Residing here at Wyndham Galleria made our visit once again back to Atlanta, memorable. Nothing seals the deal more than with a clean, comfotable quiet room. Great receptionist Ms. Rodriguez very heartwarming. First Option here Wyndham Atlanta Galleria for my next visit.

Fitness center was nice. Other than that it was your everyday hotel. Perfect for what we needed as we passed through Atlanta.

Beds were very small, room was not fully equipped with amenities. For a hotel that size it should be updated, ex. the hair dryer just lays on the sink and was not attached to the wall.

Nice neighborhood, nice breakfast buffett, good value.

This hotel had an indoor pool and outside pool. That made my children's weekend. It is family friendly. I would stay again.

Service just OK. Dated.

I was not happy that in two rooms the a/c didn't work, however your manager did take care of the problem by giving us two days at no costs to us due to the error in the units not working properly in regards to the a/c. thanks for taking care of us due to issues beyond your control. Kim

Most hotels that I stay in (expensive ones and super cheap ones) have a safe in the room so that you can lock away valuables, this one did not. I also did not like that there was no mini fridge or anything to store food. We could not save any of our leftovers from the restaurants we went to.

This is the second time I stayed at the hotel and I was very pleased once again! The employees are very friendly and the drivers for the shuttle are very courteous and do their best to accommodate the passengers. The manager should run 2 shuttles during busy times such as the gift show on weekends etc. so people do not have to wait long. Three drivers were outstanding I believe one was Mike or Adam and the other two were referred to as Mr. ? extremely nice. The other outstanding employee is Janet who works in the lounge. She is always pleasant , friendly, courteous and efficient!

Exiting the elevator to the 8th floor the hall smelled a bit musty. So did the room. The room was comfortable enough, but sparse. Good location, easy to get in and out of, plus right off of I285.

Half of the reason we stayed here is because it had an indoor pool. My daughter really wanted to swim and we went down there the first day and noticed the pool was full of leaves. After looking, we realized that the outdoor and indoor pool are connected together. for the winter they had put a barrier between the 2 pools but it was not sealed at all so all the cold water and leaves from outside was seeping inside. This also caused a film to be on the top of the pool. I also realized that the pool cleaning pump was barely running if at all. There was not water movement at all. I went to the front desk and mentioned this and they said they would get maintenance right on it. Nothing was done. The next morning I found the manager and talked to him. He told me that the pool was running and everything was fine, it wasn't. My daughter and I tried swimming later and more leaves had made their way in. The pool also is supposed to be Heated, it was cold as ice. The the condition of the pool room was horrible. There was chipping and pealing paint everywhere. I will not be staying here again ever, and I find it a tragedy that Wyndham would put their name on the hotel.

close to all must-see sights such as Coca-Cola, CNN and the Georgia Aquirium.

the hotel and staff at the front desk were very nice.

The agent barely smiled or looked me in the eye upon check in. Practically gave the impression she didn't wish to be there on that particular day. Called front desk to report problems with Air Conditioning and the Night Auditor immediately became defensive and snoody when I only need to report the issue. Was fully aware that maintenance staff wouldn't likely be available during the evening hours but her attitude was horrible. The agent the following morning was a pleasant to work with as she had maintenance personnel come to the room right away to remedy the issue while I was out of the room. Overall, the location and price were my favorite parts of this stay. If recommend management monitors the attitudes and interactions their agents have with first time guests. Highly unlikely I will return.

Little aged. Shower didn't have the hottest water and the bed was not the softest in the world but overall quite satisfied.

While the staff was attentive, and our room was welcoming, the heating system did not work correctly in our room. Even after some visits from maintenance, the room was never up to the desired temperature, but only blew tepid air. Also the toilet did not evacuate, and we had to have a maintenance visit for that.

The location of this hotel could not be better. It less than a 1/4 mile from the exit to 285 and I-75 is the next exit down. There is a waffle house in the parking lot. The room was of decent size and the king bed was very comfortable. The pool did not look pretty from the room window but the water was clear and the chairs around the pool seemed new. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was fine, they need to investigate their house-keeping staff......for stealing items from guests rooms.

