It's very worth to stay. Room is comfortable and located close to Yellowstone.

Good location and comfortable room. Front desk was very helpful.

Stage Coach Inn is a very convenient stay, located near the West Entrance of Yellowstone. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It carries a quaint and authentic atmosphere, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a comfortable place to stay.

very friendly staff and helped with our questions. nice location in town and close to the park entrance. lobby is very cool and breakfast was fine. internet had some problems in our room but in the lobby area it worked fine.

The front desk customer service was terrific! We wish we had more time to stay longer!

Great tag and service. Not much if a variety for breakfast but really clean overall. Two hot tubs and a sauna was a bonus!

Hotel lobby is comfortable lodge atmosphere with good continental breakfast including waffles. Our room had a single king bed and was relatively small.

VERY NICE HOTEL.

Do not book the historic room thinking you are getting something really cool! Just small and I mean SMALL! Barely enough room to walk in and fall into the king size bed - the bed was comfy but everything else was miniature including the bathroom. Wish they would have said something about that on the internet under description, I would have booked a regular king instead. Very disappointed.

helpful staff, nice lobby

We are from Michigan and blindly booked our stay through Hotels.com. What a pleasant surprise. Stage coach is not only beautiful inside with it's lodge look but it's also a Norman Rockwell ambient outside. The staff bent over backwards for our every need without hesitation. Also a man buy the name of Mark who over saw the complementary break fast kept the area well stocked and also conversed about your days plans amongst other things as well as letting you know about future upgrades of the Stage Coach Inn. He made everyone feel wellcome as did the rest of the staff. I could go on and on but it would turn into a novel about an exceptional time. I really can't say enough about the best place in town to rest your head and to feel welcomed. We will return for another stay. Mike And Karen.

The management was friendly, the room was a bit small, prices were good. Next time we would pay a little more for a larger & more deluxe room.It was clean. The breakfast was OK. Waffle maker the 1st day was not working very good, bread for toast was dry. Bananas were brown, not attractive! A great location.

This hotel was very nice to stay in. My only complaint is that the walls were a bit dirty. Other than that, the staff was super nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, it was clean, and I liked the decor.

The associate at the front desk was amazingly helpful... , providing maps and even menus for the local restaurants which they recommend. Very helpful with information about the park and chartered services available. The room was very clean. The front lobby has amazing taxidermy and ornate woodwork and carpet. Neat hotel. If I had to criticize and nitpick, there are no HD channels which seems to be standard elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly. Having an elevator was very nice since we were travelling with disabled folks. We were able to park very close to the entrance. Didn't try the breakfast but it smelled good!

Did not have high expectations for West Yellowstone. It is not Jackson Hole. Nice accommodations, very friendly and helpful service, good bed, clean, bar in hotel, good location for the park. Only thing needed is a better restaurant.

I called the night manager to ask about the roll away bed I had requested but was told that it would be a $10 charge. The original person I spoke to at the hotel did not say anything about a fee but said she would gladly arrange a roll away bed. I also reviewed the booking information and it states that a roll away bed is included in the room price. A $10 fee is really not that bad but the unfriendly attitude of the night manager was aweful. He actually said "give me a credit card number to pay for the bed or I will go and pull it out of the room right now". I don't think any service worker with his tone belongs talking to customers. I had stayed a few nights before and had a decent room. In my second visit I was put in a very old room without nearly all the amenities the site claims. Don't be fooled by 'black out curtains' because they aren't for real at this hotel. The ergonomic chair is a joke.

We were there during off-season and were very happy with the hotel. It is just a few hundred yards from the park entrance. The included breakfast was appreciated and quite good.

Liked the hotel except for hard mattress and lack of soundproofing. Listened to people upstairs, next door and party down the hall. Otherwise, very nicely furnished, friendly, helpful staff and clean facilities.

This place is great! I HIGHLY recommend it if you are staying outside of yellowstone. The town is cute and has some fun restaurants, shops, and bars (nothing amazing). The hotel is very comfortable, people were WONDERFUL, and there is even a hot tub to relax in in the evening. :) STAY HERE if you are in West Yellowstone. You won't be disappointed

It is an old hotel so it is looking worn and our room was small. There is a beautiful lobby and a half decent Mexican restaurant. The continental breakfast offered no protein - not even a hard-boiled egg. The charge for our dog was an outrageous $25/night. Don't expect high-end dining in West Yellowstone!

great lobby and hotel location... the "historic" room was very small and the ceiling paint job slopped on to the walls down about a foot. The chose to rent out a partially repainted room - admitted by staff

This is a great local hotel with lots of atmosphere, nicely sized rooms, and comfortable beds. It is convenient to Yellowstone, shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel is a bit dated but a good value for the price. The stuffed animals in the lobby are impressive. The room/bathroom didn't have any mold or mildew but floors could have been cleaner. Upon check-in we were told many things that we couldn't do in our room (common sense) which made me wonder at the quality of the normal customer. The gentlemen supervising the continental breakfast was very friendly, fast, and helpful.

We only stayed one night, so we didn't use everything that hotel has to offer, but we were pleased. The lobby has awesome display of many animals. Breakfast is great, good selection.

Was in a very good location. Room was very overpriced for the size of the room.. barely enough room to move around in. Had we known there were so many hotels available in West Yellowstone, this definitely would not have been our choice.Probably would not stay there again. People were nice and courteous, just two small for price.

This was the end of my trip to Jackson Hole, the Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone Park area. The Snake River Lodge and Spa is conveniently located at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the spa was great, the room was very comfortable and well worth the cost. The resort costs were not expected. Having booked this hotel through Hotel.com and was charged up front for my stay, I was not expecting the $25 a day Resort Fee to be added onto my bill at check out. Since I had paid up front, I just wished this would have been included in the cost charged to me when I set up the reservation, instead of when I was concluding my vacation and checking out.

If it weren't for a noisy electrical appliance(?) adjacent the room, I would say a pleasant hotel. The particular room appears to have been divided and the end portion is used for a hotel machinery. Its continued cycling all night was more than annoying. To be fair one may not hear the noise fromother rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the hot tubs and dry sauna (missed not having a pool). Great breakfast room.

Our room was wonderful and well appointed. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I will stay here again!

Comfortable, clean, near things we wanted to do and see.
