Pretty soulless - but if you have to stay near the airport this is fine.

The bed was lovely and comfortable and the linen nice and crisp and fresh. Disappointed that there was no fridge or safe. All 4 star hotels should have these as standard. Staff friendly and helpful.

We had an early flight to catch, so we booked the Hilton airport hotel out of convenience. We were warmly welcomed at reception and our room was very much like other Hiltons--clean, decent sized, tea/coffee, water, bathroom amenities, etc. We worked out at the hotel gym in the evening. The gym was very nice with multiple weight lifting and aerobic machines, along with many free weights and mats for stretching. The pool was a nice size for anyone wanting to swim laps. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was a bit pricey, but that is to be expected at a hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, though. Service from reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, and gym staff was all excellent. Would recommend to others who need to stay near the airport.

The rooms are very comfortable but they are a bit old fashioned and could do with an update.

The room was terrible. Very small "double" bed. Couch in room was frayed on both arm rests. Large gaps between pannelling in bathroom. Terrible condition!

Ideal overnight stop right next to the airport

Having landed at the airport at 23.55, this was an ideal location for a late-night stopover. Despite only being a stone's throw from the airport, the room was amazingly quiet; the cooked breakfast the next morning was wonderfully unhealthy, but tasty! My only negative was the very large crack in the bathroom sink which really needs to be replaced.

It was nice but very noisy also housekeeping banging on door around 8am on a Sunday morning alot of banging around from then to .. Little disappointed after paying a fair bit on the room

Very friendly and welcoming hotel ideally located for arrivals or departures at the airport. We stayed there prior after a late flight into the city before a visit and we thoroughly enjoyed a very comfortable double room, along with all the facilities you would expect. Great restaurant and bar service as well. Recommended!

Our room was dated, cheaply put together and simply uncomfortable. The bed stands had patches of vinyl mising (you could see cork), bathroom was dated and basic. Vending machines on all floors were "temporarily out of service" which made me use the expensive onsits bar. No free in-room wifi (GBP 14.99) which I thought was tight for a GBP 140 room. On the plus side, the restaurant was decent and the pool facility was excellent- as were the staff. Overall, its a non-descript roadside hotel at Hilton prices.

I stayed here for one night before flying from nearby Edinburgh airport, which is only a short walk from the hotel. The room was big and clean with great complimentary toiletries. Despite being so close to the terminal there was no noise from planes so I did get a good nights rest. I had an early flight so missed breakfast but was offered a mini take-away breakfast (pastry, fruit etc) which was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the terminal building (with almost half of the walk protected by covered walkways) so really handy for catching flights, there is also a shuttle available. The staff were very friendly and helpful, my room was clean and comfortable and there was a good selection available at the breakfast buffet.

Near the Airport, but has a bus running every 10 minutes 24 hours a day right out front into the city if need, saves going all the way into the city, good, really upmarket hotel, good value. Good internet in the foyer.

stayed many times this hotel and never disappoints

This Hilton has only 2 floors, which gives it a cosy and homey feeling. Service in restaurant and at reception was superb and the room was spacious and comfortable. What a gem of a hotel and one I will stay at again on my way out of Edinburgh.

Have used this hotel a few times now. It was very good as an overnight stop for taking an early morning flight. If you have time the Airport Bus stops right outside so a quick trip into Edinbrugh is possible as well. Could have done without the noise from the plumbing system in the middle of the night. The complimentary drinks and breakfast vouchers was an added plus. Food was good in the restaurant. The restaurant and bar are situated not far from the main doors. They need to do something to stop the cold air coming in as this does mean that the restaurant and bar temperature is quite cool. Or the do something with the heating system. The couple of blow heaters they had did not make much of an impact on the temperature

The best choice next to Edinburgh Airport

ok for airport related events, covenient with ther shuttle to and from airport, safe even for lone travellers, breakfast buffet ok, friendly staff

yWE stayed on our way out on holiday and again on our return/.We were very pleased with the quiciteooking in time and the polite receptionist. On our return it was the same. The breakfast was excellent, beautifully set out. All the staff we came in contact were very friendly and efficient. We certainly would be happt to stay on future trips,

for the short period of time i was there i didnt encounter any problems. the only concern would be the very steep prices for alcohol.

Good airport hotel with excellent pool. Can easily walk over to the airport. Also bus stop on doorstep.

Staff were friendliest out of any hotel we have stayed in compared to Worldwide hotels! Room upgraded as husbands 40th birthday, hand written birthday card from staff, complimentary drinks vouchers, complimentary shots and birthday dessert too-completely unexpected, but greatly appreciated! Bus links to Hotel from Edinburgh centre were fantastic, not worth hiring a car! Staff very helpful with local information and stored our luggage so we could enjoy the sights before our flight home! Food in restaurant was delicious and piping hot, (breakfast and evening meal). All staff deserve a pat on the back for friendliness and helpfulness! Will definitely return!

Great place to stay, clean and cosy rooms, with all amenties available, pity the maintenance team did not check more often the basics. Bath and shower functioned at the same time and TV very slow and had mind of its own when selecting channels or text. Incredible breakfast buffet, dare I say, TOO much. Bus stop ideal for bus transfer to City Centre. Certainly will use again.

decent food, but expensive

Very comfortable nice pool, steam, sauna, food excellent.

Not impressed at all with the attitude of staff.I had booked a twin room as i was travelling with my sister,we arrived late at night and were allocated a double room.Went back to reception to complian and was told it was the only room available.I explained that i had reserved a twin room and this was paid for up front but he wasnt interested. I ended up sleeping on a chair.

Could not fault anything.

I have stayed at the Hilton Edinburgh Airport many times- This time I had an evening meal which was excellent. Service was first class. Really looking forward to m next stopover. Brilliant for access to the airport.

surrounding neighbourhood non existent which is expected being 3 mins from the airport terminal. a great pool and sauna etc at the hotel so relax and wait for your flight

This hotel needs an overhaul.Decor and surroundings were dull and tired.My room had some kind of a sewage problem and smelt of urine !I wouldn't hurry to stay in this hotel again.On a positive side the breakfast was excellent

Great food, comfortable bed and quiet rooms. Pool was great with the saunas. Service absolutely excellent.