The stay was fine however; the comfort of the bed could have been better. (It was a litter hard)

Room was clean and comfortable, king bed was great, close to highway but still quiet enough to sleep. Try to avoid weekends if there is a wedding party at the hotel. Wish breakfast and internet were included, but they are additional cost, not worth it in my opinion. Walked to Waffle House right next door, that was good! Did not use the pool but it looked clean. Lobby was attractive and clean.

Great hotel - warm and welcoming greetings from all the staff throughout my stay. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town.

Bed felt like I was laying on pavement. Beutiful and clean but no comparison to the beds at Hilton or Embassy.

Decent hotel, quick service on every count. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but a call to the front desk had a technician to the room in 20 minutes and 10 minutes later, we had good air. Only disappointment was that there was no hot tub. Roads around the hotel are a little confusing, but sometimes that's a given with hotels.

It is Atlanta suburbs, it is about 20-30 minutes to downtown Atlanta but it a nice hotel and close to the highway.

Clean. Upscale. Nice

everything was nice about this hotel. its the perfect inbetween hotel if want something just a little nicer but still at a reasonable price. so if want something nicer than a 65 dollar a night hotel, but don't want to spend 175 a night, this one fits the bill. also close to highway and area is fine.

Everything was great - The staff was very helpful and the food was amazing. the only thing that wasn't like we thought was the pool. It was an indoor/outdoor pool. We thought it was only indoor. We will stay there again.

I had reserved a King bed for one night, flight arrived late so we got to the hotel around 11pm. As we entered the room, we realized they had given us a room with two double beds. We proceeded immediately back to the front desk, and explained the era. We did not get no help, they were almost rude about it, telling me they dont guarantee room types, but they do try and accomodate if available. But this particular night there was no kings available. I asked for a Manager but they said there wasn't one available, but they would get me someone. I called fivestar customer service, and they handled the problem immediately. I was so impressed. I am truly thankful to hotels.com for there great customer service.

The hotel was in a nice location, however it is not the advertised location. I went to Atlanta for an engagement party and searched hotels.com by distance from the location of the party. I selected this particular hotel because it showed up as being 1 mile away from my destination. Being unfamiliar with the area, the address that showed up on my confirmation did not register to me as being in a totally different part of the city. When I got there, I put the party location into my GPS and it was over 7 miles away. This may not seem like that big of a difference, but it certainly was when I was planning on taking a cab to and from the hotel. The check-in process was very slow, and even though the check-in time was 300, at 415 when we tried to check in I was told they did not have any of the king suites clean yet (which is what I paid for). We eventually did get into a room, which had a non-smoking sign on the door but smelled like someone had put out a cigarette under the bed five minutes before we got there. The next morning, check out was at noon but we got a brief knock on the door at around 10 am. Before I could even get to the door, the housekeeper was in our room. TWO HOURS before check out. Overall, the location was nice but not as advertised, and the stay did not live up to my expectations at all.

It was good other than a few problems. No blow dryer in the room which I didnt discover until the next morning when I was getting ready for a business appointment. Took a while for them to bring one up. Maid should have done inventory on the room. I was gone for 7 hours, left at 8:30 and my room still wasnt clean when I got back at 3pm. When they cleaned, didnt replace empty tissue box in bathroom or provide clean glasses, left the dirty ones on the table. I made arrangements with the front desk to have a driver pick me up in the morning for an important business meeting and no driver showed up. Bellman said no entry was put in the book. Ruth was the one who helped me with it the night before. They called another driver and I was late to my business meeting.

Ugh!! Rooms were hot.. Front desk agent was not friendly. Wifi is not included.

Horrible...overbooked and clerk was rude. AC malfunctioned but maintenance guy fixed within a few minutes. Why doesn't this hotel offer free in room wifi?? Poor poor service and no free wifi...awful!!!

The rooms were small and dated. The staff was the most part friendly, although none went out of their way to help you out. Overall I can't recommend this place. It just wasn't up to my standards.
