The mattresses were so hard we had trouble falling to sleep, then our back and neck hurt the next day. Continental breakfast was prepackaged mini muffins or eggo type frozen waffles. Coffee was good, but only powder creamer. Very sad, as we have stayed in much nicer hotels for same amount of money.

The staff went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect...Thank you.

the rooms are clean and comfortable for $,but the staff really went the extra mile when it came to service.I would stay here again if i am in the area

the only problem I has with the hotel was when I got a none smoking room it was on the same floor as the smoking rooms and the other problem was when my friend asked for my room at the front desk they just gave them the room number without informing me that someone was looking for me let be honest now who knows who I could of been.............

This hotel is trucker paradise. It's located on a dead-end street with a truck wash, truck-only gas station and Club 76, featuring, uh, live entertainment. The management was very nice and pleasant, everything was orderly and breakfast was sufficient, but the carpets appeared to be rather grimy and our non-smoking room smelled pretty bad. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it for families.

The first room we were given was hot and air conditioner was old. Second room was adequate, clean, and we were able to stay cool on a 100 degree weekend. Building is old and worn, but relatively clean. Outside doors are not kept locked despite presence of room card readers.Could hear people walking in room above us at 3:00 am. Place is next to an interstate truck depot of some sort. Hotel is geared to meeting the needs of overnight trucking industry. Would avoid staying here if a woman traveling alone.

We had second thoughts about this hotel after not being able to find the frontage road and then, after we did find the road, driving by boarded up buildings, adults-only clubs, and an old industrial park. The motel itself was adequate, but I doubt we will ever return.

I picked this hotel because it was a convenient rest stop on a long trip. It was pricey for a merely adequate room.

Overall very typical of a Super 8. Easy location and breakfast to get you going. Mostly Trucks in the area but neighborhood overall was decent.

My stay was quite pleasant except for the afternoon front desk clerk. We took a group of 12 softball girls, that get bored very easily. We bought them some sidewalk chalk just to have fun in the parking lot. The desk clerk actually came out and told all of us that if we didnt clean the chalk off the parking lot she was gonna put an extra charge onto our room rate... These girls are all good kids, and meant no harm, at least they weren't tearing anything up or vandalizing anything.. She was quite rude and i probably will never stay there again. needless to say this is probably the cleanest their parking lot has been in awhile. Very disappointed in her attitude!

The room I stayed has bedbugs. The box spring was covered by bedbug protector, I thought it was for bedbug prevention first, then I woke up at midnight feeling itchy and found a bedbug on the pillow. There employee snatched the dead bug from me, and then claim that it is a cockroach.

The rooms need to have TV Guides to help with channel selection. Also the WIFI was hard to connect to. Couldn't get my e-mail.

I enjoyed it the hotel was convinently located near I-80, there were fast food restaurants nearby, it was near a TA of America truck stop, the only issue I had with the hotel was the first night I was there we had no water unitl the next morning, I was truly disappointed because after I had driven for 6 hours and had drove around Youngstown, Canfield, and Boardman, when I arrived to the hotel that evening I wanted to take a shower and was not able to unitl the next morning.

From Canada have been to hotel before and the only reason I keep going back when I'm in town is simple this hotel is very clean and I perfer cleanliness over staying in a fanncy hotel any day.

Hotel was fine for me. It is kind of a truck stop hotel but I was comfortable and rested well.

The hotel was alright. The room was fairly clean but the area with its truck stop and strip club was not very nice. Not a hotel to stay at if you have children with you.

This is a very basic place to stop and rest on a cross-country journey, and is pet-friendly, with decent rates. Is it the Ritz? NO WAY. Is it an ok place to cach 40 winks to continue your journey in the morning? Yep.

If you book this hotel you should know you get what you pay for. Don't expect the ritz. It's of i80 and by a strip club, truck stop and massag parlor. Other than that it's a good place to stay for a couple of days. Area looks bad by the looks but it's not bad. it's close to coffe shops and fast food. Again you get what you pay for.

Grungy, "Non-Smoking" room stunk of smoke from neighboring rooms. Hotel is a couple doors down from a strip club. Most customers seem to be truckers.

