The hotel is centrally located at Logan airport. It comes with the expected Hilton service, but the hotel shows signs of aging. Unfortunately the bathroom in our room was not properly cleaned, but this was addressed promptly upon notifying housekeeping. It feels a bit pricey for what you get, but this is the only hotel right on the airport with fast access to the terminals. The fact that I had to catch a flight at 6am made it worth the money.

Excellent hotel if you need to be near Logan Airport. Great walking access to Terminals A and E.

Excellent hotel...shuttle to and from airport every 15 minutes...beautiful view from rooms...

There was no indication that you had to pay extra to park. Additioinally, the service in the restaurant was not very good. The food was just ok, but very expensive.The room was very clean and had a great view, but the bed was very uncomfortable.

We always stay at the airport Hilton when in Boston.

This hotel looks great and its in a convenient location if you are going to fly out or fly in. However this hotel is all about lipstick on a pig. My bathroom drain was broken, the remote was broken. The alarm clock/MP3 station didn't work, water was either extremely hot or extremely cold etc. I waited forever in line to get checked in because they didn't have enough staff at the front desk. Its not like it was a Motel 6 or Red Roof or anything but I certainly expect WAAAAY more from a Hilton especially for the 300$ price tag for the room. If you don't mind getting a Taxi then stay somewhere else. You can get better value. Especially in Boston.

Hotel was ideally situated for access to the airport - especially the added bonus of the hotel courtesy bus.

It was great. We had an early flight and we did not have to go outside to reach our ticket counter!

The only negative was unreliability of Hilton airport shuttle . NEVER came on time' Waited up to an hour for it & it drove right past me once w/o even slowing down. We had to meet several folks at airport. The only alternative was rental car & Hilton charges an excessive amount to park in a lot.

A Chicken Caesar Salad advertised at a moderate price with a small glass of house red shouldn't result in a room service bill that's almost three times that price.. This is beyond a rip off. The catering at the Hilton has always been pretty terrible frankly. It's convenience to the Terminals and the politeness of its staff are its main virtues but for the high prices of a room they could fix their escalators, provide a real 24/7 coffee shop and run a real kitchen. They need a European Manager and a refit to their "milk the guests" short-termism mentality. I'm moving down the road next trip -And why just because you've booked the room through a Third Party do you not quality for H-Honor points? F for fail.

Clean and spacious rooms, good restaurant, complimentary Wi-Fi, though (as an airport hotel) it is a bit far from the heart of Boston

This is a lovely and very comfortable hotel right at Logan airport. Try the delicious crabcrabs in the pub.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great. We had dinner at the hotel and that was good too! We stayed there the night before an early flight and left rested and happy.

Unless you want to stay in a place where you cant leave the airport for less than $25 for a 5 min cab ride, dont stay here. The taxi tolls alone are $6! Also, no microwave or mini fridge for left overs or drinks. Ordered late night chinese food and dropped a little rice on the floor. Room definitely wasnt vacuumed because the rice was still there the next day.

This hotel is a great choice if you're catching an early morning flight out of BOS or if you're arriving in very late. It's very easy to get to from the airport. You can walk directly into the hotel from the terminals without having to wait around for a shuttle bus. It's also much nicer than any of the other airport hotels around BOS that we've tried in the past.

Hotel was fine except for the restaurant. Woefully understaffed. Ate there two out of four nights and each time had to wait a long time even for initial drink.Was not the waitresses fault, they were working very hard.

Loved the hotel but thought 34.00 for one night of parking was excessive...

I always stay here when coming into Boston Logan Airport at night. Never have to leave the airport. Great roroms and super-quiet.

Hotel perfectly located for leaving car virtually at departure terminal and getting good nights sleep before having to awake at 4am for flight. Visit is probably 4th or 5th time have done this. Like convenience of being able to leave car in Logan parking and walk to departure terminal AND get a good nights sleep before 5:30am boarding. J Morris

Great, especially for early morning flights. 5 minute walk to terminal A security.

When we checked in the hotel desk clerk was very polite and cheeful. We had two rooms and one of the toilets clogged and overflowed. We could not call the front desk from the room, the lines did not work. We called on our cell phone and after two hours called back. They finally sent a plumber who cleared problem immediately and left. Nobody sent housekeeping even though we told them (and the plumber saw) that the toilet had overflowed spilling sewage on the floor. We called back again and they sent a housekeeper to clean. We were there for two nights and both nights went to the Publik House for dinner. The service was horrible. Both nights it was as if the host/hostess (a different person each night) wanted to dissuade us from dining there because the wait was going to be so long. There were empty tables both nights, the staff at the restaurant seemed disorganized and did not have good customer service skills. It was quite a disappointment for us.

The hotel is nice and convenient to the airport and as a result you pay a premium for the location. The hotel itself is nice but they are very understaffed in the food services area. One of two restaurants was closed, it was a half hour wait to get into the other restaurant. We decided that it made more sense to get room service but when we tried to order, we were told that it was an hour wait. One of the reasons you stay at a hotel like this is that when laying over after an international flight it's more convenient. The two required staples are a comfortable bed and a good convenient meal. They failed on the latter of the two. With the time difference from Europe, 8PM is really 1 in the morning and therefore waiting an hour for food to arrive is not appreciated. We ended walking back to the terminal and ordering a sandwich from Duncan Donuts which was the only thing open. In the future, I will not stay at this hotel and will opt for a less expensive option in town which is only a short subway ride away.

Our king room had no refrigerator. High parking charges.

Great, can walk to terminals across bridge links. Room nice, have to pay for internet though. Restaurant and bar food good. Managed to stay running during blizzard!

Brilliant, survived the Nemo blizzard while staying here, no power outage. Able to walk to terminal via bridge. Evening meal good in bar, handled volume of people and limited staff well due to storm. Breakfast buffet in restaurant good. Swimming pool and gym facilities also good. Nice room, good view of snow!
