Comfortable and convenient; super friendly staff. The hotel is not the best if you want a convenient elevator, but otherwise good.

Nice property with many good facilities on site, including gym, pool and a good restaurant. A little expensive for what you get - even off-season - but a nice place to stay.

This was our second year staying at the Holiday Inn on the night before Thanksgiving. The rooms appeared to be very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the convenience to our relatives' home was perfect. This year, they offered a continental breakfast for a small additional fee and that was convenient, but meager (bagels, muffins, and juice). We will stay here again next year... just wish the beds were a little softer.

hotel was clean, early check in requested, room was ready when we arrived! Staff was friendly and check out was a breeze.

One person working the desk on check-in, trying to juggle 2-3 phone calls of people asking directions and asking about hotel amenities, etc., so check in was slow. The attendant was friendly and professional, so the service was good, just very slow. Room was clean. Refrigerator didn't come on for 60 minutes after I plugged it in, and the temp control knob was broken. Bed felt like the springs were worn out - it was unevenly firm, not terribly comfortable.

Only room available to me was in the basement not accesable by elevator. Had to carry luggage down and up flight of stairs. Asked for room change and told only basement available for third party booking. Other rooms were available as hotel was not very busy.

Hotel was comfortable, clean and staff is friendly. The breakfast at the hotel was also great.

Personnel very pleasant. Room in some disrepair/patches painted over. Breakfast buffet at restaurant cost $10.00 per person additional and was not nearly as good nor as wide a selection of food as the complimentary breakfast we had the day before at the Hampton Inn included in their room price which was cheaper than the Holiday Inn, not a bad stay but overpriced for the room and breakfast for what we got. We figured we could not go wrong with Holiday Inn but it was not discounted enough to make it a good deal or a return trip.

Very comfortable hotel, staff very pleasant. Oddly, the room walls are completely sound proof.

When we arrived checkin was quick and easy and the staff was friendly and welcoming. When we arrived to the room it was larger than we expected. The bathroom was spacious and the showerhead was unique and eady to opperate. The king size bed had four pillows labled with softer and firmer which was nice. There were also more pillows in the closet which we werent expecting. There was also a fridge and microwave which i wasnt expecting. A very nice stay.

The hallways look like a college dorm, but the rooms were fine and the maid service seemed excellent. The only real negative was the service at breakfast. Twenty minutes after ordering eggs, I asked, politely I thought, "Will the eggs be out soon, as I have a tee time I have to get to?" The response was an abrupt "That's why we have a buffet!" Also, after finishing a glass of water, the water glass was taken away rather than refilled. I was afraid to ask for more, after the earlier response. Hotel is fine, but have breakfast somewhere else. The 2nd day, although under no time constraint, we just had the buffet so we didn't have to interact with the server.

Had to ask for bathroom to be recleaned b/c hairs were all over but they promptly cleaned it. Restaurant gave free kids' meals for both dinner and breakfast buffet...excellent food..excellent service. Pool was great but lacking hot tub. Very enjoyable getaway. Will definitely return soon.

Hotel is on outskirts of falmouth, about 15 min walk to main street. Hotel was over priced for what you get. Fusty smell in hallways and bedrooms probably due to no extractors in bathrooms. Rooms were clean though and bed was comfy.

Very clean and very comfortable beds. They have a firm and soft pillow labeled so you can choose which feels better. It's a Holiday Inn like any other Holiday Inn so it's not great and not bad. Good enough for a short stay.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel was OK as we were a little less than a mile from Main St. Our rooms were less than average. Clean, but with no refrigerators or safe. The outside door to our section of the hotel was broken and was propped open with a brick. Overall, our rooms were not worth the price we paid and we would give our stay a rating of 3 out of 5 stars.

The hotel is located just up a small rise on Jones Road, which is just off of Route 28. It was very easy to find. It has ample parking with handicapped spots also. However, there are no elevators in the hotel so if you cannot climb stairs make sure to specify you cannnot climb stairs and need ground level (which was actually the 2nd floor). The pool area is enclosed in the back behind the restaurant/bar area. The area, and the water, were both clean. The water temp was warm. The rooms were neatly kept, with fresh linens and towels provided each day. There was no refrigerator, microwave, or room safe. The wireless internet connection was a snap to access and it was available every time we accessed it. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The bar closed around 12:30 or so each night. Prices for beer and cocktails are reasonable. The restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner. We did not eat there so I can't comment on the food. Downtown Falmouth is a brief drive. Woods Hole is more of a drive but you really should take the public transport down there because there is almost no parking available to the general public - parking lots are strictly reserved for employees only. You have to be one of the very lucky few to find a parallel parking spot on the street. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay, found the hotel to be what we expected, and we would stay there again.

Hotel für eine Nacht empfehlenswert. Eher etwas abgelegen! Mann muss das Auto nehmen, um in die Innenstadt zukommen. Restaurant ist gut und sehr kinderfreundlich. Frühstück nur bis 9.30 Uhr.

motel standard bien situé dans une ville peu attrayante par ailleurs ; confort dans la norme ; 10 minutes du ferry pour la magnifique île de martha's vineyard ( achat des tickets possible à l'hôtel )
