The accommodations were in a clean hotel, very friendly staff, and nice neighborhood.

Nice place to stay but if you want to swim forget about it. The pool was to cool even for my grandkids.

Rooms are decent size and had all that you need for a short stay. Disappointed that they use paper and plastic for comp. breakfast - huge waste and would consider staying elsewhere due to the lack of responsibility by the hotel.

This property is off the beaten path just enough that you don't have any problem with freeway noise. It was very close to my business destination in a white collar business location. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was excellent.

We had a group go out for a Wine Tasting birthday event and had dinner at Russells afterwards. The hotel is only .5 miles away from Russells so it was a perfect location for us. The hotel staff was very friendly. It was a quiet location, very clean, and had spacious rooms. For the price it was an excellent stay. I would definitley recommend this place to my friends and I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely nice and they serve a pretty good breakfast. The only issue I had was that although it was relatively close to my client, there was NOTHING around the area except for other hotels and businesses. No restaurants and not even a Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. The first night I spent a lot of money on delivery for a calzone, a soda and a small dessert...I guess I should have researched the area better.

Excellent service, no problems. The only knock on the room is it's a bit too small for a king size bed. There was really no place for an open suitcase and I kept hitting my foot on the heater when out of bed. Other than that, no complaints.

We stayed there for one night. Very clean and new hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location isn't great but this is amongst the best quality for price deals around. I would go back anytime.

This hotel is hard to find, and you won't see it until you are right on top of it... so get directions or use GPS. Rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is plentiful. The sleeper couch is one of the worst I have seen in awhile. Pulling it out means blocking off half the room, and the bed itself is medieval - even a small child would find it uncomfortable. This is unacceptable for any hotel, and would only be expected in the cheapest of economy hotels. Somebody tried to cut expenses in the wrong place. I'd give it four stars if it wasn't for the sleeper couch

Wonderful hotel.

Older hotel that needs renovating badly. Toilet didn't flush, carpets worn, poor wi-fi, poor TV reception. There's no room service and the 1-800 number listed goes to a restaurant that won't deliver that far away. Don't waste your money.

Excellent location for convenience and there are some ammenities within a short drive. Don't expect to walk to any restaurants or shops, though. Very quiet area (at least during the weekends as the hotel is situated in a business park). Easy access to major highways so that you can get to things you want to see and do. Would stay there again.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this hotel. The room was clean. Pool was full of clean towels. We will be back. The hotel was too far out from Downtown Seattle as that is where we were headed.

Nice, clean room for a decent price. We will definitely stay again. The staff were courteous.

Worked for what we needed

The hotel was nice, and the staff was very helpful and friendly, but we were on vacation and this hotel appears to be located in an area where there are business offices and a residential area. We had to drive around to find a place to eat supper, which we finally found an Applebee's. It was a nice hotel, but in my opinion as a tourist, I would stay somewhere closer to attractions.

We had a very pleasant stay. Very clean and no road noise. The desk clerks were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and printed out driving directions to destinations in seattle. The breakfast was very good. I was able to get a razor at the front desk.

The SpringHill matched the reviews that I had read prior to booking our stay. We were in town (3 days) for a dear friend's wedding and this was one of the recommended hotels. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast served daily was very convenient and offered a good variety to choose from. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub. All of this along with a pleasant staff made for a nice stay.

Need a map or GPS - hotel signs are minimal at best. Bed felt like plywood, but not too bad if you sleep on top of the comforter. Nice sized suite for entertaining guests. Noise was minimal from outside, hall, and adjoining rooms on same level, but people walking in room above was very loud. Quality was in line with a Sleep Inn.

My husband and I have usually stayed with family when we go to the Seattle area, but decided to stay in a hotel this time around. Spring Hill was close to my dad's place but in a good and quiet location to just hop on the freeway and go south to visit our other family members. The breakfasts were good and the room was very nice and very clean. Cleanliness is extremely important for us. The only suggestion we have is that they put hand held shower heads in the handicap bathrooms. Otherwise, the shower/bathroom facilities were very comfortable too. We would recommend this hotel to others.

