This hotel is in an awesome location. Very friendly staff and its very clean!

I visited Austin for business for 5 days and stayed at the Extended Stay, Arboretum, which was only a couple of miles from my clients office. The efficiency apartment was spacious enough, well fitted out and in excellent condition. The best thing was the staff on the front desk, all of whom were friendly and helpful. A real home from home. Add in convenient onsite parking and a grab and go breakfast and the value proposition is great. Would use again.

You never know what a bad hotel is until you've stayed at one. Spent three nights here and they were all pretty much bad. You can hear everything in the halls, above your room, and pretty much anywhere else. Bed was uncomfortable, room had a musty smell, bathroom was less than clean. It is in a nice location but there are other hotels around and I would suggest you give them a try first. Tried to save some money with this one, totally not worth it.

Staff was very friendly. Street noise and noisy a/c made it hard to sleep.

No ice machine, no wake up call, on a busy street, everything else was good. I would stay there again but would be better to be closer to downtown.

Not a fancy place, but definitely meets your everyday needs, with convenient location for work (if your business is around that area).

I went to Austin for a 3-day conference. The rooms are clean, and everything is ready for use. The front desk is helpful and patient. If they can provide some shampoo I'll be more preciate for that. It's quiet around, making it a good place to take a rest. But you have to walk a distance for more restaurants and supermarkets. They provide free take-and-go breakfast, just some coffee, cocoa, oranges, muffins and chocolate bars etc., simple but enough for me. The wireless access is fast for surfing the Internet, but not so speed when downloading or uploading. Well, it's really a good place for a short stay.

The staff was very professional and courteous. When I checked in they gave me a welcome gift which was a very nice touch. Thirty minutes after I went to the room the front desk called to assure everything was to my satisfaction. That is what I call customer service.

Sink had crusty debri dried in it. No available electrical outlets for guests (had to unplug lamps or clock). No wake-up call.

Very affordable and convenient hotel.

Great location closer than downtown Austin without the price tag. I guess you pay for it though, the bed isn't very comfortable. I wouldn't stay more than a few nights. Service was great. Heard quite a few dogs barking. This is more of a pit shop place. Nothing fancy.

No hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Room not serviced despite being gone all day. Free internet pretty slow. Could occasionally smell smoke, possibly from smoking rooms in the building. Not horrible but would not stay again.

Great rates,great customer service, friendly staff. A great place to stay for one or several nights.

The hotel is very convenient to the Arboretum (less than 1 mile) where I attended training. My bed was quite comfortable. Free wi-fi was definitely a plus, too... and it's close to shopping and restaurants!

This was a great place to stay..... it is close to shopping and was like home away from home.... loved it

This hotel was convenient for our stay in Northwest Austin. We appreciated the kitchenette and full sized refrigerator/freezer. The price through Hotels.com was reasonable.

The hotel staff was very very nice!! The room was gross. The beds were sagging. The bed I stayed in was gross and it smelled like smoke when we got there. Do not think I will stay there again.

I really liked the entry into the kitchen area and the dishes there and ice in the room. The bed and pillow was not the most comfortable. I prefer soft and comfier. But overall, it was a pleasant stay. Thank You.

The staff was accommodating and friendly and the hotel itself was clean and in good repair. I can stay pretty much anywhere and be comfortable--except this hotel. The bed was the worst that my partner and I have EVER experienced. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but we could not get any rest as a result of the awful, awful, awful bed.

Wish that there was daily room clean-up. The only down side to our stay was the bed not being made and having to go exchange towels. Other than that, the room and hotel far exceeded our expectations. For the cost, we will stay here again.

This is a very minimal hotel. (Even for basic toiletries were missing - had to ask for shampoo; moisturizing lotion was not available). The worst part was the room shaking because the fire suppressing system's compressor (housed in a room under our room) kept going on every 3-4 hours. They told us it is supposed to go on every 4-5 days but there was nothing they could do about it as the servicing company had been called. During our 4 days stay nobody showed up to fix it or to give us a different room. Avoid.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is an extended stay type hotel, so the rates are very accomodating. The greatest part about it is there is a kitchen in the room, this helps because if you are staying a great length of time, you don't have to worry about spending extra money with eating out every day. I also like the fact they gave you as much coffee and such as you would like (there was also a coffee pot & toaster in the room)...and we drink a lot of coffee. I would definately recommend this hotel for stay in Austin. It was close to my meeting place with shopping and restaurants nearby.

The room was comfortable the only real complaint I had was having to go down to the front desk to get coffee, and clean towels. For what I needed it was a good rate and close to where I needed to go.

Our room had mold growing at the top of window sill. Looks like there was some water leaks and there was actually a mushroom looking object growing from the sheet rock where the leaks were.

キッチンもあり、清潔で環境もよく過ごしやすいホテル。お隣のホテルのとなりにある、North By Northwest Restaurant & Brewery は、一人でもいけるレストランで、おいしいビールがたくさん！週末には野外ライブもあるそう。もう少し歩けば、Whole Foods Marketにも行けるので、朝食がなくてもへっちゃらです。
