Convieniently located close to Frankfurt Airport. Had frequent shuttle service (every 20 minutes) to and from the airport. Clean and modern facility. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was awful- the so-called hot breakfast buffet was all cold. I complained to the reception manager and she just gave me a glare and asked what would I like her to do about it? I repeated the complaint and said maybeshe should tell the chef. She just gave me another irritated look and shrugged her shoulders. Never going back.

Very nice room.

Hotel is solely for early morning transfer to airport. Free internet is terrible, must pay to upgrade, towels like dishrags. Every effort made to use as cheap as possible anything. Nothing near hotel if have desire to eat elsewhere. Good airport shuttle. A $40/night hotel in United States.

it was great. The transport from the airport was right on time just outside baggage claim. the decor was great. The bed comfort was awesome and the internet was strong.

Very convenient Hotel to Airport, and shuttle service was terrific. Onlynegative,the restaurant at the Hotel is a bit pricey..

Decent hotel close to Frankfurt Airport. Leave a little early as the shuttle can get backed up in the morning going back to the airport.

The room was clean and the bed was confortable. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which is really quite nice. The serving staff were pleasant. The gym has all the basics but no water fountain so you must bring your own water bottle. Eating at the hotel is a little pricey but that's not unusual.

The noise is terrible, the hotel knows it and I was not able to change my reservation. Don't go here!!!

According to my Daughter it was awesom.

Quiet, clean and good beds, met my requirements for a rest between flights.

Good service, location and restaurant. Our only complaint was no vending machines for water. The charge for bottled water in the room was way over priced!

Rooms are very comfortable, great relaxing sauna area. Wasnt so impressed with the service at dinner but I wouldnt knock the hotel for that, the food was pretty good, id use this place again no problem.

Convenient for an early flight, reasonable quality, but in future I think I'd rather stay in the city and get up a little earlier.

Internet is slow, hotel shuttle is slow. Otherwise perfectly acceptable.

The hotel was excellent in comparison with its overnight rate and location to the airport. The free shuttle from the airport was easy to catch and we did not have to wait long even after arriving at a late hour at the airport. Certainly recommend it if your flight is too early or late at night. Don't recommend it if you wish to commute to the centre of Frankfurt...

The staff was helpful and attentive. The dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet were typical. The room was very small for the price and the 25Euro charge for 2 hour early arrival was a surprise..

it was definitely good. The only thing missing was really the exercise room and a better sauna facilities, some ambiance music. But all and all was really good.

Clean, modern, efficient, convenient, and close. The airport shuttle made a quick layover overnight very easy. Hotel has wifi and TV and a bar and restaurant for what it lacks in charm makes up for in accessibility and convenience, and the staff speaks English. The gym room is small and not well equipped but the sauna is nice, large and clean.

Overall nice stay. I had a overnight transient flight, so I needed to find a transient hotel to stay. The hotel is not really inside the airport but with the shuttle bus (every 20 mins) I could arrive easily (10 mins distance). Hotel has a simple restaurant which served some choice of food (ok in quality) with attentive service.

Airport shuttle only goes to Terminal 1.

Met all requirements and helpful staff

We checked in late and out early. Great spot with a free shuttle to the airport. The room was very comfortable and big by euro standards. I would stay there again.

Hotel very nice for overnight close to airport. Decent dining facilities. Very comfortable beds and appointed nicely. Good value

the hotel shuttle bus pick-up point is somewhere near Arrival door 1, where all the other courtesy shuttles are located as well. room was smaller than typical hotels but adequate for my layover before my early morning flight. shuttle was convenient and took less than 10min to get to airport.

Good stay except for confusion about the reservation for one of our party staying over for three additional nights after I and another in our party left. Eventually, cleared up just before that person was to check out. The first shuttle to the hotel was filled when we arrived in Frankfurt, but the nice driver saved seats for us on the next shuttle which arrived about 15 minutes later. Overall experience o.k. Would try hotel again.

Everything was great. Room was clean, modern and quiet. There is a pretty good and reasonably priced restaurant in the hotel. A free shuttle to and from airport. Pro tip: shuttle fills up quickly in the morning so reserve a seat. The wifi, while free, is kind of spotty and drops off often. You'll be able to check work email but not much more unless you're sitting directly in the hotel lobby.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night to catch my plane the next morning. My room was very comfortable with enough space for my computer. Internet service is free of charge and the connection was very fast. They thave a well stocked mini bar at reasonable prices as well as complimentary tea and coffee service in the room.There isn't a wide choice of TV channels in languages other than German, but I really didn't mind. The bathroom was comfortable with an excellent choice of toilettries.The staff was effiecient and friendly. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport runs every 20 min, but the mini van is a bit small, so you have to make a reservation a night before.
