The front staff was helpful and friendly. The night custodial lady Maria was exceptional. Our bed cover was dirty, the room hadn't been vacuumed and it was evident. There were no soaps, toliet paper and not sure if the restroom was clean. Maria cleaned and changed everything on the bed and vaccumed through the whole room. She deserves double pay for having to do the day persons job.

Staff was great especially the breakfast staff in the restaurant. Great way to start your day.

We enjoyed this hotel. They were friendly. The rooms were great. The breakfast was fantastic. I will go back if we go back to Tulsa.

My stay at this hotel was so awesome and enjoyable that it felt like a home away from home. Peaceful and very relaxing. Home sweet home! Thank you Crown Plaza Tulsa- Southern Hills.

There was a swimming meet in nearby Jenks. The hotel was full. Noisy til about 1030pm but that was ok - even with small kids. We were in town for a weekend away from home. The room was nonsmoking but the furniture smelled like smoke. Badly - made my wife cough. And there was no hot water for showers by 845am. Went to breakfast and back to the room. 930 - still no hot water. Unsure if related to swim meet or not - but the stay was not worth the price. If room did not smell like smoke and had hot water - no complaints.

The Room was nice and comfortable, clean and warm. The one thing I noticed that I liked, and this may seem trivial, but the hand lotion was the nicest I have ever received at a hotel - Good Job! Usually it is cheap, thin hand lotion that isn't worth the time to put it on.

We stayed two nights due to the length of our personal event. By the way there was a group rate of which we were not offered. The first night was good up until the time we went to sleep. we found that the walls were pretty thin and could hear just about everything on our floor. We could not sleep due to the noise from some big piece of machinery of what we could not determine. That evening we also filled out your breakfast menu door hanger and marked the 6:00 am - 6:30 am box as we had to be at our event at 8 am. We hung it on the door as requested before the 1:00 am deadline. The next morning, we waited until 6:30 and did not receive any breakfast. We called room service to inquire about our order, the young lady (who could not speak English well) said that you didn't open until 6:30 and did not have our card anyway. She said that the front desk are to pick them up. Now why would you offer "in room breakfast", and at the earliest 6 am, and not be opened until 6:30? Hmmm? I can tell you that if we attend another event in Tulsa, we will not be using your facility.

Our room was suppose to have a refrigerator in room and didn't have one .

I found a cock roach in the room and the air conditioner was not working through out the hotel. It was miserable hot.

older facility,updates would be a plus!.....location,location,location!!!.....4 stars!

The location of the hotel and the Hilton name sold me on the property. When I arrive, I was surprised by the dirty floors in the lobby, elevator, and hallways. It made an otherwise beautiful property look old.

It was directly across the street from the concert hall (Mabee Center) and was conveniently located to the highway! That is most likely going to be my choice for other events in Tulsa as well! They were very accomodating and hospitable! I highly recommend it! Vern!

We had a nice stay. Everything went well while we were there. House keeping came knocking a little early, but quickly left when they saw someone was still in the room. The ladie's at the front desk did a fine job. Over all we had a great stay.

The hotel was in fair condition. Located just across from River Spirit Casino where we went to see a concert. They advertised they had shuttles to and from casino, but when we asked for the shuttles we were told they had to check availability and would call us back. When they called back, it was going to be about an hour and a half maybe. That is why we stayed there, so we would not have to drive.

If you are visiting ORU this is the place to stay! We have stayed here many times before and as always we enjoy our stay. This visit we felt the hotel had been cleaned better than previous times. We wish there was a breakfast option available but the location for us is most important!

Air conditioned public areas= rooms with no real a/c or heat. This is not what you would expect from a Hilton. The water cooler that does not cool the room had a good inch of filth on the filter, the only reason we know that is because it was hanging off to the side, exposing the cooler system. The entrance and down stairs is nice, but enjoy it as you pass through because the room will not be as nice. I will not stay there again.

Our pre-confirmed request for a handicap-accessible room was initially overlooked at checkin, and we had to change rooms. We were forewarned that a roll-in shower was not available; however, I did expect a shower wand--an inexpensive but vital piece of equipment for many people with various limitations. Aside from this loud complaint, I found the room quite comfortable, particularly the raised toilet which was a bit higher than some others.

