Quality Hotel - ברלינגטון

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, free breakfast was amazing. Would stay here again anytime.

My room was surprisingly small, I actually had to look for the closet it was so tiny. But it had everything I needed so I have no major complains. The walls were a bit thin, but not bad enough for me to want to switch rooms. Breakfast was nothing spectacular, but it was pretty good.

I will continue to support this hotel as they still offer smoking rooms! Newly reno'd and a fantastic rest. next door!

Very nice hotel and one of the best breakfast buffet... stayed here before, find the management really trying to do their best ... the heating system is the old fassioned fan kind, somewhat noisy and not working well.They did promptly come to help and eventually agreed to provide another room.

This hotel was everything any finicky traveler will love Staff is super helpful and very attentive. Rooms are very clean, amenities all first rate and best of all breakfast was phenomenal. All for a very modest price. If you don't like this you won't like anything

Spent two nights at this hotel, Sep 28 & 29. First night was ok. Check-in was easy and besides waiting forever for the hot water to work and not be ice cold, the room was clean and comfortable. The 2nd night we were woken up twice, around 3am and 4am, by a fire alarm set off on the smoking floor. We asked for a refund, but this was not granted. We made sure to get the most of the amentities, including free breakfast, since we would not be refunded for what turned out to be a terrible night's sleep. We had a long drive home, as well as a charity run to attend the following day, so we had no choice but to stay the 2nd night even with the alarms. I typically stay at the Holiday Inn when I travel in Canada & the US, and rarely try other hotels. Now I know I will not stay at this hotel again.

Hotel was very satisfactory. Rooms clean and extremely comfotrable beds. Restaraunt next door had great food. Nice if breakfast ran until 1100 am. Would come back again.

Nice hotel. We needed a place for the family to stay at for one night and we got just that: clean, very nice continental breakfast, standard friendly reception.

Comfortable and clean.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. The front desk clerks were both amazing. I had to call and inform we wouldn't be there till late on our check-in night and Erica was very helpful, and wanted to make sure I knew we were in a smoking room. When we checked in the gentleman was very kind as well, and wanted to make sure we knew we had a smoking room as well. The rooms were very clean, and our bed was the most comfortable bed my boyfriend and I have ever slept in. The housekeeping were very pleasant. And the hotel was in a perfect location, since was right off the highway we had just gotten off; and for someone who has never been to Burlington before, it was very convenient.

Loved the breakfast! Pool is small, but nice. Frig and microwave in the rooms were added bonuses. overall great!

The gentleman at the front desk, Ronnie, was extremely helpful as we had a fair number of questions. He welcomed us every time we entered the building- a great ambassador for your hotel. We decided to stay a second night because of all the above.

We had a great stay at the hotel. If we ever come back to Ontario we would consider staying at this hotel again.

There was a problem with the elevator that did not get fixed til after we left. The room was fantastic and the breakfast great but go early to eat and avoid the crowd.

Confusion around the reservation - not helped by TOO MANY staff at front desk trying to put their 2 cents in to correct problem. Lady helping me was quite able to take care of me by herself. Bathtub did not drain at all - no way to lift plug that I could figure out. Breakfast was excellent as was the bed although a variety of pillow firmness would have been better. Good place if you have a dog - nice walking area.

Comfortable room, clean, nice bathroom. Bed good. Internet worked well and had a good breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. My expectations were a lot lower because the name had me thinking I was going to a quality inn but this place was definitely of a much higher standard. Friendly check-in with complementary homemade cookies, clean and comfortable room, lots of restaurants close by, and hands down the best free breakfast I've ever had. I would definitely come back if I ever need to return to Burlington.

People will need to check if 'little leaguers' or whatever team are staying!!! There should be a warning if kids will be running the place!!!! Shouting, running around until midnight is NOT my preference!!!!

This hotel was awesome. It was very clean and it was the most comfortable room we stayed in during our week long trip. Breakfast was excellent and provided us with much more than your typical free breakfast. Pool was clean and spa was a little piece of heaven after a long day.

Ok... we loved this stay. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, and for once i had a good nights sleep in a hotel. very quiet for a very busy hotel. Only downfalls: A little overpriced, and breakfast buffet was very limited.. I mean I wouldnt even call it a buffet. Eggs were dry, bacon cold, toast was old, and there were no fruits. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

Always have a good stay at the Quality Hotel. Comfortable rooms, helpful staff and good breakfast. Good value

Room 119 is at the edge of the carpeted area in the sub grade floor 1. The elevators, tiled floors and door to the maintenance/cleaning crew room made for lots of noise in the hall.

We were looking for a hotel at a reasonable price to use as a home base for a weekend in Burlington. We didn't plan to spend much time in the room, so our needs were pretty basic. We wanted a clean room in a hotel that preferably had a hot tub. We got that and so much more. Our room was clean, had a refrigerator and microwave, flat screen tv and one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. The pool and hot tub were convenient and quite large. The free breakfast actually had hot food including a waffle station. We were so comfortable in our room and with the hot tub and pool across the hall that we found ourselves spending much more time at the hotel that weekend that we originally planned, staying in to watch football on the flat screen tv instead of going out for the evening.

A bit over priced for the area, but a very nice hotel. Best hotel breakfast I've ever had (good HOT food!).

Een netjes hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Geen overlast van het drukke verkeer. Voor Nederlandse begrippen was het ontbijt karig en viel het plastic bestek tegen. Wij verbleven er vier nachten.

Quality Hotel Burlington is een goed hotel voor een tussenstop. Het personeel is vriendelijk en het hotel is van alle gemakken voorzien. Pré is het ontbijt, dat inclusief in de prijs zit. Het ontbijtbuffet biedt een ruime keus en de kinderen vonden het leuk om zelf wafels te bakken. Hotelkamer is netjes. Jammer dat er in de omgeving van het hotel weinig te beleven is, hoewel Lake Ontario dichtbij is.
