The staff was wonderful. Loved the 24 hour transportation. Sleep number bed didn't work, but that could have just been my room.

Enjoyed the service and hotel

I chose to stay at this hotel due to them allowing pets. My wife and I were in the middle of a big move and we were travelling with animals. The lobby looks great and the staff was very helpful. But when we got to our room it had a dingy odor. The room itself was dirty and some of the towels had stains on them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was shocked to see the condition of the room I stayed.The carpet was so dirty,the chairs were dirty as well and the bed was stinking.I am sure that the beddings were not changed from the previous stay.I was disappointed.No trash bag in the trash can. I had to provide a bag to put all my trash.I prefer Days Inn in Plano to Park Inn Dallas due to my experience.

Very old property, small dirty rooms with touch up paint spots and a broken sleep number bed. Very disappointing.

Everything was perfect except for sound - we could hear our loud neighbors through the night. The restaraunt within the hotel was surprisly very good and the service was outstanding!

I LOVED our room! I wish we were there longer.

I have nothing bad to say about the place at all, but not worth $100.00. Maybee $50.00 but like I said, nothing wrong just to expensive.

It was nice that the rooms had sleep number beds! But I wish there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Loved everything about the hotel except that have a very expensive pet policy.

The sleep number beds are a joke. There was a full size blow up matress in our queen size bed leaving a 6" gap On each side of the bed. We had to move to another room. Dead roach in bathroom. We were called down for being too noisy because the a hole next door could hear tv thru pass through door. This is an old property. We should have been given the hospital discount because of my surgery but we were not. I would not stay here again.

no hot water... They said a shuttle would be going back and from the market.... we had to wait and then some had to take taxi. Restaurant was short on staff. Buffet was cold.

5 Minuets from Airport, 10 Minuets from Dallas Market, Gracious staff, excellent value!

My girlfriend and I met there for the first time. It was a great stay! Six months later we returned as a getaway trip and I must say the service was a lot different. We are unsure if we will be returning for our 1 year anniversary.

Discovering a three hour delay flying into Dallas, I booked this room as I was not going to be able to drive home that night. Some reviewers say the hotel is outdated. I would say it is a mixed bag. Tube TVs, no flat screens, sleep number beds (very comfortable, probably older furniture such as desks and chairs. It was a very comfortable, slept well stay. Is summary, my family of four needed a place to sleep after a long drawn out day of flying home. It served it's purpose. My 6 year old says "it's the best hotel ever" becuase there were gummies on the bed when we arrived. If I were on business and spent more hours in the room, I would not have liked it. For a room to stay before flying in/out, or just a room to sleep, works perfectly.

Hotel let's you leave your car if you're flying, which is a great service and money saver. Hotel isn't bad at all, looks a little shabby from the outside but is very clean. Sleep number beds in the rooms are great and free breakfast!

I have no complaints at all. The room was comfortable, shower was hot and breakfast was decent. I'd stay here again.

A satisfactory stay - the hotel is inexpensive, and met the standard. Staff service and personal attention was excellent however, belieing this aged facility.

The Hotel is in bad condition the Comforter Set on bed was dirty and stained. the poor had stains on it did not want my feet to touch it even with socks on nasty. The room was cold the heater was not working and the room smell like smoke even though it was a no-smoking room. I was very disappointed with the condition of this Hotel. I would never stay at this hotel again .

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. My only complain of my stay was how noisy it seemed to be outside our room (ie, pool area) late at night (between 11 pm - 2 am).

The customer service at this hotel is exceptional. As for the rooms. The bathrooms are very small and the furniture is a little outdated. The hotel restaurant is good but the menu is small. The only other thing within walking distance is Jack in the Box. On a big plus though the hotel shuttle runs 24 hours and will take you wherever you need to go within their distance range.

Overall the stay was great, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, I would recommend it to anyone in the area who is looking for comfort, hospitality and a clean place to stay. No 'frilly' stuff (not really a luxury accommodation but nice nonetheless)

Arrived an hour after check in and had to wait 20 minutes to make sure there was a suite ready. Room was big and spacious. Loved the sleep number bed. The continental breakfast was an empty coffee maker and a mess of left over sugar packets. Location was close to where I needed ,but overall It was good for one night ,but I would not stay there again. I got what I paid for.

Rooms were clean. View was nice! Sleep number bed was fun to play with. Staff very friendly. Price was awesome!

The shower water was not hot! Other than than it was nice.

It's not fabulous, but the location and in-room fridge are nice. Comfy rooms. The lighting in the room is awful and the windows were so dirty I couldn't see outside, but everything else was in nice shape.

The hotel is very nice and the hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The air condition in our room kept turning off randomly so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep when the room got hot. The microwave in our room was a joke! It was so small and did not work properly so trying to make popcorn took about 8 minutes a bag and it still wasn't all popped before it burnt.

The hotel was ok enough for the price. It was Texas-OU weekend, which is why we were there, but the unfortunate thing was that it was fraternity/sorority central. Thus the hotel was really loud and full of partiers. The hotel managed it pretty well but it was still really loud and inconvenient.

Even though it was TX/OU weekend I expected more from this hotel. I called and confirmed the reservation for two rooms of double beds and a late check in. We got there and one of the rooms was a king and they didn't have any other double rooms available. They got us a cot and two breakfast coupons but how would you like to sleep 4 people that way. And breakfast coupons do not make up for it. Also our first room for the other room which was double beds was not cleaned, trash everywhere, spills, it was gross. Thankfully they had another room. The quality of the rooms was okay. There were red stains all over the carpet. Also the neighborhood isn't very safe but it's a good location close to love field and a DART station.

The room was fine but the sleep number beds don't work.