Super nice staff, except the night shift guy could answer no questions about restaurants locations, delivery or menus. Instead he shrugged and said that the gas station could lend me a phone book. Seriously. Even a no name 1 star hotel offers menus. Bathroom was tiny and there were none of the usual conveniences in other Hiltons. Like others have said no fridge, glasses, bucket for ice. We entended walking over to a convenience store and buying a cooler.

The room had no refrigerator or microwave. These are basic things every room should have; they are usually standard with most rooms. You have to pay EXTRA to get them. Also, the continental breakfast was not included. Another thing that is usually standard. Another EXTRA cost. Stop nickel-n-diming me people. They only have WI-FI Internet on the ground floor in the lobby. In the rooms, you have to use a DSL cable. It worked fine, but they should provide their guests with wireless connectivity. With a name like "Hilton", I expected to be taken care of better than I was. I think you can get more for your money by choosing another hotel. This is why I do NOT recommend this hotel to others.

I should have realized that this hotel was not child friendly when I called ahead to ask about a portacrib and was scoffed at. They also do not have disney or nick unless you pay per view. It is fairly worn down and had real maintence issues. One of the elevators closed on our luggage cart and we had to pry it open to get the cart out. One of the other elevators was broken down. Our toilet ran nonstop unless we pulled up and jiggled the handle. The refrigerator had been removed. The staff was only barely polite and certainly not what I would call helpful. It is in a good location, but this is one of the worse hotels I had stayed in, usually staying in less expensive brands. This is certainly not what I would expect from a Hilton and not worth the money.

What a pleasant hotel to stay at. The high points in my trip are the courteous, respectful staff, impeccably clean pool, (which is either saltwater, or only very lightly chlorinated, as there was no eye-burning) and the cozy, homey atmosphere of their lobby and bar. Such a peaceful, ambient setting is refreshing to find, as many hotels tend to over-saturate the lobby with artificial light. This was not the case here. While my budget prevented me venturing into the resturaunt, the bar service was top-notch, and my drink delicious. The atmosphere can be described as low-key, relaxed, and comfortable, which made my business trip less stressful. One drawback: SMOKERS BEWARE. As is increasingly the trend in hotels. there are very few smoking rooms. Hilton seeks to discourage smoking by not putting refrigerators in the smoking rooms. You will have to request one specially or settle for a non-smoking room if you want a refrigerator. One final note, as a suggestion to Hilton management, I do propose that they consider a more efficient linen-washing policy. Save some water by only washing linens when they are left on the bathroom floor. Hanging linens means the guest plans to use them the next day. I offer that this would also save the hotel time and money, at no cost to guest comfort.

This Hotel needs a major renovation. There are stains on the carpets. scratches on walls and furniture, A Picture was tilted on the wall and could not be straightened. Light comes around every crack at the door and one elevator sounded like a rust bucket, I wasn't sure what was going to happen when I was in it. I found the most of the staff pleasant and willing to do what they could. They were gracious except when I called about the shuttle situation. I found the bed and room comfortable and they accommodated my request to face ORAL ROBERTS UNIVERSITY

Nice room with good ammenities; however, the toliet had a seal leak so it was constantly filling up with water making noise. The fridge in the room was also missing.

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I was a bit disappointed in the condition of the bathroom. The veneer was coming off the drawers and the finish was coming off the vanity. It looked old and neglected. Other than that, the stay was nice. The staff were very cordial and on top of things. The lock to our door did not work appropriately and as soon as we reported it, it was fixed.

This hotel did not live up to the standards of the Hilton brand, nor the 4 star rating. The hotel appeared to be maintained to the standards of a budget motel. Our room had missing grout in the shower, water stained/ cracked ceilings, peeling wall paper, and cracked lamp shades. If you prefer a comfortable bed, this hotel is not for you. Though I was informed that the hotel was remodeled and the beds replaced within the last couple of years, the bed felt like it had been in place since the hotel was first built. This was our first and last stay at a Hilton hotel. Hyatt offers a superior stay for a comparable price.

Great hotel, great places near by. But they took my debt card for incidentals. Well they withdrew money out of my account and it is still not back in there 3 days later. There was nothing for them to take the money. I called and all the person told me was it is normal for them to take a deposit and they should have told me. But they didn't. So now I have to make calls to my bank and to the hotel to get this right. Not what I want to do for 2 days! They shouldnt have taken money out of my account without telling first and they should put it back!!