We would not stay at this motel again. There was food particles just under the beds. Someone's socks fell out when the covers were turned down. The breakfast is next to nothing.

Close to Route 80 and yet quiet and very easy to find. Plenty of choices for dining also.

Second stay here. Wonderful staff, clean rooms. Could use new mattress pads. It bunched up, but mattress was good. Will stay again on my next trip west.

Loved everything about the place except could use a little better padding on top of the mattress. Mattress pad tended to bunch up and did not have much of comfort level. Like a firm mattress, but this was too firm.

Good, inexpensive place to stay overnight on the way to somewhere. Good value for the price. Minimal breakfast - typical for this price range. We ate breakfast at a restaurant nearby. Good service at the front desk. Nice hot shower, comfortable bed. Only negative - floor needed to be vacuumed.

This hotel was nice for the money. The breakfast was not as nice as other Super8s we have stayed at. The area was a little shady. Right across from a strip bar and a truck stop. But we found this entertaining watching all the characters. The bed was very comfortable and th shower was clean and had good water pressure. What more could you want.

The room would have been fine for me but I was there with my wife and 2 seven year olds. The "non smoking" room was overwhelmed with cigarette smell. I think it was coming from the room below or next door. The staff was friendly and it was about what I expected for the price (other than the smell). If cigarette smell bothers you, don't stay here.

We were in town visiting relatives so we spent most of our days away from the hotel. At night, the hotel was quiet and we slept well. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean, warm and comfortable.

Got a crazy good deal on this room. I'm familiar with the area, but I still wasn't sure what to expect. It wasn't the cleanest or the nicest place. It was a spot to sleep and shower, so I wasn't exactly expecting 5-star here. But for the price? Yeah, I'll take it. The staff was top notch! Very friendly and helpful. It suited our needs just fine. I would stay here again. Those of you upset with the adult entertainment place across the street need to relax and get over yourselves

Good value for my needs. Close to many places to eat and close to my destination. My stay was quiet and comfortable. May not be first choice for a family.

Overnight stop on the way home with grandchildren. Getting to the actual hotel was a little tricky. Although the Super 8 sign could be seen from the highway, it was located behind a truck stop. Not easy to access. I requested a non smoking room but that didn't happen, smelled of smoke and must. The room was clean but everything about it was old and dingy. Bread, coffee and juice serviced from 7-9am at the front desk with only one table and 4 chairs for seating. I guess that was fine because there was no reason to stay.

So, I booked this as a place to stay halfway to our destination. The reviews about the strip club and truck stop concerned me because I had two young kids with me. I'm generally picky about hotels but didn't want to spend much as we were gone for 8 nights so I was paying a lot for other hotels and this was just a quick stop. Overall, I wouldn't stay here for a vacation, but for a night, no problem. While we did drive by a strip club (which my husband found amusing), so what, it's not like we stopped there. The motel is located at the end of the road. Its in proximity of a truck stop so it does attract truckers but this was not disruptive. There was still ample parking room even with the trucks there. The desk staff was courteous, prompt and the room was small but clean (and I check top to bottom, believe me). Breakfast was a standard continental and wholly satisfactory. My only complaint is because some of the hotel rooms are smoking, there is a faint odor throughout the hotel but for one night, not a big problem. I should note that it was sold out when we got there (at about 9pm or so) so apparently this is a popular stopping place. I would stay there again, with my two kids as a stopping point.

This motel is relatively new and my room was very clean and well maintained. The view out of my window was a Freightliner Truck sales lot--but I obviously wasn't expecting an ocean view. The supplied 'breakfast was coffee, donuts, bagels & muffins. If you need a well stocked buffet breakfast, pool, work out room etc, you'll find that way up the 'rate scale'. If all you want is a clean room to sleep and bathe, this is just fine.

We stayed here even after reading reviews compaining about the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet, and we saw nothing that should bother anyone. We had excellent service from the employees, who even helped us with directions to a local store. Our room was clean and quiet. We will stay there again when traveling in that area.
