Springhill Suites by Marriott - ווטרפורד

Not worth the $217 it cost to stay there. Called front desk for towels was told i had to come get them myself. The pool was very small.upon leaving, we were asked how our stay was and we said it was horrible and she just said "oh sorry to hear that". Only good thing was it was clean and bed was comfortable

I was very pleased with the room and service, as well as a great breakfast in the morning. Plently of hot food, even waffles!

Our stay was very nice. The entire room was absolutely clean and lovely. The bed was comfortable and soft to sleep in. The TV was big and had some great channels. The bathroom provided us with basic amenities. The only down side was our refrigerator was not turned on so we had to get a repairman to come in and fix it for us. Overall we had a pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly and the free breakfast was yummy.

You're hotel is amazing! It was so convenient to where we were going and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The hotel amenities (although we didn't use them all) were fabulous. We are definitely going to use Spring Hill Suites again in the future. Thanks!

room was clean, room was clean & everyone was very accomodating.

Issue with fold out bed that wouldn't open completely, as it bumped into tv stand. Found quite a few cheerios inside that bed as well. King bed was super comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accomodating of our large swim team gathering.

I've stayed there once before about 5 years ago around the same time of year which is New Years Eve. I really didn't find anything bad to say then or now. Maybe the only thing is I wish the Mohegan shuttle came to the hotel like before which has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Other than that I am a completely satisfied customer. I am very picky when it comes to hotels and find it to be clean and very comfortable. Your not spending $600.00 dollars a night and your breakfast is included. What more can you ask for? I would definitely return someday and recommend it as well.

Low rating on hotel condition reflects the hotel is undergoing renovations in their entry lobby and breakfast area. Otherwise, a very nice hotel in a very convenient location just off I-95 (no real traffic noise).

The rooms need shades on the windows. The sun came through and made the room extremely hot and bright very early in the morning.

Best element was the concierge who was very helpful in advising us on how to logistically handle the concert we were attending at mohegan sun

I was only there for one night, but everything was wonderful. The bed was sooooo comfortable and so were the sheets. the breakfast was good with a great variety. The staff were pleasant and accomidating. One of the best nights sleep EVER

Our accomodations were fine. Our family was able to all be together. We were down fro a family funeral.

Great Hotel, but it was a bit of a challenge to find it behind the shopping center

This hotel is located alongside a highway as part of a complex of strip malls and big-box stores. The staff is friendly and attentive and the rooms are clean. They serve a decent breakfast of pre-packaged food with a decent variety of grains, proteins, and fruit. It's not exactly picturesque or luxurious, but it's a perfectly acceptable place to stay. The hotel itself appears to have been renovated sometime in the past 10 years or so.

Rooms were clean, staff was nice.....would stay again

The facility wasn't exactly new, but it was well maintained. The room was comfortable. The price for the room was way over what I would normally pay for accommodations like these. This was an event weekend for my son's college so I assume the rates were hiked. it was understandable. The breakfast wasn't gourmet, but was still very good. The hotel got an extra star from me because they had fresh coffee in the lobby all evening.

The room smelled funky, when I complained to the front desk, they said the hotel was filled. They offered to spray the room with air freshener. For the money I spent I was expecting more. Also, bed was uncomfortable, not a good value for what I paid. I should have stayed at the Red Roof Inn.

The most average hotel experience. The sheets were a little stiff, the pool a little too small, the breakfast a bit skimpy. But it was a decent room at a decent rate, and if I pass that way again, I might consider a second stay there.

It was close to family. And the access to stores and/or restaurants was convenient. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

Once we found the entrance among the weeds on the road, we were glad we did. We didn't use the pool but we were spending the night at Mohegan found that it was quite close. I like the suite setup because I had to go to work in the morning while my husband was able to sleep in. Chocolate chip cookies, good breakfast setup. A little pricey but it was good enough.

Friendly and efficient staff. Hotel is very comfortable and comforting. Excellent location for our purposes. Good breakfast.

Very clean, comfortable and great amenities such as flatscreen t.v.s and breakfast.

Convenient to both casinos, Foxwood and Mohegun Sun. A mall was next to the hotel, (Shoprite, Marshalls, Chinese buffet, Home Goods, AC Mooore etc.). , Old Mystic Village. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was just wonderful. the bed, was like sleeping on a cloud. The front end staff was just wonderful. They gave us an early check in and check out was just as fast. Will use them again, no questions asked.

I was looking for convenience of hotel for family funeral in Groton. I certainly found the perfect hotel for my needs! Was clean, ease of check-in and check-out. My breakfast was timely and so delish! I would for sure stay here again and recommend the hotel to family and friends! Thank you all!

This hotel served as a rest stop in between locations on a business trip. It was a nice big room and more than satisfied my needs. The TV was too far from the bed. My only complaint is that the spot light in front of the hotel shined right in my room and there was a hole in the curtain probably from previous guest trying to block the light out. I was able to clip the curtain shut. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. I’d stay there again.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness. I've never been too picky about which chain hotel I wound up in but that has changed. This Marriott was infinitely cleaner than any 3 star place I've stayed in the past year or two. The evening desk staff was a bit preoccupied and not very friendly but I am still going to book Marriot in the future, hope they all live up to the same standard.

Very convience to to the surrounding attractions Mystic mohgegen Sun New London & more

Hotel worn, room didn't seem to have noise barrier as heard sounds all night. Needs a major decorating update. Room worn and not up to the standards of other Spring Hill suites I have stayed in, plus very expensive on top! Defiantly would not stay there again!

Lovely accommodations, incl. room amenities, convenient and diverse gym, pool, jacuzzi. Hotel was right next door to our meeting place, but in an isolated area overall. I.e., not near restaurants, etc. Overall excellent.

The Spring Hill Suite's hotel staff were friendly and welcoming and the king suite i stayed in was excellent. Despite the difficulty in accessing the hotel form the thruway my stay was relaxing and pleasant.

The room was excellent, clean. The service and staff very courteous, polite and helpful. They made our stay pleasant. As a bonus the location of the hotel right off the highway. A shopping plaza directly across with a choice of an Outback and Chilis restaurants as well. I also noticed a mall nearby. Overall this was a pretty nice place to stay and it's about 10 to 15 minutes from the Mohegan Sun.
