The Royal Park Hotel - לונדון

The hotel was lovely- small, well-kept and charming. We enjoyed tea in the lounge and free champagne in the evenings. The location was fantastic. The one complaint I have is that we didn't receive the wake-up call we'd requested but luckily I'd set my alarm anyway. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Awesome location and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We arrived early and they welcomed us warmly with a cup of hot cappuccino. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well equipped except TV ridiculously small. In first night was no hot water. The continental breakfast was good. Internet was fast and with quality. Staff was very nice and professional. Most Recommended

Within easy walking distance (even with luggage) from Paddington Station, so no need for a taxi if you take the Heathrow Express from the airport. Friendly staff checked us in before the appointed time, offered coffee or tea, umbrellas and maps and stored our luggage after checkout the next day. Our garden-level, standard double room was lovely, comfortable and well-appointed with lots of luxuries -- heated towel rack, massage shower head etc. I'd love to return and would strongly recommend.

Wonderful hotel in a great location and fabulous staff. Breakfast was delicious (and can be brought to your room for no extra charge), the room was very nice, spacious for Europe with a big bathroom and even a closet with drawer space. Very nicely appointed -- not an "old, run-down" place like so many in Europe, but very quaint and cozy. No hidden charges or surprises, except how nice it was for the great price I got!!

Great hotel in convenient location close to the Tube and Paddington Express. Very attentive staff.

Staff were very efficient & pleasant too. Location in terms of underground station was a plus. A relaxing lounge area with open fire was great coming in from the cold of London over the past week.

I stayed at the Royal Park Hotel for just 1 night on my way north for business, after the long haul flight from Australia. Arrived exhausted and in need of rest.I was greeted with a friendly smile, efficient service and a lovely room. The shower was strong and hot, the room tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely drawing room with fireplace was used after a brisk walk in Kensington Gardens (just down the road) on a VERY cold morning.Would definitely stay again.

Loved this hotel.. would love if this room was apart of my house.. after spending the last few months backpacking around the world.. this hotel was a very welcomed change to the 3 stars rated 4 that we had been staying in!

This four star provided warm and and excellent service. It is within walking distance of Paddington, which is great if you get in late or have an early flight. We'll definitely be back.

My partner and I only stayed for one night as a Valentines treat.... And what a treat it was! The hotel was stunning, staff lovely, the location perfect and the room was awesome.... I really can't say enough good things about this hotel and it is now our favourite London escape. We cant wait to go back!

Good bed, pretty room and helpful staff. In room wifi free which is great, but it would be nice if signal was just a little stronger

Lovely room and staff helpful and friendly. Really impressed. Only let down was the breakfast, over priced for some cold toast, burnt croissants with tea and coffee. But can't have everything

I'll be sure to go back. That's the best thing I can say about any hotel.

Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and great with our 4 yr old daughter who stayed there as well. My only negative is that I would of liked tea/ coffee making facilities in our room. Otherwise had a lovely stay

Be careful with breakfast. We were specifically told it was included then the next day the same person said it was not.

Hotel was in a nice, quiet location, walking distance from Paddington station. Although the staff was friendly, some were not familiar with the hotel policy regarding complimentary drinks, therefore, missed out on that. At breakfast they were understaffed and seemed as if one person was doing everything: cook, serve, clean, etc. We waited over an hour to have breakfast. Rooms are very small. Difficult for two adults to move in a room with a double bed. Overall, I felt this hotel is overpriced for what you get.

I arrived at the Royal Park hotel but unfortuantely could not stay in the room I had booked due to some technical difficulites (a burst pipe I think). After a very long and tiring day it was not the best news to hear that they didn't have any space for me but the Manager was very helpful and had organised a solution already. He had booked me into another (more expensive) hotel 2 minutes walk away and allowed me to keep my car in their car park. He also offered an umbrella and someone to help with the luggage to the new hotel. I had nothing extra to pay and everything was sorted for me. Although it was a bad situation the service was really great and has made me keen to book this hotel again.

Stayed in multiple hotels because I like variety, LOVEm the size of my room and the showers A-amazing. Love love love highly recommend

I love this hotel, they get it. They offer great service, all the staff are very friendly and it is a very relaxing place to stay. The rooms are all excellent and it all feels very personal, and now I have let everyone else know a great place to stay in London.

