Excellent! We would highly recommend to all our friends and family!

The hotel was up to standards from my visit last year, under a different owner. The staff were very personable and accomodating and responded quickly and happily to our requests. That made the stay very enjoyable, knowing the staff cared about our needs. The rates were great for the stay which included breakfast. My family and I would definately stay at this hotel again.

Good hotel. Would stay there again. Very comfortable.

Enjoyed classy room as a travel retreat. Found it both quiet and comfortable (beds and temperature). It felt family friendly, too. We will be back again!

Overall we had a good stay. The room was nice and even came equipt with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet was okay, but for $5 you definitely get your monies worth.

Really nice hotel, at a good price. New gym equipment, but it needs to be hooked up to TV, talked to the GM and he said it was being done in the next week or 2. Good breakfast for low price. Ask for a cookie when you check in.

The bathroom was strange. The sink was in the room and the shower and toilet were for handicap use. It was not very comfortable. The bed was great though. Elevator was slow, cookies had nuts, and there was only 1 clerk up front at check in. Though he was very good it was a 15 to 20 minute wait for the line ahead of me. There should have been 2 clerks on duty.

This was a very nice hotel and most affordable. The only complaint I had was that I had to stand in the lobby for 30 minutes to check in. There was only one person behind the desk and when I finally got to the desk and said that they really needed more help, he told me that it is always only him. After driving all day it really made me bristle. No one should have to wait more than 5 minutes if that.

Fairly priced for nice, clean hotel! Breakfast could have been better but overall we were pleasantly surprised.

This hotel was perfect, close to the highway...easy to find, the staff was great and met all of our needs...we had 2 preteen girls, so there were a few...the breakfast, while costing $5 a piece, was more than worth it...we would have spent much more at McDonald s for greasy fast food...the beds were hard to get out of, wish we could have slept in...Loved the place...highly recommend.

I would rate this somewhere near a three star or slightly more. The breakfast that they charged five dollars for was a little better than a continental breakfast. The staff was nice enough but a little sparce and distant. The hot tub was out of order and had been that way for a week or so already. The neighborhood was just rather commercial with nothing special in the area. I would stay there again for a place to sleep but not as an enjoyable getaway. I think this hotel falls a bit short of the 4.3 excellent rating given.

Good

We had a few little issues but the staff was so helpful and very willing to make us comfortable. They were great and the cookies were awesome!

Hotel is easy to find from the highway, area is safe, beds are comfortable. Hotel is in good repair. Staff members were all very nice. Pool and hottub were clean. The only small glitch is that breakfast was usually not ready at the 6:30 start time, and for those of us traveling from eastern time zones, eagerly awaiting the breakfast bar to open up, even 10 minutes of waiting seems like too long to wait for morning coffee. I would stay here again.

Way overpriced. Freeway exit location. Recent renovation of older hotel. HVAC was old wall unit instead of modern central system. Bathtub had been redone with a drop-in shell that left the tub so narrow that I could barely fit (and I'm not wide). Bathroom fan roared so loud I ended up turning it off to bathe in the dark. Best Western or Hampton Inn quality here. Not worth the price.

Great staff! Pool broke after a private party. That was the worst part.

Excellent Customer service especially by Hotel Managers Sameer and Nikki. The only issue was quick depletion of breakfast on Easter Sunday which meant longer waits for breakfast but they made up for that by having plenty the following day with absolutely no wait times.

Friendly staff, nice surroundings, excellent service, breakfast is now 5 dollars each instead of coplimentary as of 4/1; enjoyed our stay very much

Gives a warm chocolate cookie when you check-in. The breakfast was quite good. Except the food, plates, coffee need to be refilled faster. Breakfast served until 10am but by 9-ish, there was no food, no yogurt, no milk, no coffee or plates / cups. We had to wait for the dishes to be washed and see the one guy prepping, cleaning, and replenish the kitchen / food. Other than this, everyone was courteous, the place was clean and very convenient to get around Portland.

Hotel was great so was the rate. Staff was friendly and the cookies were a nice touch.

Nice hotel, would have gotten a better rating of the front desk had been more forthright regarding the hold placed against my card (which still hasn't been released) for 'incidentals.' Yes, I know it's common practice for large hotels for things like room service, etc, but this was barely better than a motor Inn, motel. I had the impression they were trying to be bigger than they were. For the money, I regretted not getting a room in downtown Portland. In my opinion, I've had better experiences at hotels acting small while delivering big than this place acting big & delivering small

Our stay was very pleasant. Traveling ten hours with a five year old is hard. The staff were helpful and supportive. The rooms were clean and fresh. And the heated indoor pool was a big hit with my five year old. As were the Doubletree cookies. We will make The Doubletree our Beaverton favorite for future trips.

We stayed In Portland for my little boy to have surgery, overall the stay was great. Beautiful corner room, fairly quiet, super friendly staff & we were very impressed with the free breakfast! The only thing we didn't like was the beds. They were pretty hard. But I think we will stay there again!

The pool was closed for construction. The room was clean and well kept. The hotel has a simple bar that serves food. No integrated TV system. Lots of cable channels but no way to check out online or in room movies. I would stay there again.

The stay was good but they knew that there were 5 of us in the room and we only had towels for 3. When we asked at the desk the first night for more towels, they offered to bring them to our room and never showed. We had to ask for towels again but took them with us to the room this time instead of waiting.

Very good.

our stay at the Phoenix was great except for the breakfast. They are remodeling so I will cut them some slack and excuse their breakfast entrees. The young man running the breakfast room was a good person to talk to about the renovation and more than made up for this minor inconvience.

Hotel very clean, service was good, location was very handy to where we wanted, The rates very very reasonable, reception were very helpful and friendly.Loved Portland Oregon and would stay at this hotel again.There was plenty of parking and also was free.

Clean, comfortable, and cozy. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was tasty and the wifi was awesome and the service was excellent.

THe motel is nice - the beds are hard - the breakfast area was not kept stocked very well. People were always waiting for them to restock items for breakfast. Cleanliness was great! Amenities were great.

Room was ready when we got there, not fancy, but clean and reasonable.

Very nice, in a nice neighborhood with restaurants nearby. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very nice room and clean. Would stay there again if ever in the area.
