hotel room was very nice only problem I had was that there wasnt a good amount of light available, other than that it was excellent, continental breakfast was excellent..

Parking and ease of entrance is a challenge at the hotel!

Nothing outstanding. Hint: any room about the 3rd floor is NOT remodled. The pool is shut down. The breakfast doesn't change and its not very good. There is not roll away available for a 2 bedroom dispite what it says on their website. Halls smell. The lobby looks really nice.

Room were clean and fresh

The only problem with my stay is that they didn't clean the room..There were no beds made or clean towels put out or trash emptied. Also, the sink in the bathroom didn't drain properly. We probably won't stay there again

Hotel staff friendly, breakfast and parking needs improving.

great location toobad there were in renovation carpet need upgrade in room . room quiet . reception service excellent!great location for car rental and if flying in and out of the airport.

SHEETS WERE DINGE ALSO BLANKET .ROOM SMELL WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY.

I truly enjoyed my stay at your facility. I would have loved to stay longer but the only thing that kept it from happening was the rate. As I said I l loved it so much the last time (I had a much cheaper rate-the same amenities) t. I fell in love. Will continue to come to this location. I LOVE IT!!!

It is easy and clean, quick easy trip to airport and the van/shuttle comes and gets you very propmtly

Hotel was pretty good to stay in. I will probably stay there again unless I can find another that is cheaper.

Ok, not too nice, wouldn't stay again.

My only suggestion for this hotel is to have a shuttle for airline trainees and a shuttle for those needing to get to the airport to catch a flight.

took more than half an hour for the shutle to pick us up from airport...at midnight they could not have been that busy...at midnight after a long day I was more than ready to get to the hotel. Reserved the king with sofa...linen and pillows for the sleeper were not in room...more time between me and sleep...not happy camper. Rested well after that, and the shower pressure was awsome in the morning.

This was a perfect location for a single mother and her son. My son needed to catch a flight out by himself and his flight was delayed 3 times, this hotel provided 24 hour shuttle service; which provided peace of mind for me. The hotel was clean, spacious,friendly and heplful.I would and will use this facility again.

we were very happy about the stay, but the overall rating went down a bit because the weekend we were there they had huge groups of people and we had a problems getting clean towels ~~ also, they drained the pool on Friday morning and there was no pool for the days we were there~~ overall, still a good place to stay.

There was no space in the parking lot. I arrived after dark with a small child and had to walk several blocks. When paying for a room, I should be able to park in the lot. There was only one person on duty at the front desk. She was professional, but there were too many duties for her to manage. She had to answer phones, check people in and deal with guests in the lobby. When we finally got to our room, there were no sheets or blankets for the sleeper sofa bed nor were there pillow cases on the pillows. I called the front desk clerk; she said would get linens for me but I would have to come down and collect them because she was there alone. She said she was busy at the moment but would call me when she had the linens. 40 minutes later, she called to say she had found sheets and pillow cases but could find no blankets for my child's bed. I went down and picked up the linens. She was professional and apologetic, but it's acceptable that I had to get the linens, drag my child down to the lobby with me late at night and go without adequate blankets. In the morning, the van to the airport was late. The driver was professional and congenial, but late is late. When we needed to be shuttled back to the hotel from the airport, we called for the shuttle and were told it would be five minutes. Instead, we waited 40 minutes. The driver was wonderful, but he was the only one on duty and had to shuttle people from my hotel and sister hotels. GROSS UNDERSTAFFING!

Nice hotel for the family. We got a King Bed with a Sofa bed. The Sofa Bed was horribly uncomfortable so we all slept in the king bed together.. Not a huge deal. The pool was very nice. The restaurant food was good, we had dinner there, the menu is small but reasonably price and good food. Complimentary breakfast is what you would expect, nothing fancy... The surrounding neighborhood did not seem to be the best but we had no problems. Overall it was a good stay!

Overall my stay was pleasant and staff accomodating. The Hotel amenities such as refigerator and microwave was not included as I had expected, but was given a refigerator after speaking with owner who was very understanding. For out of town guests, the specifics should be made clearer on the website. Also, like the transpotation to and from airport provided. One improvement I would like to suggest: is to make your guests who have medical needs; (although may be with a family member)aware that double bolting doors at night does not allow anyone to check on them, especially the hard of hearing. This does not appear on the safety card.

The hotel was good for the cost. The breakfast has biscuits/gravy, eggs, waffles for hot food then coffee, juice, pastries in addition. My only complaint is the hotel must also serve as a park and fly because after our event the only available parking spot was one handicapped space. I parked there then went to inform the front desk. They told me it was acceptable to leave the car in that spot.

Accommodations were clean.. Staff was friendly. No complaints except the hotel could use some upkeep on the carpets.

This location was very nice. Just had a few issues. The toilet got stopped up and I had to go down to the desk @ 3 am to get a plunger. Also the airconditioned kept cutting off and had to get up s few time during the night to turn it back on. Despite, I did think this was a nice place and would stay again.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast each morning was plentiful and hot. The rooms were comfortable and clean

This hotel is in need of some repair. The people were friendly especially the desk clerk but overall not a good pick. I was passing through for business and needed a Hotel near the airport. That was all I received. The floors in my hotel were dirty and overall was not very clean. Forget getting a fast meal in the restaurant, it took them near an hour to whip up one hamburger and fries. The food was good but the charm and the service was very poor. I would not recomend this hotel for any traveler.

The comfort inn in Berkley, Mo was not in a good neighborhood

The hotel was nice. Great continental breakfast! We asked for extra pillow and blankets, they brought them right away, however the noise at night was horrible! We were up most of the night, people were drunk falling on the floor, yelling. We even put the coach cushions by the door to try to get the noise level down. The pool was nice and warm. So it is a nice place jyst dont go when busy or bring along ear plugs.

Great customer service. very pleased with the workers and the hotel. will gladly stay there again when we head back up.

Very nice place to stay. Convienient, clean, Overall service is good. Easy to find. For the smikers that don't want a smoking room they have a balcony at the end of the floor that takes you outside without having to fo all the way down stairs to smoke. The only 2 knocks on the hotel were Pillows were too small (They weren't regular full size pillows) and I went to the bar about 5:30 and the bartender wasn't there yet. The quote from the cook was he will be here sooner or later.

Great price for they stay here :)

The kids and I enjoyed the pool, fitness center, pool.table, and darts. Breakfast was nice with eggs, waffles and biscuits and gravy available. The surrounding neighborhood is not in the best area but we were just sleeping there for one night so I did not mind much. The shuttle to the airport was great. For the money I spent, it was a great value. The beds and pillows are very soft. I personally prefer a bit more firm. My kids said it was a very comfortable bed.

My only complaint is the pool water was cold. Very nice clean hotel.

We had a late arrival to this hotel. We requested a blanket and pillows as there weren't any in the room for the pull out bed. We were told they don't have any extra bedding items and offered us nothing. The airport shuttle was running late because he works for two different hotels. Don't stay here. The customer service is nonexistent.

If you have a flight and you want to stay near the airport for a decent price then this is the place. You get more comfort for your buck.

Positives: Friendly staff, nice selection and good quality breakfast. Room was clean but...see negatives. Negatives: Room was non smoking but smelled like stale smoke from a room that had been smoked in for many years and the smell was still in the walls, furniture, etc. Parking was on the side and in the back of the building and far away from an entrance. Jets start flying at O Dark 30 in the morning and you can hear them well.
