Extended Stay America - Boston - Woburn - וובורן

Have stayed here before.......got the same fantastic friendly helpful staff & curteous maid service as always! Can't recommend this hotel in Woburn enough. Walk to good restaurants and shopping center too.

Fantastic friendly helpful staff as always, room always clean when I get back from shopping or going out. Good restaurants around and convenience stores across the street. Speedy internet access too.

Was here once before for leisure, came back for a job interview. Staff & maids all fantastic friendly & professional. Very curteous. Convenient to nice restaurants and local shopping too :)

Overall very nice. Not the best location. Nice room

The price is probably the biggest asset.The young girl who checked us in was extremely helpful (sadly, don't recall her name). However, beyond that they were somewhat none existent - hiding in the office, I suppose. Maid service was slated once a week, but if you needed extra towels, sheets, etc.. you could get them. Only amenities of note were a combination fitness room (no great shakes) and a laundry room. The "Continental Breakfast" was pedestrian, but there. Location and access to major highways was a plus. A shopping mall directly accross the street was also convenient. Basicly, it suites the purpose, but will not blow you away. Forgot to mention there is a pool ( stayed in Dec, so not much use for it unless you are a member of the Polar Bear club...)

The place is depressing and not well maintained. They don't provide towels or room cleaning for a two night stay. Should not be listed as an option for people looking for a regular hotel. Beware.

This is one of the worst hotels we stayed in. It' is damp, dusty and rather dirty and smelly. Worst thing was microwave that smelled terribly, was dirty. There is no daily room service in the hotel, and when I asked to clean the microwave and change sheets hotel staff forgot to do it so I had to remind them of my request and wait unil next day. Price was lower than in other hotels in Greater Boston but it was still far too high for such conditions! Our biggest mistake was to stay at the hotel for six nights!!! After that we moved to another hotel, that costs just a bit more but is sooooooooo much better!

Wasn't too impressed.... Upon entering my room the lights did not work. I found that I had to jar the light-switch back and forth in order for it turn on. The carpets consistenly felt damp due to the humidity. The set up of the room was awful and I didn't want to touch anything because it felt like they were old & unclean furnishings. The morning of my first stay I get a knock on the door for maintenance. I told the knocker that I did not request maintenance, but he said that everyone needed to have their room quickly checked. I was horrified to see that the maintenance man had an Orkin man with him to check for bugs underneath the sink and behind the refridgerator. WHY OH WHY would they do that durning a guest's stay?!? It made me want to remain OUT of the room as much as possible for my remaining 24 hours left there. :( Not satisfied and will not be staying here if I ever need to do business in Boston area again.

I booked a room at this hotel because all other hotels in the area were totally booked. Overall the service was good and the hotel seemed clean, but it is old and in major need of some upgrades. Although I got a non-smoking room it had obviously been a smoking room at one time and had an unpleasant smell. Rooms have a small kitchenette which was in decent condition. There was an old couch in the room which I wouldnt want to sit on and also had an unpleasant smell from the room and the carpets definitely need to be replaced. They did offer breakfast in the morning which consisted of coffee and some grab and go items like pre-packaged muffins and apples/bananas.

If you set your expectations based on other 2 star or extended stay hotels, this is a good value. The staff is very friendly and professional, while it is not pristine, the building and rooms are in better condition than some other comparable hotels. The breakfast is limited to prepackaged bagels or muffins, but the coffee is not bad. If you're working in the Burlington/Woburn area it's a convenient location, but you may want to leave yourself an extra couple of minutes to make the left in traffic to get out onto 95/128

The service was excellent and staff was very nice. The bed was VERY uncomfortable!!! Like sleeping on cement!! The TV was old fashioned (A/B switch) with only 34 channels. It served its purpose but not comfortable. Police were constantly there also.

We loved the layout, the kitchenette with a big fridge (we cooked our breakfast!) the couch and the bed both great for sleeping. Next time we will take an upper floor room since the only problem was that because of thin walls and floors we were awakened twice in the night- a small child running over head...sounded like a herd of elephants! I could totally see staying for more than the one night we did. I will look for this chain in the future; it was our first stay at an Extended Stay. I thought the rate was excellent, especially for the area.

So convenient to have a kitchen! We saved a small fortune AND ate healthier and less overall by combining occasional restaurant food supplemented with our own creations. One night we bought fresh clam chowder from downtown Boston to go and made a big salad in our room to go with it ( and watched March Madness ). Great convenience.

We where on a business trip which contained a high amount of our timed being consumed in intense training. It was nice to know when I came home at night I didn't have to go to the desk for all my needs. I had access to towels, kitchen supplies which made for a comfortable stay.

