Not much of a view, but large, comfortable rooms which include refrigerator, microwave and king size bed. The staff is friendly an the location ic convenient to UVM and Burlington..

the hotel was a bit difficult to find, but service was great, close to where i needed to be and relatively quiet room.

Hotel is in need of redecoration. Although very clean, due to the age of design, it comes across as a bit run-down. Service however, was excellent. Cannot say enough about the staff! From the point of check-in forward, everyone was courteous and gracious, going above and beyond to assure our stay was pleasant. We would definitely utilize this location again, as it is only moments away from downtown and near to shopping and chain restaurants.

Wonderful in every way. The setting sun over the lake was a glorious sight. Fantastic room - very spacious.

We asked for a suite expecting a wall separating the bedroom from the living room. There was no wall, I was told it is "studio style." We had a 2 night reservation but our keys stopped working after one day and our room was never cleaned. Very expensive for what you get. They do offer a great breakfast service.

We decided to go to Burlington and there are not many Hotels close by - This hotel came highly recommended by the person at Hotels.com so thank you! I dodn.t get her name, but she was friendly and helfpul! We arrived and found it a llittle far from downtown but when they showed us the suite we were satisfied and we enjoyed the the 2 nights we stayed.

The hotel was in a convenient area. It would be an ideal place to take kids as the rooms are huge and there is a kitchenette area. There is also breakfast provided. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

A quiet 2 night stay with good restaurant next door. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to what we wanted to see and do in Burlington.

I liked the hotel. They do advertise that they have an indoor pool though and fitness center but the pool and fitness center is actually next door at the Holiday Inn.

We had a great time and the complimentary breakfast was a real time-saver for us. The afternoon snacks were good too!

I stayed with my four children in a suite, and it was terrific. Most important, they thought so too, which is paramount to any parent's enjoyment of the vacation. The free breakfast was a nice perk.

Rooms are huge enough for a small family. Clean affordable and friedly staff

The king suite was large and clean; the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was more than we expected.

Rooms were out dated but very clean and huge. With upgrades this would definately be a 5

This is a nice hotel. I centerally located so its easy to find and get to. I enjoyed the stay and would go back.

gracious staff, clean, fully-equipped rooms. Had a problem with the sleep sofa but the problem was rectified in the morning. Close to Shelburne Museum, shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in a long time. The suite was amazing and all of the staff I encountered during my stay were warm, friendly, and personable. The rates were excellent for the quality of the room. I will definitely be staying in this hotel in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone!

If you stay here, get a room on the 3rd floor on the sunset side. The pool was a big letdown because it's falling apart and kind of gross. The water didn't seem clean and the lining is completely jacked-up. The steps into the pool are really nasty. Plus, the pool is in another building, so you need to walk around outside to get there which is fine unless it's raining or cold. Outside of the pool, it's fine. The people here are sooooo nice.

We were on Vacation and stayed at your hotel. During our stay a part of the ceiling fell down next to the bed. Lucky it missed us. We reported this to the front desk . They laughed and said lucky it missed you. They said they would call maintenance dept. We spent the next day and a half waiting for them to show up. (which they never did) actually we stayed there for two days and not even anyone from housekeeping came to our room. This is totally unacceptable.. Gary

Room was huge for a suite, my husband and I and sons, ages 12 and 14. When I booked the room through the phone with hotel.com I asked for a cot and they said sure...but when we checked in, they said they don't have cots there, so that was not a good thing. The pull out queen sofa bed was not comfy at all, so the mattress (pad) went on the floor and one boy slept on cushions from the chairs and sofa. Otherwise, breakfast was quite good and filling and there was no noise despite having a full hotel.

This is a great hotel. Non-smoking, clean & well maintained so my family was very comfortable staying here. The breakfast buffet is excellent but the dining area is small so get there early or you'll have to wait for a table or bring your food to your room. Lastly, you need to walk about 50 yards outside to access the pool so keep that in mind. When the weather isn't bad, it isn't an issue. The pool area is ok but the pool could use a new liner. It was clean and fun for the family so it worked out nicely. I'd recommend this hotel for sure.

I liked the hotel and the amenities overall. However, unless I had the same room as a previous reviewer left, there is mold above the shower wall. Also, I had a full trash can for the last two days that never got emptied. Otherwise, I shall return. The pool was great.

Overall our stay was wonderful; very comfortable and quiet. We discovered a problem with the toilet running so turned off the water for the night. We used the pool and sauna which is located in the hotel next door. Generally pretty nice stay.
