. Free breakfast, quick service, great location, decent room, and availability. Only critique is the heater hadn't been used apparently so the smell was a bit funky when it was turned on. It eventually smelled ok.

Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were very flat

We arrived after midnight and were on the road before 9 AM. It satisfied what we needed, two beds to sleep in.

picked it because it was so close to family and events we were attending, worked out perfect

What can i say? This was a solid, cheap lodging option in a convenient location right off the interstate and close to other stuff like stores and restaurants. The bedding and bathroom looked clean but the room needed vacuumed. Service was ok but not outstanding. They had breakfast but i left too early to partake.

It was comfy. Just wish their breakfast was as good as the other Super 8's weve been to. Staff were great. WASH COMFORTERS PLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

En route to see "Slim Cessna's Auto Club" for my first time, I needed to travel to Omaha, NE, and find a conveniently located, low priced hotel for the night. I expected the Super 8 would be adequate for one night only, but, it turned out, I would certainly stay here on my next visit, too. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, the room was comfortable and clean, and the next morning's breakfast provided a variety of good foods. While I have seen others say otherwise, my experience here was perfect. Yes, there is no elevator between the three floors, and no luggage carts exist. However, for a good place to relax, for a great price and a secure feeling, Super 8 does the job.

I had to attend a funeral. The staff was excellent as well as the room. I had no problems.

This hotel wasn't the worse I have stayed, but far far from the best. It basically was what I needed, a room for a night. The A/C had a problem keeping up and the room never really got 'cool'. Plus I wear contacts and the room really seemed to irritate them, I had to take them out and wear my glasses. The only other issue was the smell, it wasn't a rotton smell, more like an overwelming bleach smell. BUT the staff seemed freindly, the bed wasn't horrible and the internet worked. So it was good enough for the night.

The electricity went off in the whole hotel on two different days. The washer broke one day and so linen was late to get. Had no hot water one day. There were smoking rooms down the hall and the smell on the third floor reflected that. Rooms are in need of a deep cleaning. Maids couldn't seem to adequately vacuum the floors. Bathtub in our room was peeling. Desk staff was great. I give them a 4 and maids a 1. Was there a week. would have left but prepaid through hotels.com so money was gone. Will be back to Omaha but I will never stay here again. I had two rooms the full week and three for two days. The day the person came that made three rooms couldn't check in because power was off... for three hours.......

The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bathroom could use updating, especially the tub (Room 125 on July 6 & 7).

If your think is a dirty, dingy hotel that stinks of cigarette smoke then this is your place.

told micro/refrigator in the room. but that was not the case. even every day things like an iron and ironing board was not there. staff was nice. hotel has a lot to be desired.

The room had a sight musty smell as though it had been closed for some time. Furniture and bathroom facilities contained older fixtures. Paid a lower price and found it to true, "Your get what you pay for.

Handy location, right off I-80, not far from downtown and the fun Ak-Sar-Ben area. Our room was quiet, and we slept well. Very helpful front desk; they always asked how the stay was going and when I needed to borrow an iron, they had one handy.

We usually stay at the airport Super8, but they wanted twice the rate. This hotel did not have an early breakfast, but everything else was fine for the money.

WILL DO AGAIN IF I HAVE A CHANGE BACK TO OMAHA-NE

No elevator, smelled like stale cigarettes, even though room was non-smoking, the comforter had cigarette burns. Positve was the waffles. The staff were nice. The property just needs a lot of updating.

Amazingly cheap room. Very simple breakfast. Mostly clean room. Very helpful staff.

Hotel was in good condition,location was good for my needs.only problem with room was very noisy fro traffic on 72nd st

The hotel was in a good place, but I got bitten by some insects.

The stay was nice. Rate was very affordable, but you pay for what you get. It was in pretty convenient part of town there were some places to eat that were pretty close. One of my lamps in the room did not work and I was not impressed by the breakfast. It was a fairly nice stay though.

I enjoyed it very nice and love the coffee around the clock a life saver. Thanks:)
