Nice hotel with good service and good breakfast.

very clean hotel and staff is excellent. would stay at hotel again.

The stay was great only problem was late check out was paid for prior but I was still locked out of the room and that's shows me front personnel is not following up on a timely manner. Check out was too long. Manager for 3PM shift had difficulty calculating and confirming the balance what was being officially charged to my card so I could sign off on it and obtain a receipt.

We found the room very clean, service was excellent, breakfast was excellent, and the location was near where we were visiting.

This is the second year we are staying in this hotel. It is very clean with nicely maintained rooms. The exercise room is always available. I also tried the breakfast several times- nothing great but there is warm food and good coffee. The best part of this hotel is it's proximity of the beach, the gay village, the I-95. The towels are very soft, room is quiet. I would stay again in this hotel as the price is right for all the above The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was very pleased and would definitely stay here again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was on top of food area and clean up. Two suggestions I have are adding flavored coffee creamer and adding rubber mats in the shower as the floor in the shower were very slippery. Overall this was a great hotel.

Front desk service first rate - they really care. Breakfast was all you would ever want - fresh, hot and plenty of it. Room was large and clean. Great hotel to stay at prior to a cruise. 10 minutes from Port Everglades or airport.

Overall, very satisfied with the hotel. Good location; nice breakfast. Would book again.

always stay at hyatt place, nice clean modern rooms, the location is quiet and seems to be in a commercial area

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Room and bathroom was very clean. Really have no complaints. Will definitely stay there again.

I booked this hotel by mistake thinking it was near the main airport & I am glad I did because my wife & I enjoyed our stay due to the excellent way this hotel is run. Clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. I needed to be near the cruise terminal & the prices quoted by airport hotels were over the top but this one was reasonable & made up for the distance from the port. It is also in a pleasant area & has a bus service passing the door. I am surprised it does not advertise shuttle services to the airport & cruise terminals as I found out on arrival they had one on that day on a casual basis but I had made alternative arrangements. Only one complaint, make sure you dont get the room next door to the noisy lift.

The breakfast for the hotel was very good, and the ladies at the breakfast taking care of the clients are very kind.

We stayed here three nights prior to our cruise out of Miami. I booked based on the reviews, as well as the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was located on the fourth floor, it was extremely clean. The hotel breakfast was excellent as a starter to the day. I would recommend this hotel for the value paid.

Would stay there again. Staff was exceptional and very helpful!! JoJean and Aaron were wonderful! They went out of their way to make are stay very pleasurable. They gave us great information about the local attractions and restaurants. Hotel was very clean. The free breakfast was wonderful too. Many thanks to the very professional staff at this hotel.

Comfort and convenience, as well as cleanliness of room. The only suggestion I have is to serve breakfast earlier for those of us catching early a. m. flights.

The hotel was clean, staff was professional & attentive, snd the room I booked on hotel.com was the least expensive of all my business partners! Only thing I wish it was closer than 15 minutes to the popular Florida attractions. Had to travel on 95 to everything. Free parking, free breakfast & courtesy late checkout made up for the distance!

Good deal, but the advertised free airport shuttle service did not exist.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, EXTREMELY CLEAN, VERY NICE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM, GREAT BREAKFAST, LIKED THAT IT WAS ISOLATED. WOULD HAVE LIKED IF IT WAS CLOSER TO FLL AIRPORT OR IF IT OFFERED A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. BESIDES THAT I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!

Very good hotel for it's prices. we stayed there a week ago for one night. The room was very big and clean. The hotel staff was very nice. the breakfast was also great, fresh bread and fresh omelettes. we looked for a hotel for one night after a long flight and it was the perfect place

The hotel is ok. Nothing that stands out good or bad. The staff were not the friendliest. It appeared that most of the guests use the hotel before or after a cruise. It's very close to the Isle Casino.

Large clean room with free wi-fi, refrig., microwave, coffee/tea all in room. Complimentary breakfast a nice plus. Would stay here again.

Holiday Inn was comfortable, clean, and an overall positive experience. Breakfast was FANTASTIC as always. We had 1 issue with a very noisy and rude set of girls in the middle of the night but security was called and the situation was handled for the most part (they stood at the doors and listened - not my ideal way of handling but the drunk girls eventually shut up and quit banging on doors)

This hotel is worth the time, money and has the convenience you need. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. Hotel staff were polite, courteous and informative.

Attentive front desk & housekeeping seek to please. Suite was clean and comfortable with nice amenities for food storage and modern decor. Comfortable mattresses. Comp breakfasts were quite nice-better than expected. No problem with noise at all near a small airport-Wouldn't have known it was there. Good access to major routes. Would definitely stay there again.
