Everything was great except the group from school district 27 that was staying there, they were loud at all times of the night

It was an easy to find hotel, location was fine. I stayed in a king size non smoking room which had a stale lingering smoke smell when I walked in. And not to mention the next morning the shower did not drain properly :( not impressed

This was a good hotel to stay in for the SunRun weekend. It provided a great place that was quiet and comfortable, with easy access to the city for the event.

The Staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was basic and clean, the price was excellent, and the bed was so comfortable! I definitely recommend the North Vancouver.

Had some issues with communication on check in, but staff was quick to correct everything when asked. The cleaning staff was very polite and came when we asked and left us alone when we asked. The room was clean when we arrived and the grounds were well kept in general. The pool was locked and we couldn't even get in the area to sit in the sun. Free parking and close to (without being in) Vancouver was our goal, and this place did a great job. At such a low price per day the breakfast was a good deal, even if options were limited.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the noise. It was between two busy roads and even though the windows were closed, it sounded as if they were open. Free WiFi was nice.

Good: price, nice beds, fridge and microwave in room, entire property is clean and well maintained, lots of (free) parking, staff were very helpful. You can easily walk to the Capilano Pacific Trail and up into Capilano Canyon. Quibbles: We booked the room for 3 adults and there were 2 towels in the bathroom, 2 coffee cups etc. Front desk cheerfully got us more, along with plates and glasses and forks, but that was a little weird. The room was clean but as we were leaving we found shoes under the desk which didn't belong to any of us, meaning we hadn't noticed them when we arrived.

My family were very happy with or 4 nights stay in North Vancouver Hotel. The room is very clean and very quiet. We were very happy that there is a microwave in the room.

This hotel was great! Clean, cool, comfortable. The afternoon/evening front desk guy was great! Bath tub was small and parking lot squishy but really that is the only thing I can think of to complain about. The continental breakfast was perfect. Wifi was strong. Close to aquarium and Stanley Park, we easily walked it with our 8 and 12 year old. And the price was the best we have had through our trip in BC!

This hotel was very clean, quiet and just what we were looking for. We stayed 4 nights and our room was straightened each day with fresh towels.

Pleasantly surprised. The outside is a little rough, the outdoor pool was closed (it is February) and is on a busy street. But, for the price a great value. It was close to were we needed to be. The rooms had a microwave AND fridge AND coffee pot. Plenty of room. Usually do not get that these days. The FREE continental breakfast included self-made waffles, eggs, sausage and hash browns. Plus all the usual continental fare. That alone paid for one of the 2 rooms for the 6 of us. I didn't expect the Hilton, just a good value for the night. And the North Van delivered. Thanks.

Good for a one night stop with kids attending a sporting event - lovely and warm and cosy on a cold Vancouver night!

The staff were very helpful, and courteous. The price was very affordable. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay again!!!!

smoky room, bad kitchenette, dull knife, no bowls, elements weren't working until I fixed them, awful heating

The room was kind of old and the floor was uneven. The smell was unpleasant for me, but was fine for my friend.

excellent hotel with amenities and overall good value. Friendly hosts and very clean. Only problem was the (free) breakfast, food service and lounge which was not up to standards.(the value measure includes the free breakfast which was not up to par)

Not that bad of a motel - I've definitely been in worst ones. This is an old motel that needs more than simple remodeling. While the rooms were clean and the staff nice, the wing where our room was was no longer level ... I mean the floors (2nd floor) was leaning to the south. If I had a beach ball and placed it on the north side of the room, it would roll by itself to the other end of the room. Again, it didn't worry or bother me ... I actually found it to be funny since this is not the first time I've encountered this in a Canadian motel.

very clean , close to transit easy to get around. could use more room in the breakfast area. Everything we needed .check in and out quick and easy.

Very clean, updated rooms. Excellent value.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We wanted a nice, comfortable place to stay during the night and out seeing the sights during the day and that is exactly what we got! The staff was kind, courteous and accomodating! The breakfast was nice and hot and the pancakes were delicious! Conveniently located with easy driving access to tourist destinations and a Tim Horton's close by!! I will definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! Staff was helpful and rooms were clean. They were a little small but other then that it was a great stay.

Nice place, good location,good breakfast.

Hotel good but older. Could use a renovation to be updated.

It was a good weekend away the staff seemed pleasant enough, altho on the Sunday morning there was no ketchup to have with the sausages and eggs which was a bit disappointing. Also the breakfast area is very small.

The people were great. The location was great.

Suited us just fine for our fifth trip to Vancouver.

1. lumpy bed 2. mildew on the bathroom ceiling 3. Tv plug/cable not connected. 4.no overhead light in outside stairwell 5. called next morning at 6:30 am to leave a message re: forgotten item... was told to call back when house keeping was on duty. not possible when I am hanging from a lift 3 stories upin the air.

it was very easy to get here. upon arrival, the Hotel staff was great. The Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. minutes away from Capilano bridge and easy ride to Stanley park. Highway was right there as well which made going to surrounding places very easy. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again. Thanks Hotel Staff!!

It was a nice hotel but it seemed a little too expensive for the room.

There was mildew in the bathroom, including in the floor grouting. Our booking through you turned out not to include breakfast. No other complaints. Excellent staff.

we enjoyed our stay very much, the breakfast was exellent,so was the B.Q. we were lucky to join,the rooms clean and friendly staff thank you for your service

nice staff, clean room, good breakfast

Well the rooms are recently redone with granite counter tops in the bath, and nice flat screen TV, they look nice. But ...The fridge in the room leaked a ton of water onto the carpet (not just my room but others rooms as well) And the rooms stink. It is an all non-smoking hotel, but the rooms smell like someone has been smoking in them for YEARS. Looks great, wet carpet, smells bad.
