Crowne Plaza Phoenix - פיניקס

This was a repeat Stay to give hotel another chance to correct last trips stay which was terrible. Room air conditioner was noisy as well as traffic in the hallway. I would say they have improved a lot since my last stay.

Great except that we were booked in the designated "quiet" section of the hotel and at 9ish another patron was knocking at our door for us to be quiet. My friend was in the washroom and I was on my bed and we were conversing. I requested a poolside room when I reserved my room but was booked in this "quiet" area of the hotel. We did not know it until the last day when my friend stopped and read the sign on the wall.

I very much enjoyed my time at this hotel. I attended a conference there a few months ago and was very impressed with the service for business events as well. This time was a time of rest, and the environment of the hotel was very conducive to that purpose!

Very pleasant staff enjoyed the place very much will return soon

Enjoyed hotel, nice inside pool, plenty of parking, clean, they did a nice job

My stay was very nice I have never gone through a online service to get a hotel before so I really didn't know what to expect but I was wonderfully pleased. I miss not having a mircowave and refrig in the room but the staff was accomdating and provided a microwave at no additional cost. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Stayed for one night. Payed $180 and didn't get what you expected for that much. Breakfast was not included with room and cost $32 for two! Very clean and today but not worth tyr money.

we stayed for 5 days, the hotel had a $20 hold per day and was close to the mall, doesnt come with a fridge or a microwave, but after talking to front desk they gladly gave us a fridge.

Very very comfortable beds. Really had a good nights sleep. Would highly recommend thus hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay for the price we paid. They were trying to fill the hotel so we did indeed, get a great bargain. For the price it was great! The rooms were very comfortable and equipped. The two pools were a plus, but the indoor pool created such a humid atmosphere, I would choose another hotel next time. The halls, carpet, elevator were all dinged and run down and the towels our first two days were very dingy and gray. It appeared the staff were a little more concerned about getting their work finished than pleasantries to the guest. Still, I would recommend this hotel but not at the full rack rate. It was clean for the most part just would improve in the public areas and politeness of the staff. :O)

Overall experience ok, carpet wet in room when we arrived seemed the refrigerator broke prior to us arriving and they still gave us the room.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice large rooms. Good pool, hot tub and fitness center

One night stay and it was an overall good experience. My only issue was that the room was really humid and stuff when we first arrived due to indoor pool, but that eventually went away after turning up room fan.

We were disappointed from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff ignored us until I walked right up to the desk to tell the desk clerk who was doing some paperwork, that I was there check in. I then received a receipt that had my room number scribbled out and a new (first floor) room written in pen. The interior of the hotel was dark and humid, almost all of the interior corridor plants were missing/dead. It felt very outdated regardless of the attempt to update with paint etc. The one positive note was that the room was clean and the bath soaps etc were of good quality. If you are looking for a clean place to lay your head it will work, but if you are looking for a romantic getaway or family vacation I would not recommend it.

Centrally located to all spring training ballparks. Nice hotel and staff. Will definitely stay here again next spring

Overall adequate and safe. Older hotel, but okay. Good breakfast from menu. Hot tub didn't work outside, pool was shaded so no sun on it in the afternoon, gym was out of wipes, and water.

The hotel was a little far from where Chase Field is. The breakfast food buffet was cold and some foods were soggy. Plus I believe that bagels and toast should be complimentary at any hotel and not $7.00 just for toast. The front desk employees were not very nice. Gave a little bit of attitude when asking questions. The room itself was nice and the two pools are pretty cool. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Was not satisfied

Very disappointed and I have been waiting for the G.M. to call me back since Monday (4 days) when I was promised a call.

Waited over an hour and a half for the maintenance man to come and turn off the air cond in December. He never did show up. Had to change rooms instead.

I work in Phoenix quite alot and this has to be the worst Hotel experience that I have ever had. The only nice thing about the hotel was the lobby. The rooms were awful. It's Phoenix in August and the air conditioners were not working in my room. I complained the very first day and I was told that the air wasn't working correctly and no offer to change rooms or fix it or anything. I had to take cold baths just to cool off. Never again will I stay in this Hotel.

The staff was very friendly, room well kept and clean. Breakfast was not up to par for the extra price that was charged.

nice place to stay as long as the power doesnt go out like ours did for 2 minutes. The management didnt get anyone in to flip the fusebox until 7 the next morning. so it made for a uncomfortable night. no apologies were offered.

It was comfortable and relaxing. I was a bit worried about security for the outside parking lot.

AC was out at the house. The Wife and I needed a place to chill out for work the next day.

spent a week there while my wife was getting lasik surgery. everything was great but one elevator made a bit to much noise. also woulda been nice for my room to have a fridge.

There is an indoor pool thru double glass doors from the lobby. Every time you walked into the hotel you are blasted by the chlorine. Our room of the first floor had a funny moldy smell and was quite humid. We used up one of the toilet paper rolls and it wasn't replaced the next day. So we have half a roll left. And the towels smelled like the pool and felt slightly damp. Seems to be a popular place to stay, lots of people at the weekday breakfast, very hard to get service. And the same buffet was served 4 days!

The hotel is a little older, but it is well maintained. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean.

Extremly loud. Highway on one side so moved rooms. One AM party starts up in room next to me. Called front desk and they called security. Finally fell got to sleep at 5:00.

The location was awful - right off the highway and far from everything. The room was okay, but the coffee maker was in the bathroom, and that is just gross. The pools were nice, but not exactly heated. The manager was helpful, but the front desk woman was just snotty. The one requirement that we have for traveling is a fridge in the room; this hotel did advertise fridge availability, but could not/would not accommodate this request. We were told that we could store our personal food in the kitchen refrigerator, for a not-so-small fee per day. We must travel with our own food, so this was a huge problem for us. The continental breakfast was not worth the extra money; we would not recommend it at all. The best part of the hotel (for the adults) was the mini-Starbucks stand inside the hotel; the best part for the kids was the choice of an indoor or outdoor pool. Overall, we would not stay here again, and would not recommend it to anyone.

I chose to stay here again for this trip to Phoenix as it was very affordable and comfortable for me last year when I visited. Everyone and everything was great. Looking forward to my visit again next year.

We live in the Phoenix area, and just wanted a family night out for a chance to swim. The indoor pool is small for such a big space. However, there weren't many people at the hotel, so we had the pool mostly to ourselves. The rooms are okay... smallish cookie-cutter rooms in a concrete honeycomb. Okay for a night or two, as long as you don't plan to spend much time in room.
