The room was clean and comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. I guess the best recommendation is that I would stay there again.

Everything was great until smoke kept coming through my vent on the first floor. I really hate cigarette smoke. But other than that, it was great. Safe, nice, and comfy beds.

Highly recommended i once you get past the slow checki-in process.

I originally reserved a king bed room, and noted that one of us had allergies. We were placed on the second floor, which has significant issues with smoke from the smoking floor on the third floor due to a connected ventilation system in the bathrooms. The night staff moved us to a 1st floor room, but only a two double room was available. Points for friendly, helpful staff, but this is not a good hotel to stay in if you can't deal with a smoking environment due to the ventilation design.

It was really nice!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Staff was nice, hotel was overall in pretty good shape. The room could have been a little cleaner, but was not terrible. Small complaints would be the shower head (leaky), the pillows and bed comfort were just not that good, and the grab and go breakfast didn't start until 7 (some people work early!!). However, none of these things would stop me again from staying here and for the money, I don't think you could find any better!

The room was okay not very clean but ok

I needed a hotel near Scott AFB and this hotel proved itself worthy through its great rate and amenities.

OK room for the price. Internet was very slow, had to pay for the upgrade for any type of adequate connection for work, which also was a hassle. Had to call tech support & remain on hold forever. Front desk help was very little help at all. One desk person told me when I checked in that there was an Ice machine in the vending area....there was not any Ice machines on the premesis.

Everything was great. The room was clean as well as the appliances and utensils. I was in STL for a week and stayed at 4 Extended Stays. This would be the best. The only complaint I have that could ruin the rating is the housekeeping guy walking in the my room in the morning while I was in bed. Luckily I had the latch on the door. That was unacceptable! All else was well. Front desk staff was wonderful as well. Lots of shopping and food nearby!

The place was clean, close to several restaurants, located in a quiet area of O'Fallon, I will stay again if needed or I might try the newer Suburban Extended Stay right next door.

Needed a room overnight while my husband had surgery. It was clean and comfortable. Everything I needed for the right price!

*I came to get away from stress for a couple of nights, looking for some place that made me feel at home. The rooms could have been more clean as I had to check four rooms before I could reach a comfort zone. After finding my room it served its purpose, it was not emaculate but it could have been if the housekeepers would just clean deeper. Overall satisfaction though.

Awesome price for what you get. We just needed a room for a quick night stay it was great. Would be a great place if you were working out of town and needed a great clean room with a kitchenette in it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were planning on staying one night, but stayed an extra night just to enjoy the room and surrounding area. Close to shopping and several restaurants.

Kirk at the from desk was great. Best bang for the buck I have seen in a long time. Great hotel for the price!

Very pleasant hotel

Not much around the location, but one exit up there were alot of restaurants, etc.,. Room was clean and had pretty much everything you need.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff were very friendly. My children and I live in Florida while my siblings live in South Dakota. This was the half way point for us. I searched online to find a reasonably priced hotel and Extended Stay America was the one I chose. There were 9 of us all together, so having a refrigerator, stove and microwave kept our eating expenses quite low. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. (I only have one minor complaint: when we moved the arm chair and ottoman, we found two empty gatorade bottles that were under the chair. Please have your cleaning personnel look under the beds and chairs to make sure they get everything.)

Very new, clean, and close to several wonderful eateries and restaurants. I would use this location again if in the area, especially if visiting the Scott AFBase area.

The room is spacious and has a fridge and microwave. It's a dated hotel and a little run down. For a 1 or 2 night stay, I might stay again. You get what you pay for.

Noisy and I paid for a Queen but got a fullsize even though I booked weeks in advance and was there before 5:00. I would'nt stay there again..

An excellent value on a clean pleasant room with a kitchen. Close to the highway and many restaurants. Highly recommend

Clean comfortable......could use better and additional pillows.

This property is one of our favorites when visiting family in the area. Close to interstate, but surprisingly quiet.

This hotel is located close enough to St. Louis that it is convenient and also is close enough to any kind of thing you would want to do. It is in a great place.
