Loews Miami Beach Hotel - מיאמי ביץ'

מלון ה Loews מאוד יקר....הכל מגיע עם תוספת 20% חיוב עבור שירות, בנוסף על מחירים שכבר מופקעים ( 10$ עבור בירות בבר של המלון למשל). איזור הבריכה צפוף ביותר ואם אין לך ילדים אתה מרגיש מחוץ לעיניינים...לכל אחד אחר יש! הבריכה יפה, אבל בסופו של דבר היא הופכת להיות לשירותים גדולים מלאים בפיפי של תינוקות. הצוות נחמד ואדיב. בסך הכל אני ממליץ על המלון למרות שהוא מאוד יקר והבריכה מלאה בפיפי.

המלון היה יקר מדי ומלא מדי. אני מרגיש שהיינו צריכים להשקיע זמן רב מדי בתלונות כדי לקבל את מה ששילמנו עבורו. שילמתי עבור חדר luxery king אבל קיבלתי חדר אחר שלא תאם את תיאור החדר ששילמתי עבורו. סוג החדר שעבורו שילמתי לא היה זמין אז נאלצתי לחכות יום כדי לעבור לחדר הנכון אבל גבו ממני עמלה שבזבזתי זמן בטלפון כדי לבטל. גם חייבו אותי עבור שימוש בחדר הכושר בלי ליידע אותי שיחייבו אותי. באיזור הבריכה אין מספיק כסאות לכל האורחים, אז אם אתם לא מגיעים ב-8 בבוקר לשמור מקום, לא יהיה לכם מקום לשבת ליד הבריכה. גם גובים 50$ עבור שני כסאות ושמשייה ליד הים. אני לא ממליץ על המלון הזה אם אתם רוצים להרגע בחופשה שלכם. צריך לריב כדי לקבל את מה ששילמתם עבורו וזאת לא דרך להירגע. המשקאות ליד הבריכה אינם טובים אף הם. הם מאוד יקרים ועשויים מתמציות מתוקות ולא ממרכיבים טריים... בהם היה צריך להשתמש עבור המחיר שאתם משלמים.

כשהגעתי הלובי היה מלא באנשים המדברים בקול רם כל כך עד שבקושי הצלחתי לשמוע את פקיד הקבלה... כשניסיתי להזמין משקה כדי להרגע לקח 15 דקות להשיג את שירות חדרים... ביום למחרת הזמנתי ארוחת בוקר ב-8:10 ואמרו שהיא תגיע עד 9... ב-9:15 צילצלתי ולקח 5 דקות נוספות להשיג את שירות החדרים ונאמר לי שההזמנה שלי שלישית בתור והשותף שלי לחדר היה צריך ללכת לפגישה אז אמרתי להם שיורידו את המנה שלו מהחשבון מכיוון שהוא חייב לעזוב... ארוחת הבוקר הגיעה ב-9:35 וכמובן שכללה את כל ההזמנה ונגבה הסכום המלא... התקשרתי בחזרה ואמרו לי שלא אחוייב אבל החשבון עליו חתמתי הציג את הסכום המלא... נגעל כל כך יצאתי ב-10:30 והדלקתי את האור שמסמן שינקו את החדר וכאשר חזרתי ב-15:30 הייתי מיואש מכך שלא נגעו בחדר למרות שכאשר עזבתי הייתה עגלת ניקיון ממש מחוץ לחדרי... כך שהנסיון שלי היה נוראי ואני נוסע הרבה... כך שאני לא אשהה כאן שוב לעולם.

