The beds are very comfortable and service was excellent!

Rooms were quiet and Comfortable pets allowed at hotel no smell of pets, front end very accommodating, pool clean, good value for money, hotel right off of highway. 5 minutes to riverfront park.

We stayed here on way to Montana. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast bar was the best we have seen in a long time.

Had a great stay with my kids. The staff was very helpful with directions and all had great personalities. Free breakfast with kids was convenient. Close to mall and downtown area and not too far from Silverwood. Very pet friendly hotel. I wish I would have brought my dog. Only saw them in the lobby as they kept pets to the first 2 floors and we were on the 3rd.

Good bed, nice room, little pricey. Helpful staff. Biscuits and gravy good, scambled eggs OK.

all holiday inn has good pillows. i thought they were the standard but this one was terrible.. luckily we had our own. what on earth are they thinking?

Nice hotel. Decent area and close to interstate. Rooms starting to show age. Got there in the afternoon and wanted to enjoy the pool but they were hosting a girls birthday party. Had to find something else to do since you can't relax with 20 screaming girls. Got a room upgrade into a suite but it was over rated.

Enjoyed out stay. Must say Penny the hound was the highlight for my kids....:). Location was perfect for our plans for the weekend. Breakfeast was good, pool and hot tub were a nice activity for the kids and for me.

The hotel is located just off of I-90, but because of one-way streets, it can be a little confusing to get to. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, and our reservation package was waiting for us. The free breakfast is quite good and there is a selection of hot food. I highly recommend this Hotel

Friendly, helpful staff. Very good room. Perfect for two day stay. Nice breakfast, yummy cookies in the afternoon, free newspaper and really good service. Would definitely stay again.

I love this hotel! It's located close to the freeway, close to the Valley mall & shopping downtown. The breakfast bar in the morning is always well maintained & the service by the friendly staff is exceptional.

We had a lovely surprise when we arrived at the hotel.They had upgraded us to a suite with a king bed and jacuzzi tub. It was such a beautiful room and we had a lovely stay. Thank you!

I love the staff and I think Penny (dog) is a great addition to the crew. I have stayed several times and have always had a good experience.

This hotel went above and beyond what we ever would have expected. We were chosen as the guests of the day and upgraded to a suite along with goody basket. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice stay! Very friendly and helpful. Nicely equiped amenities. Great breakfast. Even have a new house dog. Makes it feel almost like home. Will stay again.

Very impressed with how wonderful the staff was. They were all very helpful, cheerful and genuinely nice. They actually seemed to be happy to be at work and that they enjoyed their work. Really impressed us!

Friendly staff -quiet location - will definitely stay here again

We stayed three nights and the room was clean comfortable and house cleaning was great!!!! It's right by spokane valley mall and maybe 15 minutes from downtown. But the staff at the front desk were usually away from the desk. When we checked in their was a line up of 4 of us and no one at the desk. Phoned to get someone there and it took them about 5 minutes after that to come down. Twice when no one was around I approached the front desk and was asked to wait as they stared at their computer. The staff was friendly but they need more of them!!!!!!!

It was just a quick night for us, but the hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was okay! Im not sure if I would stay there again! the room was tiny! And so was the pool. The overall room was clean except for the fact that I found a rusty earring in my sheets. But they had a very good complimentary breakfast, many choices. Oh and the room I reserved and paid for two weeks in advanced wasn't ready at check in and they asked me to come back in 30 mins.

Only problem was fixed (slight delay). AC unit somewhat loud. Staff very helpful and supportive! For us, location was somewhat remote, but is\t was a very busy week in Billings and was the best available.We would stay there again.

Very friendly staff, and room was spotless. We stayed only ione night, as the 2nd night was too expensive. 2nd night was spent at the Red Lion downtown.

The cleaning person knocked three times before 10:30am to ask if she could clean the room - we didn't have to be out until 11! Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

This was a stop-over night for us between Billings, MT and our ultimate destination of Seattle. The hotel was convenient from the freeway, they had a nice breakfast with a secluded patio out back which was nice, but the pool was just a tad on the cool side and was pretty small. In addition, the filter cover on the bottom of the pool was unusually high and not rounded, and I stubbed my toe and now sport a black and blue toe. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the staff and clientele seemed like fine, upstanding citizens. This was our first time through the area, but the non-immediate area looked a little depressed. However, there were office buildings around us, so it did not feel unsafe at all. We took a quick look at Gonzaga and took the tram over the waterfalls downtown, which was kind of cool... we just weren't able to spend much time downtown becasue we had to high-tail it to Seattle. Bottom line: clean hotel with reasonably comfortable beds and a decent breakfast, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Quality, people, etc. were great! We booked two rooms under same name and were to be next to each other. One room had a couple extra letters added onto the last name which resulted having rooms being on different floors. Hotel was able to get us on same floor but not close to each other.

Front desk personnel were fantastic and friendly. Took the time to help me book another room in a different city. Great breakfast! Also enjoyed they placed us in a location with no screaming kids :)

We enjoyed our stay very much.We were surprised by the close proximity to both the Mall and costco. It would be nice to have robes to go to the pool. The swimming pool could be warmer for more comfort. Bill &Joan/calgary Ab.

Check in went smoothly. The girl at the reservations desk was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was decent but the eggs were extremely salty, perhaps they should check into this. The location is about a 5 minute drive from the Spokane Valley Mall, it's a good central location if you're there to shop. I would definitely stay there again.

front desk staff need some improvement on there personalitys, but the hotel was fine and would stay there again. my daughter left her pillow and the staff were to contact me and have not yet..

Our stay was great! The lady that checked us in was wonderful and full of information regarding places to eat, types of food, and cost. The room was spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable! The only complaint we had was the gentleman at the front desk when our key didn't work was not very friendly to my colleague. Despite that one interaction the rest of the staff were friendly and willing to help out in any way needed. Also the hotel is conveniently located a few minutes from the mall and other stores such as Safeway!