The Royal Park Hotel is a beautiful hotel located just a couple blocks from the tube station Lancaster Gate and the Paddington Station which makes it extremely convenient to get to from the Airport taking the Heathrow Express for 19 GBP. We stayed for 2 nights and we were given room 606 which is on the main floor. The reception staff was very warm and welcoming. Our biggest issue was with the room itself. You could hear everything that was going on. From people walking in the room above us, to our neighbors packing in the early morning getting ready to check out. Another issue we had was that we were awoken by what sounded like a very loud pipe rattling near the bed. Also the AC was broken and when we informed the hotel staff they said they already knew about it but did nothing. Overall I would recommend this hotel as long as you get a good room.

Very conveniently situated near to Paddington Station and underground lines and bus routes. Great location for getting around London. Hotel in quiet area; staff friendly and unobtrusive. I rate this hotel 4.5 out of 5.

My stay was amazing. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Room service request were answered very quickly. I had a problem with the iron in the room and the manager bought me a brand new top! Identical and I must say it was from an expensive store in Notting Hill. My air-conditioning in the room was broken and I had a portable one in the room. This could have been a disturbance but the friendless of the hotel and the efficiency of service overcame any issue I could have had with it. The hotel is very clear, great food and very good location and good linen too. I would definitely stay there again!

Very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The courtyard that allows for breakfast is great! While I prefer the SoHo area of London, I was very pleased with this location. Walking distance from both Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

Nice service, well managed. Super easy to get to hotel from Heathrow…take H. Express to Paddington Station…3 short blocks to hotel. Nice pubs, tube stations, and Hyde Park all nearby. Attractive decor.

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but inside the rooms are cramped and airless. The location near Paddington makes it convenient for access to Heathrow, but otherwise not the most exciting neighborhood. Our air conditioning was broken while we were there, as was the toilet. They brought us a fan but, as for the toilet? A shrug. Wouldn't stay here again.

Our party of five (2 elderly folks, 2 adults and 1 toddler) arrived at the hotel at 8am in the morning after touching down in London. (Btw, kudoes to the British Border agency. We had expected long queues at immigration but all counters were fully manned and we cleared immigration in less than 5 mins instead of 5 hours as reported in the media.). Tired after a 13 hr flight, we were pleasantly surprised that our rooms were already waiting for us and thus able to rest our bodies before enjoying london sights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located within 10 mins of walking to Paddington Station and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. There is also a convenience store located near the hotel. Initially, they had given our 2 rooms on separate floors. Upon our request, they changed the rooms so that our rooms are next to each other. However, the hotel has no lift so you would have to engage the porter to help you with your luggage if you are allocated a room above ground floor. Excellent and friendly staff all day and night. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Thought it a little small but seems to be the way for european hotels. Great location near Paddington station and Hyde park. Overall pretty good value. Would stay again.

This was a very charming place. Staff was so friendly and welcoming! The lobby was outstanding and a great place to hang out and read after a long day. Rooms were a good size and bathroom was very roomy. Lots of hot water and heated towels. Would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to two main tube stops.

A good hotel in a very convenient location, a quick drag of a suitcase from Paddington. The hotel is well appointed. Had a 'garden' room, but this turned out to be in the basement and there was a fence thing outside the window so you couldn't actually see the garden. I think at the price a room with a view would have been better - some sort of discount for the 'garden' room would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Was never back in time for cocktails at 7, but others said they were good. A leisurely stroll to Hyde Park (just across the road) and an easy tube ride to pretty much everywhere from Paddington.

As beautiful as a set from a period movie, the Royal Park will appeal to those wanting a truly British experience. Service is polite and thorough, with little extra touches that make the experience special. For the business traveler, rooms have solid, fast and free wi-fi as well as comfortable desks. Those looking for vast, spacious rooms should look elsewhere - the rooms here may be tight for some. All in all, this hotel would be a fine choice for most visitors and is extremely convenient to Paddington and local sights. Don't miss this one.

The hotel staff was about as perfect as you could expect. The room was nice and well-kept. Our room was on a quiet side of the hotel. No view but plenty of peace and quiet. The room had plenty of space for 3 adults. The location is perfect: close to Paddington for trains, Heathrow access, and Underground. Plus there were plenty of quick food places nearby for a snack at the start or end of the day. Plus the hotel is a few minutes walk from Hyde Park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time in London for leisure.