I am from Boston so the location worked great because it was convenient to family. Not sure I would jump to stay there again but it was fine for this trip. Pros: It's directly off the highway but no noise. There is a huge grocery store which is great for an extended stay. There are also restaurants in walking distance as well. The room was very clean. Cons: Unless I missed it in the hotels.com description, this is a "pets allowed" hotel which is great if I had a pet but the room started to smell like dogs/cats. I'm also allergic to cats so my allergies were brutal. The pillows in the room were awful - they felt like they were 40 years old - and there were only 2 on the bed. OK for the price and location. Certainly not the best Extended Stay I've stayed at.

Hotel was fine to stay overnight. Good rate but we believe that rooms should be cleanned everyday and beds made without charging additional $10 a day for it or at least should be disclosed prior to booking. Felt like traveling with Spirit Airlines where there is a low rate and then get charged for everything else. Next time a Holiday Inn or a Marriot will be our choice.

Overall was good, they just need to put an Ice machine (at least one ice machine). Some 1 should always available at the front desk. Fridge made some noise. Other than those above, the hotel is good. Friendly receptionist.

Clean room, quiet and semi-convenient to Boston downtown. A minor key issue was handled promptly and professionally by the night staff

Extended Stay Deluxe in Woburn was comparable in price to other local hotels, but had the convenience of a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and stove top. It is also really close to a grocery store, so I could make buy and cook my own food while I was there.....which saves a lot of money!

Very nice place for a good price

This is centrally located to Boston. Cheap alternative to many expensive places. if you need a room, and you do business in the area, it is absolutely fine.

Overall OK. Room was relatively clean. Old TV (not flat screen). No table for dining. A coffee table acted as a dinner able and business desk. Not enough outlets to charge phone, laptop, etc.

Loved this hotel! Awesome full kitchen. About $4 for unlimited wifi for the length of the stay, nice pool & BBQ. Hotel staff was super friendly & helpful. I stayed for 4 days & didn't get my room cleaned or garbages changed, etc until the day before we were leaving. We had to ask for new towels & dishwasher detergent. No big deal but it would have been convenient to not have to ask. Awesome hotel for a great price! Would definitely stay again!

When I stay in hotels, I am really picky about cleanliness, of course. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was good, and the pool was immaculate. The only concern I had that I told the very sweet young lady at the desk is that maintenance needs to put a barrier (cushion?)on the metal rack above the washing machines. I hit my head twice on them due to its inconvenient location above them. Other that that, the laundry facilities were easy to use.

Staying at the Extended Stay Deluxe in Woburn was overall a pleasant experience. I only needed a place for one night, but with the kitchenette, I imagine it would make for a very nice place to camp out for a longer time period. The room was clean and well-kept. There are extra amenities at the front desk for those who need shampoo, conditioner, etc. The front desk staff that I dealt with were very pleasant, polite, and willing to address any concerns. The only downside to staying here for me, someone who doesn't drive, was there was no easy way to get to Boston proper by anyway other than driving. Luckily I was with someone who drove, and in that way, it is not a bad commute. Overall, I had a good experience, though I admittedly did not have an "extended stay"

I can be a hotel snob, but I recently stayed here for one night because there was a graduation in the area and everything else was booked. I felt I kept finding hair places. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner and when we called down for it, they brought up 3 bottles of just shampoo. So it was fine, but I wouldn't stay there again.

This hotel was a value for the money. It was clean, neat, the staff was very nice and they had a simple but nice selection for the continental breakfast. Close to shopping with a grocery store right across the street, I definitely recommend it!

HORRIBLE! time geting to the hotel. It's the wrong address. When i called, the person at the front desk, they did not even know the city she was in! I dorve for an additional two hours looking for this place. The hotel also stated that I was 3.1 miles from my destination while I was in Boston. It turns out that i was 12 miles instead! That 4x the amount people! I booked this hotel thinking i can go for a swim later on during the day, but they closed the pool. I booked for a King size bed. I got a queen. The clerk told me that there werent any kings to begin with....That information was never provided nor correct! Save your money. Spend a little more and go to a place that you know our more comfortable in.

Stayed for 3 nights with my bf for a weekend trip to Boston. It was nice to have a full kitchen with a fridge in the room. The room was comfy and clean for the most part, but some of the towels still had hairs in them from previous guests, and the toilet had a leak so it kept making the loud draining sound all night. Shampoo wasn't provided in the room. No breakfast on the weekend either, though a Stop and Shop was right across the street which was convenient. Hotel is right off the highway, though next time I'll probably spend a bit more to be closer to Boston.

Good value, mostly clean, kitchen was a big plus. Had a nice exercise room and laundry facilities and pool.

Bathroom was dirthy with hair and something else like saliva or catarrh...disgusting!!!! No housekeeper service during the weekend. holter is locate in the middle of nowhere.
