Holiday Inn Plattsburgh - Adirondack Area - פלטסבורג

For the breakfast, it was very light, not enought choice for eating, in the morning for Sunday, somebody told us it was possible to have eggs and something else, but it was to late to order, we just finish eating. So maybe it could be announce .

I was very pleased with our clean, quiet, comfortable room, very large warm indoor pool and hot tub. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's located right between all major shopping. Would recommend staying here. The only thing that I wish would have been different is the continental breakfast that's included. If it was a warm breakfast instead of all-carbs, it would have been perfect.

The hotel was well equiped with a lounge, dinning area, and pool. The rooms were clean and in good repair. I was close to my appoinment at the airforce industrial park and slept well the night before. For the price and area it was more than I expected.

Extremely happy with my visit to the Plattsburgh holiday inn. I would recommend this hotel to others. Good job!

I love the holiday inn plattsburgh thats why i always book for myself and my husband every summer. This was the first time I recommended my sister and her child to stay over school break but was so disappointed . The hot tub was not working, the mattress double beds (two) were so poor non of the 3 of us sleeped a wink.. and they were very disappointed with the breakfast selection. My husband and I are coming back in june..not sure if we should stay here again..:(

the hotel is OK. However, I wonder if anybody in the hotel business could get a better airconditioning equipment that is quiet., most of the hotels install a old style airconditioning which makes tremendous noise at night. Holiday Inn is not an exception. this demerit all the effort to serve the clients, when all we need is a quiet room for rest, not hearing laozy noise at night. everything else in this hotel is ok as I said before.

We've been there with our 16 months old girl and we had a great time! Big pool, great hotel service and breakfast ok.

Very nice hotel. The only thing is I've been to other Holiday Inn's and they're breakfast was bigger for free. This had the bear minimum.

I'd rather prefer a smoke free hotel. Besides that everything was very well.

There on business. Hotel was centrally located and clean. The staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly. The bar/restaurant was pretty good too!! Had daily specials and a decent menu choice. Only downside, I left my face cleanser behind and it's gone forever!!

Overall the hotel was great. The breakfast could have been better, but no complaints overall

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the water was warm. I always try the Holiday Inn first whenever I travel and so far I am always very satisfied. I would definitely recommend and go back.

The room I was staying in was right next to the elevator and it kept me up all night. Everything else was great, just the noise was disturbing.

We were on top floor and the elevator was broken for 3 nights.

We enjoyed the stay, we will come again. Very Nice room.

Hotel had all we needed, however, the elevator was down and was not expected to be fixed while we were there. Carrying our luggage up 4 flights was not what we expected to do at 10 o'clock at night. Also was a little confused with the breakfast offered. We paid for the hot breakfast, but found a continental offered (we were not aware). We were not sure where to sit and even how & if we order....finally went to see someone at front desk and was taken care of. Should possibly have some signs or something to explain this process.

The personnel was really polite when we arrived. The room was really nice and smell good . I have nothing else to say that we will go back at these hotel again .. thank you

This was hotel #3 on my vacation, and I must say it was the best of the 3..The front desk help was very nice. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and it was close to all the sights that I wanted to see. My only complaint was that we had a long drive from Cape Cod, and when we arrived the elavator was broken, and we had to walk up 4 flights of steps with all of our bags..We were very unhappy with that fact, and we stayed for 2 nights, and it still was not fixed.

I enjoy very much my stay. There was a problem in the elevator. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs was no fun. I stayed there before when all were right and I had great time. Customer assistance was great. Very friendly and ready to help personal. I just left and I am already thinking to plan a return. All when the time and price are right. We will see! Keep up the good work and make sure the right people are doing the right job. Thank you for this opportunity to speak up. So long for now.

I stayed at the hotel because I was visiting SUNY Plattsburgh. It's a little over a mile to the campus. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

very clean, the bed was very comfortable. There was only one staff at the desk when we arrived so check in was a bit tedious, but otherwise we had no complaints

A little high priced, but clean, comfortable and pleasant hotel. Staff was pleasant and very convenient location to the airport, but didn't hear plane traffic.

This motel was convinently located on the highway and right across from Wal-Mart. It is an older motel that has been updated nicely. We enjoyed out stay. The only downside was the continental breakfast which only consisted of cereal, sweet rolls, toast, bagels, biscuits, and yogart.

Clean and comfortable, staff could have been nicer as their cell phone call seemed more important. Would have loved the pool to have stayed open until 11pm, otherwise a pleasant respite on the journey.

The hotel does not even have a movable curtain to avoid lights at night! Enjoy your sleepless night in the middle of nowhere with noises from the highway waking you up from time to time. Choose other cheaper hotels!

Pool was a lot of fun. However, breakfast was less than ordinary. Staff was slow to refill bread, juice, etc. You must beg them to get what you want. Would go back because of the location but will eat breakfast elsewhere.

Roomynrioms and nice enough for rhe proce plus a pool for the kids. Great place for a layover when headed to Jay to ski
