This hotel is centrally located near the Maine Mall. But with all the other options around I would recommend staying somewhere else. Our non-smoking room had clearly been a smoking room at some point. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and the bathroom vanity had burn marks all over it. Our "suite" was really a small hotel room with a small kitchen in it. Not the extended stay suites we are used to. The continental breakfast ends at 9:00 am. This is fine if you are in town for business but if you are on vacation that is too early to end breakfast. One morning we made our way down to breakfast only to find a sad assortment of yogurt floating in ice water and a basket of wrapped gas station muffins. Clearly not worth getting out of bed early. When we were checking out we were asked how was our stay to which I replied "Well it could have been better" the gentleman behind the counter just looked at me and continued the check out process. He was clearly not concerned that our stay was lacking. I would have complained but the only hotel staff we encountered looked like high school freshman and I doubt I would have gotten far. We come to Portland often and will not be staying here again.

Nice comfortable room except kitchen appliances were old which might make cooking a meal harder.

Checking was easy once they found my reservation. The room was very clean. The 'free breakfast' was a bit odd in that there was no place to eat. The front desk recommended that we take the food back to our room. Breakfast was limited to cereal that was hard to get out of the bin, some fruit and yogurt. It was very limited and was a pain to take the food to the other building where our room was.

I've stayed in similar suite type hotels and this wasn't the greatest. It served the purpose I was looking for and wasn't terribly expensive given that it was Maine in the summer. Everything was very clean and the hotel staff professional. There was a funky smell in the room that never went away. Breakfast left something to be desired - options were oatmeal, cereal, yogurt and fruit, but there was nowhere to sit and eat breakfast other than our room. It was fine, but I might look into other options another time.

C'est un hôtel très bien pour un séjour de quelques nuits, nous y sommes restés 5 nuits. Il y a une cuisine complète très fonctionnelle et la chambre est grande. Tout était propre et nous avons eu un bon service. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié (muffins, yogourt et céréales) mais ça fait le travail. L'hôtel est situé à environ 15 minutes de Portland et de Old Orchard et à quelques minutes du Maine Mall. Par contre, les restaurants proches ne sont pas supers, il faut vrm se rendre à Portland. Autre point négatif: il n'y a pas de balcon, ce qui aurait été bien puisque nous y sommes allés en été. Mais en général, je recommande cet hôtel.
