Baymont Inn and Suites Branson - on The Strip - ברנסון

We had a very nice stay at the baymont. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the jacuzzi was a very nice addition! The location isn't great but it's tolerable.

The room was quiet on the 5th floor, less people booked in I suppose, with the exception of police/fire sirens heard outside a few times down Main St. that night, not the hotels fault. The bed, pillows, bedding were comfortable appeared clean . The shower head height and bathroom mirror height are for short people. The shower enclosure itself is really small and narrow if you are a big,brawny, wide or tall person even at 5'10 220Lb and you drop the soap in the shower don't expect to be able to pick it up easily without exiting the shower first, there is no room to even bend over. The jetted tub was relaxing, though the Hot/Cold knobs off position was a bit confusing the knobs spin round and round until you find just the right spot that the water shuts off, strange. The building condition inside overall is showing some age and wear, carpet, walls etc. On the room cleanliness side, the one thing that bothered me was that the hotel book on room desk was smeared with ??? I don't know ??? seriously gross though. Now I'm not a Germophobe, but If they can't even wipe a plastic book cover off, it made me wonder what else they'd shortcut on or miss?

We were on the third floor, one thing was the window coverings, very thin & curtains don't close. Mattresses were very hard.

overall, pretty good; very busy with families so all common areas were crowded such as: elevators, breakfast, pool, parking.

Jacuzzi tub in room took FOREVER to get enough water in it to even work!!!The people that works there OUTSTANDING very helpful and kind. This place needs to be updated other than that good.

The Baymont is an older property, but a good value just off the highway on the strip. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and fridge and microwave were a great benefit. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly and they had fresh cookies at night Mon-Thurs. Our room even had a jetted bathtub.

Overall a great hotel the location is awkward at first because its right off the highway. When its time to leave you will be glad it was. Nice and friendly staff who are there when you need them

The hotel was located on the very east end of the "strip". The hotel staff was very attentive. The room was nice and clean; with a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. The beds were soft and the jetted tub was awesome. Since it was winter, the indoor heated pool and hot tub was well received. Breakfast had coffee, jucie, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. A few things in need of repair, but overall a great deal.

It's a nice hotel with nice people, the king size bed rooms with a jacuzzi tub are nice. For the price and what you get, I think the only thing you could ask for more would be a bigger TV in the room. But I don't get a hotel room to watch TV so that's not a big deal to me. The beds have always been clean and comfy, only great experiences the several times I have stayed here.

Hotel was Nice, Clean, workers were all friendly.David recommended a few places for dinner and was very helpful. Breakfast was good every morning. Lisa the breakfast attendant was as nice and friendly as she could be very quick to assist with any needs that you have. Biscuits and Gravy, Waffles, Bagels, cereal and toast as well as fruit, coffee, milk, juice. Jacuzzi suite was very nice,rooms are large and bed was comfortable. Shower stall is a little small for anyone over 5'10 or over 225 lbs but great for us.

Our stay was great we looked on the site and seen we could take our pets when we arrived we had to pay extra wich was not on the website so better support on the website and the indoor pool and spa was suppost to be open but when we arrived they had it shut down for maintenance once again not on the website

The room was great, except that the breakfast was horrible. There was no meats available. The only eggs where hardboiled. I stay at hotels for the breakfast, won't stay here again on account of this reason alone.

This is an old conversion, and it's not very well done. Baymonts have a better overall look and feel. My room had a spa tub smack beside the bed. It was streaked with old sticky spots from the non-slip strips that had long since been removed. The remodel was done cheaply--the materials and workmanship were questionable. The shower was like one you'd find in an RV. NOT nice to be scalded when your elbow hits the handle (that sticks out into the shower by 6 inches) when shampooing. NEVER again. The front desk help is wonderful. My first room smelled like hot, dirty socks.

The stay was nice.

Staff evinging of arrival very nice. Next morning not so good. She seemed to have issues with making customers happy. Did not want to made late discharge for person in front of me. Stated staff would not like cleaning after 1:00 pm. Weather was bad and had late arrival. Elevetor needs attention had something dried on panel, looked like milk; had been there awhile. Breakfast average, eggs still frozen.

walls very thin and room very noisy

Very friendly staff and a great rate. Would stay there again. Nothing fancy but nothing to be concerned with either. Could use a remodel. Showers as stated in several reviews are correct (very small). It's a good hotel for the price.

Everything was fine EXCEPT one of the reasons for booking this hotel it ADVERTISED on Hotels.com a HOT TUB...Guss what NO HOT TUB FALSE ADVERTISING Very ticked off about that infact intend to let Baymont Cooperate know because that was the main reason we picked this hotel.