הצוות מכניס אורחים והכל נקי. אני שוהה לרוב במלונות טרנדיים יותר או במלונות בוטיק קטנים אבל המלון הזה היה בסדר מבחינתי בזכות המיקום המרכזי. הוא נותן קצת הרגשה של עסק מודרני אבל עדיין באווירת South Beach מיאמי. בבריכה יש להקה נחמדה שמנגנת ומיים בטעם תותים, מלון או אננס כלולים במחיר כדי לוודא שתיה מרובה כמו גם ענבים מקוררים בחינם. זה יותר מקום למבוגרים מאשר מקום חם למסיבות. יש אנשים מבוגרים יותר וקצת אקשן של משפחות אבל בסה"כ מיקס נחמד. ספא וחדר כושר נחמדים. אתם צעדים ספורים מהחוף הנמצא ממש מעבר לטיילת. הטיילת היא מקום נהדר ללכת בו או לרכוב על אופניים ולראות אנשים.

חברי ואני שהינו סוף שבוע ארוך. השירות, השירותים והחדר כולם נהדרים. הצוות היה מאוד ידידותי ומועיל. הבריכה נהדרת והיא וה hot tub היו פתוחים 24 שעות ביממה. שירות המגבות בצידי הבריכה היה מאוד מאוד נחמד. יציאה נהדרת לחוף, שביל לריצה והכל בקרבת מקום. המשקאות והאוכל במחירים מופקעים למדי, אבל זהו שווי של מנה במלון. בסך הכל אני חשבתי שזו הייתה תמורה מצויינת ואני בהחלט אחזור שוב!

המלון היה איכותי אבל הצ'ק-אין היה מאוחר והצ'ק-אאוט היה מוקדם. יקר מאוד בשביל מה שניתן להפיק ביום או יומיים.

הסיבה שנתתי למלון הזה דירוג נמוך היא בגלל דבר אחד מרכזי. דלתות חדרי המלון נטרקות ועושות המון רעש כשהן נסגרות. עכשיו, ניתן לחשוב שזה לא עניין גדול, אבל אם אינך מתעורר באותו הזמן כמו כל אחד אחר זה לא משנה, אם אנשים מסביבך יוצאים החוצה ב 5 בבוקר אתה תקום ב 5 בבוקר. הרעש כל כך חזק שאתה יכול לשמוע את זה ממש ממש טוב. שאלתי את ההנהלה לגבי זה והם אמרו שכל החדרים כאלו. מדוע הם לא מתקנים את זה???? ישנם הרבה מקומות אחרים ללון בהם תמורת הכסף שהם גובים.

בילינו 2 לילות ב Loews Miami עם ילדינו בגיל העשרה בדרכנו הביתה משיט. הכל היה נפלא. השירות, המיקום, העיצוב. כולנו נהנינו. (והיה לנו מזג אויר נהדר שעשה את זה לעוד יותר טוב)

זו הייתה הפעם השלישית שלנו במלון הזה שאנו מזמינים אחת לשנתיים. אנחנו תמיד מצפים לביקור שלנו מכיוון שאנו יודעים למה לחכות והפעם היה אותו הדבר; מיקום טוב, חדרים טובים ותמיד שירות טוב מאוד. מצאנו שכל חברי הצוות ידידותיים ומועילים מאוד.

זה היה המלון השלישי שלנו בפלורידה אז היה לנו למה להשוות.תמורת המחיר ציפיתי שזה יהיה טוב יותר. התייחסו אלינו כמו מספר - כנראה משום שהיה שם כנס. שום ידידותיות כמו מהמלונות הקודמים. שום ידידותיות לילדים. שלא לדבר על האוירה. מאוד מאכזב. לא נחזור שוב.

Worst hotel night stay I've had outside Cairo. Expensive for the value. Rooms were ok. Noise was excessive. Charged my credit card $220 to cover incidentials and a week later was not removed. Had to call accounting to get them to reverse the charge. NOT FUN. I've stayed in hotels all over Miami Beach and would not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Look elsewhere and save yourself the sleepless night and headache of chasing down your money.

I was only there one night on business, but was very pleased with my experience. Top notch hotel. Spotless, well-appointed rooms. Friendly, experienced staff. Great location.

Just what you think of when you hear South Beach! Hotel is beautiful however that part of Collins can get a little sketchy at night...

