Great location. But unclean hotel. Linen was dirty and the room was messy. Barely bearable.

nice and convenient & beautiful loft unit but noisy :(

I would not stay again as I was dissappointed in the overall shabby feel...:(

This hotel was great. We were in the second building so not right over looking the village but that meant quiet but no view of anything. Nice rooms

Great location. Hotel looking a bit worn as it is very popular due to price point and location. The walls and ceilings are not very sound proofed so I was woken several times thru the night. For one night it was average but I would not recommend for much longer if you value your rest.

Very pleased with how close to Gondolas and ski rentals, lots of restaurants.Nice large indoor spa. Parking below bldg very convenient although cost of $18, worth it. Bed was comfortable and all in good repair.Would definitely return.

I really enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the hot tub right in the village. The pool hours were open late which was nice. We enjoyed a nice meal at the Keg next door and swam for most of the evening afterwards. Very convenient and close to everything and the price was great too! The decor is a little outdated but very roomy and cozy in the suites.

Both internet and parking were over-priced add-ons. Very few hotels charge for internet service in the rooms these days, and that knocks down my rating of this hotel, as it seems really cheap to be charging an additional fee to access the web. Parking also was needlessly expensive and could have been included with room. Otherwise, I've no complaints regarding the hotel. Location was great, rooms clean, and beds were very comfortable.

Good hotel, close to all the lifts and central village. Would stay here again.

We had a nice stay although the hotel was going through some renovations (plumbing issues)and a lot of the walls in the halls were boarded and it looked like a construction site. We had a suite with kitchenette and it was quite handy for quick meals before hitting the slopes. The hotel is a very short walk to the lifts and that's why we chose this place. They charge for wi-fi and parking.

I thought the room was extremely tiny, especially for 4 people. I understand that not all requests can be made but having 2 couples and 3 beds was not great. Our feet were touching the other peoples feet. They said there was a full kitchen, yet there was only 1 knife and no bowls for salads or anything. It was nice and close to where we wanted to be but I was not impessed with the size of the room. Also said there was a balcony in every room, yet our balcony was under construction.

Couldn't have been in a better spot. Older building could use some updates, but loft was nice.

Great location which was easy to get around, we parked car for the weekend and didn't need to use it at all. Parking kind of adds up if you are staying for a few days but most hotels charge close to twenty bucks/day. The room was only ready about an hour before regular check in time. Hotel staff was very helpful and could suggest some things to do. Location is beside the Keg and around the corner from a Starbucks and Shoppers Drug Mart so everything you need is right there. I used the gym and it had alright equipment, everything you'd need for a workout on your vacation and never saw anyone else in there. TV in there to watch while working out. There is a nice outdoor hottub and pool. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I could hear the people upstairs in the morning running around and slight hallway noise but nothing that preventing me from going back to sleep.

We liked the suite and location. We weren't too impressed with the condition of the hotel and could hear our neighbors between 12-4am!

Can't complain about the price for this hotel. It was centrally located with a full kitchen. The murphy bed and pullout beds weren't so comfortable. The pool was small. If yo are on a budget and want something central with a kitchen this should be considered.

We had a nice big dog friendly room. I will stay there again.

The standard room was adequate in size. The beds and bedding were very comfortable The room description made reference to sitting and enjoying the fireplace, however, our room did not have a fireplace. The location is perfect, in the centre of the village. The hotels charge a higher rate for parking than the public lots. Strange. Looks like one of the older hotels in the area but clean and some updates done

Overall, its a good place to stay on a tight budget. Its very clean and the room was spacious. I didn't like that the bed was one of those hide-a-beds. They aren't the comfiest things, but it does the trick. The place was quiet. But they have an 11 am checkout policy which I think is ridiculously early! I couldn't sit and enjoy my coffee before the long drive back on the 99.

I really liked the room and Loved Whistler Village but the maintenance of the hotel could use a little work. The common areas haven't been vacuumed in a loooong time. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked being close to the village, but no in it because it was quieter.

Room was very tiny and not very soundproof. Otherwise, not too bad.

Room was nice, clean and spacious, only thing is they didnt inform us that our balcony was closed for repairs, that was annoying. Also, they messed up our damage deposit, didnt end up returning it for 4 days, then after we had gotten home they phoned me at midnight on a sunday and woke me up, then the staff got really rude because I didnt want to get out of bed to get my credit card info and made a huge issue about me calling back in the morning, and we are on the same time zone, so they knew it was midnight on a sunday, I found that to be unprofessional. I[m undecided on if I would stay there again

The rooms are really a good size. The bed was very comfortable. Location great.

The hallways, elevator and general aesthetics were a little dated, run down and not super clean. However, my room itself was much larger than I expected, very clean and comfortable. I had a decent view and the location is excellent. I would stay here again for sure!

I wish to have the same price in Winter!

The best part of this hotel is the location, you don't need to use your car at all ! We originally we're put in a very small room with a murphy bed on the main floor (there was 3 people sharing the room, it was too small) after talking to the front desk they moved us up to the 3rd floor, which was much better (bed upstairs and pull out sofa bed). The main drawback was when we left the room for the afternoon and we put up the sign to have our room cleaned, and when we retured the room was not clean, and the sign was flipped to "do not disturb". Overall I would stay here again becasue of the location ;0)

Was located just off main stroll but close to everything. My balcony had a view of the mountain. When I checked in, I had a pleasant surprise as I was upgraded to a Queen Murphy bed suite, which was a very nice room especially at the Hotels.com price I had booked at. Even if I had paid the regular rate, it still would have been good value for the room.

Great location and value for Whistler!

This hotel was right in the village, easy access to everything, we were flooded out of our original room by the people above us over flowing their bath tub, but the hotel accomodated that by upgrading our suite. It wasn't the nicest looking hotel or the cleanest but it was in a great location.

The room was very well laid out with maximum use of space, and the kitchen was a regualr sized fully functionsal kitchen - we cooked full breakfasts and a lobster dinner there. Hotel is right near the Whistler Village strol, easy walking distance to everything in Whistler/Blackcomb and is very clean and comfortable!

When you first walk in you are overwhelmed by the smell of tiger lilies and sound of rave music. The check in clerk seemed overwelmed and a little unfriendly/ frustrated with other patrons on the phone. I had a booking for 2 room, which one was on the second floor and the other on the first. Got to the parade and realized we needed parking passes for the underground parking, which we did not receive on check in. Rooms were very outdated The veiw from the first floor room was a nice grass area where they stored their ladders and wheel barrels and other maintence equipment just off the balcony. Pool/BBQ area was located in the main hotel building which we had to walk across the street too. When we arrived to the pool their was no towel and had to wait 10 min for someone to drop some off. Overall experience from this hotel was service was not a concern for those who worked there. I have never stayed at this hotel before and definatly would not be returning.

Whistler Village Inn is superbly located. Aging Inn, could use updating. Good to have laundry area for guests. Would stay there again!!

Very nice place even with the Murphy bed. You will pay extra for parking in the garage other wise you will have to carry lugage etc. a little ways from the public parking area. Overall a very good experience.

Our stay was great. No complaints.

The hotel amenities were poor, the ju tub was cold water on all three days and the door to the sauna would not stay shut until we secured it with a towel. We were there for three days and they only keyed us for entry to the building and suite for a day so their was some inconvienance their!!! I will stay elsewhere next visit to whistler.

We were absolutely delighted to find out our standard room had a loft and kitchenette. This was not a newer top end hotel but it was super onvenient in the heart of the village and it was also very comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and we got a great rate. We will stay here again.