We were very comfortable. The staff was great.This hotel was close to everything we were doing that weekend. We would stay here again.

We would deffinately stay there again. The manager keeps the hotel in tip top shape. The location was quite and a good location for traveling in the area around there. The breakfast was great and I espically was surprised to have biscuts and gravy. The only time I indulge is when we are on vacation.

We have stayed at this hotel before and continue to be impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms plus we really like the non-smoking and no-pets policy so you know the halls don't smell and the rooms are smell and pet-hair free. I only rated the overall a 4 because we had pre-registered three people, and needed a king bed and the sofa bed for our grandson. However, the sofa bed was not made up and we had to locate the bedding and make it up ourselves after a late night arrival. Also, the fan (very noisey) was on and wouldn't shut off. The front desk was very pleasant and said she could move us to a different room because no maintenance staff was on site. At the complimentary breakfast, there was no staff available to empty the garbage nor to wipe off the tables until an hour after it had opened. Then the breakfast staff was emptying supply boxes and not assisting guests or cleaning tables, etc. The last negative, and it shouldn't deter anyone from the hotel, is that there was only one waffle maker for use in the breakfast area. Go early and you miss the 15-minute line to use it. However, there is a great selection of other foods, including hot eggs and sausages, and plenty of pastries, if you are in a hurry. We love the quiet and clean rooms and will continue to use this hotel and recommend it to friends.

After working a 12 hour day, my husband and I returned to our room to find that housekeeping had never been to our room. I called the fromt desk, and they were busy, but did bring up some towels when they had time. I was very annoyed when it was expalined to me that I must have left the "Do Not Disturb" flag on the door. I absolutely did not and had left the hotel at 9:30am and returened at 8:30Pm. It was expained to me AGAIN that the housekeeping checked all the rooms before they left at 1:30 so I must have left the sign out. So, no new coffee, clean sheets, glasses etc...and it seems to be my fault! Maybe at a much lower price point I would have accepted that easier, but this was unacceptable. I will never stay there again.

Room was spacious and clean, but sofa bed was not very comfortable. Also not enough bed cover - a little cold. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and tidy. But maybe because it was winter, the kids liked to go swimming but the pool was so cold that they couldn't enjoy the swim. We have been to this hotel many times because it can cater my family of five, which a lot of hotels do not. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

My sister and I went down to Bothell, Washington to meet up with a friend for a day as well as to do some Christmas Shopping. We were so pleased with the front desk, Rachell. She was so helpful about finding us a good restaurant to dine in with a mapquest directions. The Suite was fabulous, the hot tub was clean and the pool was very well cared and maintained. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The breakfast buffet had sausages, waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, breads and bagels.. everything you would want for a healthy breakfast. We will definitely book there again!

The room is clean but the dining room for breakfast is too small. You have to wait for the other guest to leave the dining area so you can seat and have breakfast.

Everything was exceptional, except the pool was very cold. We were very disappointed as we had booked specifically so we can swim because of health reasons. Will try again though, as we loved it there.

Although the beds leave a little to be desired, the staff at this hotel were lovely and very friendly. It is a bit off the beaten path, but very close to the UW Bothell campus, which is what we were looking for! The rooms were quite large with 2 televisions, a desk and a couch. Parking is no problem and you are a very short drive from the Alderwood mall, downtown Bothell and the UW campus. Pack and Go's with bedding are available along with snacks and coffee! For the money, this hotel can't be beat!

The first look at the hotel was good so was the room. But when we went to bed it was a complete disaster...... the matress was sooooo hard that remainds you sleeping on hard rocks........that was the only and big disappointment we had. All in all was OK..

A great value. this hotel is a little hard to find, as it is in a high- tech campus area, but well worth locating. Very freindly staff. the room was large and clean. Breakfast is sparse, but sufficient. Would stay here again.

Had a good stay. Like the separate bedroom-sitting area. Great breakfast. Not much in IMMEDIATE area, but quiet and reasonably convenient.

Our first time to stay at a SpringHill Suites. It was very convenient to Woodinville for wine tasting. They recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner and another in the quaint downtown area of Bothell. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful.
