very happy with hotel. 2nd time staying there. should add an exhaust fan to the bathroom but that's my ONLY complaint!

Every time we stay at this hotel we are very pleased with the service we receive and cleanliness of the facility. Next time we are in the area and need a place to stay Hampton Inn Manheim will definitely be our hotel choice.

Very pleasant, clean hotel. Proximity to PA Turnpike roadway not too noisy

We come to Lebanon at least once a year for the carriage auction. This hotel was the best yet in terms of service and cleanliness. It is really not that far from Lebanon, so we will definitely stay here next time.

The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. I liked the outside and inside of the hotel - clean and well lit. Lounge was very nice with computers, tv and nice chairs. Free coffee and tea all day and night. Free Hot Breakfast - Well stocked and make your own Belgian waffles. Room was clean, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Clean sheets and duvet cover. Bathroom towels were beautifully folded like fans and toilet paper triangled - nice touches!! Toilet bowl wasn't as clean as I would have liked it especially under the rim. Check out was quick and easy. Overall a great value.

Hotel was under remodel ...really bad breakfast and paid to much for this place

Although the room was rather small and lacked amenities (mini-fridge, microwave), the cleanliness and comfort made up for that. The desk staff was very helpful. Initially I had booked a room with a king sized bed, but I was able to switch to a room with two doubles at no extra charge. Breakfast was good and it was very helpful to us that it was served a 6 AM. If our daughter's gymnastics meet is in Lebanon next year, we will be back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay over the weekend. We do not get away from our toddler to often, so it was nice to relax and enjoy the comfortable king size bed ... alone. When a large group of teenagers checked in beside us, the front desk clerk was more than happy to move our room to a more private location.

The room was very clean. We arrived too early to check in so we went to the duck pond in the back. The kids were entertained by the ducks while we waited. The breakfast was good - the staff was constantly restocking and cleaning the area.

We've stayed at several area hotels getting our daughter ready to attend Etown college. This is the hotel we will be using for all future stays.

The breakfast scene was a total disaster. Too many people, hardly any food and with an hour left to serve. You would think you know how many people are staying in the hotel and plan accordingly. I don't think I will return.

the hotel was the nicest part of our trip. Breakfast was very good, room was well kept, front desk staff were very helpful.

Stayed for 1 night after going to Hershey park (about 15 minutes away). Nice hotel on a budget. Clean enough for us, and we are very picky about that.

Plan to stay there again. Loved our rooms. Breakfast was great.

I stayed for 1 night with my wife and 2 teens. We were visiting a couple of colleges in the area and just needed a room for a night. This place was perfect for us. Lobby area kept clean, rooms were excellent and the pool area was a real bonus for us. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and coffee and hot water for tea was always available. The staff was very helpful. There is not really a city close but we ate at a great restaurant just half a mile away. Easy to get to Hershey

Very nice Hampton Inn. Everything is clean and new. Room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good, the woman servicing the breakfast area kept everything well stocked and fresh. Kids loved it, the room stewards tucked their teddy bears in when they cleaned the room. Only complaint is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, no nearby places to eat. We tried a tavern up the road and had a terrible meal. Recommend driving 15 minutes to Hershey or Lancaster to eat. Hotel itself was great and an easy trip to Hershey.

While this hotel is right next to the PA Turnpike, we found the room to be fairly quiet. I would probably request a room facing away from the freeway next time we stay. The breakfast was fine, nice sized room, and if you kept the fan on you didn't hear the big trucks rumbling along. I would definitely recommend it - it's easy to get too and easy to get around from.

Loved the ducks and will stay again!

There is not a lot to do around this area. We ended up driving to Hersey for dinner. But the hotel was clean and sevice was what I'd expect from a Hampton - solid. Overall I'd stay there again. Only complaint? The scrambled eggs at the breakfast were terrible and the coffee/tea cups were WAY too small for my need for caffeine!

We checked in very late after being at Hershey all day & night. The person at the front desk was great I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hershey Park. The only thing that happened is I got up at 8 am and no water. I had to brush my teeth by a bottle of water but by 9:30 the water was good & my family was able to take showers and brush there teeth.

This hotel is an exceptional value for those visiting Hershey. Good beds, good pool, good breakfast. Trust the ratings!

Very clean, very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast, good location. Close to the turnpike and close to Hershey and Lancaster. I would recommend this hotel. When we were checking out the staff at the desk checked with my husband first then told my 6 year old some of the other hotel patrons said he was so good and polite that he earned a Hershey bar - so cute, a real personal touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Pro - Big room for a small hotel (we had room for all 5 of us), free internet in room, large TV and was able to connect portable DVD player for kids, free breakfast, and close to Hersey Park. Con - Pool was outdoors.

Great room and very clean. It is near the turnpike but sort of isolated. However, they gave us a paper with recommendations for restaurants and directions. The one we chose was fabulous. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. Would stay here again.

The hotel has recently installed motion sensors for the heating and cooling. Sounds very green but not very comfortable. Anytime there is no movement in the room the heat shuts off and the room plunges to 62 degrees (which felt more like 58). So when you leave the room, you return to a bitter cold. Worse yet in the middle of the night, it could not "sense" we were in the room, so the heat shut down. I awoke at 2:30 freezing to death, and as soon as I sat up in bed the heat came on. I have stayed at this hotel twice yearly for family reunions since it opened. Next year I look elsewhere.

The Faire is accross the street. Great location Great time

We were out of our room from 8 AM until Noon, and from 2 PM until 8 PM yet our room was not made up, just a bag of fresh linens left outside the door.
