Very nice people. No complaints about the room. My stay was very good.

I was very happy with my room. Quite area, hot breakfast, comfortable. Would stay again if in area.

The hotel was nice and clean but there was no room service.It was my birthday and we had the cake delivered to the hotel room but we couldnt even get a knife or forks from hotel! that was kind of a bummer for us that there was no service.

The walls were thin, so we could hear the shower running next door. But otherwise the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Very close to the historic sites (not walkable, but just minutes driving). Only stayed overnight, but it was sufficient for our needs.

Rates falsely advertised. We arrived at this hotel and were told we needed to pay the hotel $25 extra for our small pet. We were told that we could not receive our money back if we decided not to stay. We phoned the front office manager and then general manager Vic. Despite our written confirmation for the agreed upon price with pet noted, Vic did not listen to our concerns and frequently interrupted. We are elderly and were not in a position to lose the entire paid room fee or to travel further, so we HAD to pay the extra 25 dollars. We were given a handicapped equipped room which had several lights that did not work, not to mention a mediocre(at best) room. This is no way to treat seniors or anyone. Patricia at front desk was helpful and courteous.

The parking was inconvenient. Had to park down 2 buildings. If you are looking for convenience, there was a nice restaurant close. No elevator so having to take a few trips up stairs with heavy luggage was inconvenient. It was clean.

Hotel layout is inconvenient, inside stairs but outside passageways so you have carry baggage across the hotel from the parking area up the stairs back across the hotel to the passageway. They have the smallest bed pillows I have ever seen.

A front desk clerk Lacey went above and beyond to allow us early check-in and asked our room preference etc. My original reservation was for one night and we were so pleased with the location and the value we decided to stay one more night. I called and was quoted the same rate from Friday, but when I saw my bill a few days later I was charged a higher rate. I also complained becoase for some reason on the second night the refridgerator starting buzzing extremely loud and we couldn't figure out what was causing it, but it kept us up for half the night. Again, the room, Lacey and the location was great. I just wish I could have gotten a good night's sleep and that I was charged what I was quoted. I didn't notice it upon checkout because they were out of paper on the printer and they emailed me my receipt instead.

While I found the service at the front desk to be very good and the people were quite friendly and helpful, the actual condition of the room could use some updating. There were cracks in the sink and the bathroom paint was peeling a little bit. The room also had a musty smell that made it seem less clean than it was. I was hesitant to walk around in bare feet, which after a long trip is not the best feeling. The nightly rate and location is good, if you are in the Boston area, and it is easy to get to, but the wear and tear on the room fixtures detracted from the overall experience.

heating system old and very very loud; no thermostat to adjust heat so you either had it running all night or shut off and froze.

No elevator to upper level, lamp near door didn't work, bedding had some holes/stains. Otherwise clean and okay for price.

Excellent location to visit the Boston area - been here many times over a 6-year period.

Near enough to where I needed to be on this visit. Booked with only one day notice too. Most excellent breakfast!!! I always look for free parking, free wifi and free breakfast. this place has all three and very affordable too!!

Upon checking in, the front desk staff were not engaging and there were three of them who started going back and forth in a different language, like I wasn't even there. I was given one word answers to my questions and did not feel very welcome. Although the room itself was ok, the overall feeling I got from the place was a truck stop hotel. I will look for other places next time.

Great Restaurant and hospitality

Staff were disinterested mostly especially younger front desk staff. Hotel was noisy. Newly arriving occupants in the small hours of the morning since it catered to coach parties. Noisy plumbing 24 hrs a day led to very poor sleeping. Would not reccomend to friends.

Room was clean and comfortable. Very good complimentary breakfeast, plenty of choices - everything was fresh and available.

I was not very satisfied at all with the room at this Quality Inn. It was very uncomfortable, old used furniture, not clean and smelly. The breakfast was mostly frozen food partially dethawed. We were told by the booking agent at hotelscom that there would be a kitchenette but there wasn't.. There are "long term" guests in the hotel ie: people living there with aprox 5-6 people per room. When I called the front desk I was put on hold and no one responded. The pictures of this hotel on hotelscom are misleading and are not actual representations of these rooms. They might possibly be the business suites but that is not what we were led to believe.Overall a big disappointment.

Hotel is dated. Room was clean but smelled smoked.OK breakfast

Room was ok. Entrance to hotel not easily approchable.

We were kept waiting an hour in the lobby for them to get a room ready. This was from 3-4 pm in the afternoon. The desk personnel were clueless and uncaring. The room we finally got was an ADA accessible room, was dirty, with hair on the sink, poorly maintained with holes in the walls, the bathroom mirror had been wrenched to the side of the holder. All in all, the attitude of the staff ruined the whole experience,

I found that the check in receptionist was not very personable. The room was very tidy, the bed was too firm, but the continental breakfast was very good. I was very disapointed that the pool was not open. Overall a little expensive for a one night stay.

everything was good except car need because of the location (i u want to go Boston downtown).. comfortable and good maintained rooms, delicious breaksfast and next door mexican restaurant/bar were what we had in our stay.

I've written directly to Quality Inns. There was dirt on the floor, people knocking on our door and after calling the front desk was told no one was available to check it out. Cleaning people left carts in the middle of the walkway making it difficult to get to lobby. Breakfast was wonderful, but staff was not pleasnat. Won't ever stay there again.

Shower pressure was awful. But the room was clean, bed comfortable. Coffee in the room was terrible, but there was a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks right down the road. Easy access to the highway.

My room had a sticky/slimy feeling on all of the hard surfaces. The room smelled like it was recently a smoker's room. As there were no opening windows and the heat-pump was kinda wimpy I couldn't get the stale smoke smell out of the room. Didn't like this place at all.

Older hotel but the place was clean. Staff were friendly. It was not difficult to get to the train station, park and ride into Boston and it allowed an easy drive to Lexington and Concord.

This hotel was undergoing some much needed remodeling of the front lobby area... hopefully they will then begin updating the rooms and hallways. Pool was clean. Rooms were adequate but dated and a little dingy. We were lucky to be upgraded to an upstairs suite with 2 separate rooms and a small kitchen.

Very easy to access, good breakfast is included but the room is very often overcrowded, it's very noisy at night when tourist busses bring large number of young tourist groups, fairly well staffed but some were inexperienced, hotel amenities are sufficient but not all working, cleanliness is good.

All in all the Quality Inn and Suites in Lexington, Mass was very nice. The biggest problem that I had with the hotel was that there was no elevator. Having to climb up to the second floor, especially when bringing our luggage to the room and then back to the room was difficult.

If you book this motel (it's not a hotel) knowing it is budget class accommodations, you won't be disappointed. If staying for a few days it's worth the extra $10 to have a mini-fridge and microwave. Basic rooms, reasonably clean, convenient location, and breakfast included. All these places have the same basic breakfast setup, but the eggs here actually taste like real eggs. They were not dried out like most places. Lots of foreign tourists while I was there from all over the world due to nearby attractions, and the place was full every night. The hot tub was not working during my stay. Bottom line, if you want and can afford something more upscale, then don't book here, but if you want something basic and reasonably priced, then this place works.
