Nice hotel...newly updated. Stayed over a weekend had soccer teams staying there too. The breakfast room was overcrowded with kids!!!

Needed a room nearby since we were in the area to attend a party. Very convenient location, easy to find, close off the highway. Very comfortable bed, nice staff. Included breakfast was actually very good for "free hotel breakfast". If we return to the area we will definitely stay here again.

So, I had a great stay here. Everyone who worked there was really great to me and my kid. It was my daughter's birthday and whenever she told a worker they would chat her up about it and be really nice to her. The hotel was very clean, the pool area was very nice as well. It was clean but not OVER chlorinated like some places. The only problem I had was with other guests, but the staff dealt with that in respectful way to both me and the guests causing the problem. I really have no complaints, and will go out of my way to stay here again.

Great value. Clean room. Great friendly service. Only negative was that the elevators needed to be vacuumed.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast quality could be improved. Have stayed multiple times over the past several years because of value and hospitality of staff.

I came just for a one night stay for business. The front desk person was a wonderful friendly guy when I checked in. The woman who checked me out in the morning didn't quite reach her counterpart's level of friendliness and efficiency, but she wasn't bad either. Nice full breakfast and very clean, neat room. I would recommend this hotel to any business traveler.

My husband and I were in Livonia for a family Christmas party and were very satisfied with the Fairfield hotel. It was surprisingly quiet even though it is located very near to I-275. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was wonderful. 24 hour coffee service was nice since being from Texas we are used to temps in the 80's. The front desk staff was very helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was horrible and left us standing in the lobby for over an hour to straighten out. Very disappointing after a 4 hour drive. Especially since this was business travel and the company has used this facility before and spent thousands of dollars. I would not recommend using this hotel again.

Well, the hotel facilities and location was excellent. I also stopped at the Fairfield in Ohio prior to staying in Livonia and saw that the quality of the chain of hotels extended beyond my final destination. In terms of the staff -They took their job seriously without taking themselves too seriously. That approach to their job, also made me feel secure that they would go out of their way to provide a quality stay for their guests, beyond just handing out keys and blankets. The coffee was hot, the gym was clean, the internet and print area was organized. The bagels could be softer but the waffle and orange juice was delicious. Has the hotel chain implemented a rewards and recognition program for the staff since they do such a good job representing the company.

Excellent hotel at a fair price. Only one suggestion.. . .next time they redecorate go for a lighter look.

Clean, decent room. Not a lot of "ambiance" as the location is basically in the middle of an office park. but is convenient and seems safe.. My only negative is that the facility seems short-staffed at the front desk, especially during busy times. Also, because I was there on a weekend, the facility had a lot of kids staying there, so the first floor noise level was fairly high, especially with the pool right off the lobby and next to the elevators.

Just off the hwy and had a pool, exercise room and complimentary breakfast. Well worth it for the price we paid!

Best shower and a cfy bed. Location for us was great.

We only had one complaint -- the buffet breakfast hours are rather early. They are done by 10:00am on Sunday and 9:00 am all the other days a thirty minutes to an hour longer would accommodate people like us that live an afternoon shift schedule. every thing else at the hotel was excellent.

The staff here was great. They were so helpful and accomodating. They made sure that all our needs were met and were extremely friendly.