Walls are paper thin. I heard people sneezing from different rooms and I heard them using the restroom. For the money I spent I would have thought it would have been better but oh well. Guess we know where we won't be staying next time. Front desk guy was super nice and helpful when we checked in though. I think his name was David.

The best part of using this hotel was that it was very close to the Landing. The hotel was clean enough, but nothing to write home about; the bed was uncomfortable, the room and bath were clean; the staff was friendly and responsive, and the breakfast was OK but somewhat sparse.

The staff at this hotel were great. Very helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast was good included: coffee, juice, french toast, waffles, apples, boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, 4 varieties of dry cereal and ice cold milk, biscuits and sausage gravy on the weekend menu. Our room was a king bed with jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean. The bed was uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up each day with stiff backs. The shower was extremely small. Very claustraphobic. If you've ever been on a cruiseship or in a camper, this shower is smaller! Otherwise, nice place to stay.

Advertised with hot tub by hotel.com, but hot tub was not working and boarded up. Door and deadbolt lock had been broken at some point, and deadbolt did not seem to be adequately repaired.

Loved the room with all the amenities that we needed including comfortable king size bed, refrigerator, TV, jetted tub, and coffee maker. Was disappointed about the indoor pool because the glass walls and proximity to the parking lot and busy intersection made it impossible for us to feel comfortable to enjoy this amenity we were so excited about. Great location for a short drive to the landing. Be warned that the taxi service that the front desk recommended for our evening was some sort of shuttle service that books by early afternoon so we were stuck driving because we didn't make reservations early enough. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in this area of Branson, and we will definitely stay here next time we come back.

The rooms look nothing like the pictures. I feel very deceived . There was no room safes like advertised also. The building is very dark and old. The neighborhood is very sketchy. I will not be staying here again. It was not worth the money.

We had a very nice king suite with the jacuzzi tub. The tub was older older and the knobs kept falling off. However, it was still warm and the jets worked. The shower was very small. You couldn't back up under the low shower head without hitting your back on the lever that controls the water. It was about the size of a cruise ship shower. The continental breakfast was good. There isn't alot of seating available. We just took our breakfast to our room. Overall, the room was nice, the bed was comfy, and the staff was extremely nice! We would stay there agian.

Hotel was convenient and sometimes hard to get out of due to busy traffic. Staff only made up room one time during our three day stay. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Elevator was extremly slow and sometimes crowded. Front Desk folks were great though and very nice. Maid service was poor. So like I said just an average stay.

The hotel is very nice but it was a little bit old and needs to be renovated. The single elevator was an inconvenience as you have to wait long periods of time for it to get to your floor. The free breakfast provided was minimal, we opted to go to a local restaurant for breakfast instead.

Overall room was good.Jacuzzi was nice,but shower was very small,not enough room to barely turn around in.Location was close to landing.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was very clean. The beds were more comfortable than home. It is very well situated. The freeway is very close. Downtown Branson and the Landing is right down the road. The blue route (to avoid Main Street traffic) is right across the street. The neighborhood behind the hotel is very quaint. We walked the neighborhood each morning. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. We will definitely stay there again. The only negative thing we can think of is that the elevator needs some cleaning.

Good location. Old motel. Breakfast marginal. Public areas appeared warn, dirty. Staff helpful. I would choose a newer facility for future visit.

Nothing special, clean room, breakfast was fair, would have liked more fruit on the menu.

The hotel was in a great location and very clean. It's right at the end/beginning of the strip so you are close to everything without being in the middle of it all. The staff was very friendly. Spacious rooms. Variety of channels on 32" flat screen televisions. The free continental breakfast consists of only bread and cereal products, so if you want more, you have to go out to a restaurant. We didn't use it, but the indoor pool can be seen from the strip and they have filled in the spa with concrete, though they still advertise they have it. The shower stall was tiny. The ceiling was only a few inches above my head and the shower head was at my chin; I'm 5'9" so it's not like I'm a tall person. Other than the shower eperience, our stay was great and we were overall satisfied.

It was a comfortable stay. Close to everything. I liked that.

We took a roadtrip to branson for a birthday getaway, and booked this hotel online. I was a little worried because of some of the previous comments referring to the hotel as being off the strip and older but our stay was great! The lady that checked us in was wonderful! She was very nice and helpful, the rooms are clean and cozy, which is good because I am a germaphobe! And the hotel is not far from any sites or attractions and easy to find.
