we had a nice time . it was comfortable for all family members that was there. the breakfast was great.

Great stay for the money. Very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is in a quiet location with a very nice, helpful staff. The rooms are comfy but the whole hotel is a little worn and in need of a deep clean/decor update. When you walk down the halls, the walls are creamy yellow with a yucky patina of gray dirtiness everywhere - just a little elbow grease and some cleaner would make a huge difference. The overall decor in the hotel and rooms is run down and way out of date. I'd stay there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Quiet, safe, peaceful and worth the price. No barking dogs or noisy neighbors. I got the sleep that makes up the chain's name.

Great neighborhood, easy to get around, good breakfast, overall good experience.

We felt very secure, even though places in the area maybe not so great at night. (not Sleep Inn's fault) The room was clean and roomy and the wireless worked perfectly

Would never stay there again. Was there a week for business. By the third day the cleaning people started doing a poor job in the room. They left sheets on the floor, as if they were interrupted and never finished. The entire place reeks of cigarette smoke and I was in a non smoking room. Disgusting.

I found the staff courteous and helpful, the breakfast was a big plus with kids and considering other options during Spring Break, the rates were very reasonable! The pool is small, but not too crowded so we were able to enjoy it. The double beds were kind of small, but well worth the price we paid. I would stay here again.

Overall our stay at Sleep Inn was great. The only comments I have is that the A/C fan wasn't directional and blew strongly onto you when sitting at the desk in the room.

For the Money, great deal in the Phoenix area, Very comfortable and very good Continental Breakfast

Breakfast was good. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Location next to US 17 very convenient.

You will have to forgive me.I cannot give anything a perfect rating including myself.Perfection is something we strive for everyday yet is elusive.The bottom line is I would stay there again.The only negative would be we asked for a blanket and was refused.Remember,we would stay there again.Thanks,for your service.

Room was way over priced. WiFi was reported free but not available in room, only common areas. Equal accomodation available in area for much less.

The hotel was adequate and good value. It wasn't really close to any major amenities, but served our purpose. The place was clean, with a number of features, including a small fitness room. The staff was pleasant. Breakfast was included, with the usual fare, tho no hot eggs (just cold hardboiled, which were fine). They did have a self serve waffle maker, and an assortment of cereals. Parking was a bit tight. Their signage off the street was poor; small, unlit and easily missed. All in all, however, an OK place.

When I booked this hotel I was told that it had full breakfast........eggs, bacon & sausage. I was disappointed that we had to drive somewhere for a full breakfast for me and my family. Other than that our stay was nice.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, ample and comfortable room. Nice common facilities. The bed a little soft for my taste. Exercise equipment minimal.

The hotel was great. Felt secure, continental breakfast was good ( could use another waffle maker, they only got one) hot tub was great, pool was shallow and not heated, Hotel cleaning crew does a great job. I would recommend Sleep Inn over the two hotels adjacent - Motel 6 and Comfort Inn. Also, the police patrolled through the parking lot at night. Added security. We stayed for 6 nights and all went great and had no problems!!

We found the hotel easily, just off I-17. Desk attendant did not know much about the area, like how far it was to Sedona, found that odd. He was more than happy to google it for us and did give us the information we requested. It included breakfast

Flew in late to Mesa airport. Got to hotel about 10:30. Friendly staff. Good night's sleep. Great complimentary breakfast. Perfect for our needs. Will stay here again!

Did not realize it was a pet friendly place. A dog in the hotel barked some. I know lots of people love their pets but personally it grosses me out to stay in a place where I think dogs may have been in my bed! Board your animals, people! Everything else was great, a problem with the stool was fixed quickly!

The hotel was quaint, clean, and smelled good. We had a smoking room and there was no trace of lingering smoke from prior guests. The breakfast was great and the shower was incredible. I want one in my own home. :) The walls were a little thin and we had trouble with our door lock, but both gentlemen at the front desk made sure we were happy with our accomodations.

They had a terrific breakfast. They had hard boiled eggs. Good selection of other stuff. Also waffles. I felt secure in the hotel. A little far from downtown Phoenix.

We stayed here to be near the hospital. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a nice breakfast that included waffles. Price was excellent! We will stay again.

I was suspicious about staying anywhere that was so cheap, but the ratings were okay, and I was just down there on my own to get SCUBA certified at Lake Pleasant, so I went for it. And really, there is nothing wrong with this hotel at all. Nice and clean, friendly, seemed safe, everything worked. Breakfast was nothing special but it filled the void. Pool was not heated but it was tiny anyway and it is December. I stayed in another hotel just a mile or so down the highway for over twice the price and it was worse. Cozy, big bed, windows opened, fridge, microwave, safe, and flat screen TV. Definitely will stay here again.

Good hotel, nice staff. The waffles and boiled eggs with fruit were very good. Pool and jacuzzi were good. A little highway noise but great for the price.

we stayed for 2 nights with our grandchrildren and we had a great stay the breakfast was very good . we had a great night sleep the beds were verry comphy.

Served all my needs. Close to the 17 and 101 which I needed to access my family. Very quiet.

the waffle factor: i don't work, haven't for 12 years, we don't have much money. hotels are a luxury. now i can just get the cheapest hotel i can find or. my new or is the waffle factor. if a hotel is having troubles, getting rid of breakfast is an option, so i only get hotels now who have a breakfast. but breakfast can be pretty crummy, so a few months ago, 4 hotel rooms, i switched to getting the cheapest hotel that advertised waffles for breakfast. it works! this was an excellent inexpensive, nicely maintained hotel.