I love the hotel accommodations. However it was extremely expensive. A drink at the bar cost almost $25

I can't give the Loews 5 stars because I've been in some of the more expensive options in the area, but it's a great choice for the price. Yes, these are South Beach Prices. I used to live in South Beach, and I had a hard time deciding where to take my wife for her first visit. I chose the Loews because Lincoln Road is possibly my favorite part of South Beach. Plus, you have to see Ocean Drive. We were there before the BCS title game, so ESPN was set up right down the street. There is always a lot going on in South Beach- make sure you're not there for the wrong festival - it is a fun crazy on a normal weekend, but can get out of hand quickly for the uninitiated. One tip: There is no need for a car on Sobe. Save the valet charges and take cabs everywhere, and enjoy. South of 5th is more my speed- away from the crowds, but within walking distance.

best spot on south beach , been staying here for years! would recommend to anyone! came down during ultra week , thank god the hotel was not affiliated with any of that. was able to relax and have a blast .

Fantastic!!!!!! The staff is outstanding!!!! Hotel is clean and beautiful.

poorly. customer. service from person at the reception. desk arived. at. 11am was not serviced until 430pm with room on 3/3/2013

Would not run back, but serviced its purpose being walking distance to convention center

Hotel is ok, total overpriced & wasn't worth for what we paid for. Room was very tiny.

Perhaps the best hotel in Miami - close to restaurants/clubs - but away from noise - immaculate property with great pool and easy beach access! Only drawback - you need to get up at 7:00 am to get a good spot at the pool!

Nice hotel. Service was great. Room was very nice. cost was a bit high for the one night stay. The hotel is located just a block away from the Lincoln area and a couple blocks from the end of Ocean Avenue. I would highly recommend if the price was not so high.

The room was very comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better - directly on the beach and one block from Lincoln Blvd. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The best location on south beach ! Close to everything ! Food and drink was a little bit expensive but very good service was great rooms were very clean and new but not overly luxurious ! Pool was great as well as security ! I would visit again in a minute ! Well done Loews !

The room was very small and the pool overcrowded and barely exposed to the sun throughout the day. Then after too high room charges, they wanted $12.50 per beach chair. Ridiculous and insulting.

we had an ajoining room to a loud guest group and had to call the desk several times. The walls are not as think as some other nice hotels and one hears the slamming of nearby doors. we also had a noisy toilet which squeaked and ran a lot. the hotel staff was very responsive to both complaints, however, and we would go there again.

Very pleasant experience. My contact w staff was limited but everyone I did interact w was very accommodating ,pleasant and helpful. The hotel was in a great location. I recommend it without reservation (just be aware that it is expensive and items such as the gym or chairs on the beach cost extra). If I were to go back to South Beach I would go back to the Lowes Hotel again

i have stayed at nearly all the major hotels on south beach over the last 10 years and this hotel is definitely at the top of the scale. most hotels on south beach dont cater to the customer where as this one does just that. they open the doors for you, get you whatever you need and its clean and fun. i would 100% recommend staying here. we stayed on christmas eve and the majority of the guests were families but its perfect for couples, families or even by yourself.

Beautiful hotel, room, pool. Very friendly service in every aspect. Convenient location for Art Basel, Lincoln Rd., Art Deco area. Food very good, convenient starbucks coffee in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were top notch especially the pool area. Very clean and quiet (cannot hear air conditioner at night!). The staff were all very curteous and friendly. Our only complaint would be that for the prices you pay per night at this hotel that you would think that Wifi service would be available in all the hotel rooms not just the pool and bar area!!

We received a free upgrade to a partial ocean view suite. The concierge made excellent reservations. Suggest inexpensive taxi from hotel (less than $10) to Ocean Ave. to check out restaurants and night life. Food and drinks somewhat pricey but typical for the general location. Convenient to beautiful beach. Pool and jacuzzi were large, well-maintained, and clean. Our first choice for future visits to the area.
