Holiday Inn Express Chelsea - צ'לסי

The room was clean and comfortable. The employee working the desk was polite and professional. A standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, many cereal and bagel selections. The hotel is surrounded by a couple fast food restaurants and is really close to I-94. I would stay at this location again!

Clean through and through. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Quiet location right off interstate. Fast food nearby. On the edge of a small town. Relatively new or renovated. Nice pool and exercise room. Dining room used for business meetings or you can use the spacious business area.

Everything was great except that the bathroom could have used a little Tilex to clean the grout around the bathtub and a cleaning cloth around the top of the vanity next to the wall. All the workers went out of their way to be accommodating. Would go back there again

The dilapidated wheel on the cart disintigrated on the way in, spilling the contents, which ruined one of my bags. They didn't have coffee packets for in the rooms. There was a nice guy who made me coffee earlier than the breakfast room coffee started because of that. The next day they still had no packets for in the room. That was a drag, as I wanted to make my own (a little stronger) in the room. The worst thing, though, was leaving the day-old coffee out there for unsuspecting consumers. icky.

personel friendly....hotel very noisy at night.

Over the course of 8 hours there was nothing being done to "dry" the pool deck and open the pool. Staff just kept saying we should check back. Did not seem to care that we wanted to use the pool. Seems they allowed nature to evaporate the water. Public areas of hotel spotless, and room overall in good condition. Bathroom had many mold stains -- I've been in better Holiday Inn Express hotels - but overall it was fine.

Everything about hotel was fine EXCEPT quality of the mattresss and pillows, which were very poor. Since a night's sleep is my most important objective, I will not stay here again.

Construction in the areaa made it difficult to gain access to the hotel. It also needed to have a connected restaurant and lounge for the evening hours. The hotel itself was very nice and it was very clean and comfortable.

Comfortable with friendly staff. More info concerning local area would have been useful.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay in Chelsea, MI at the Holiday Inn Express. My only complaint was that the room did not have a fridge. I was under the impression that the room would have one and when we got there, there was not one in our room. When I asked the front desk they said that they would have one in there by the end of the night. We never received one, even after reminding them at least two times. Other than that the room was clean, all the staff was very nice and helpful with directions. The pool area was very small, but clean and the comp breakfast was the best I had ever had.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. I was in town for a family reunion - and they made a special effort to accommodate a small gathering and made everyone feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice Hotel stay. The "hot" breakfast buffet was very enjoyable. And the Hotel staff was definately very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this Hotel.

This hotel was hidden back off the main road. And with the exception of noisy neighbors and inconsiderate guests in the lobby the stay was rather pleasant. Come lady, you don't need to be on your cell phone having a personal conversation at the front desk. The clerk didn't need to hear it and neither did I.

Close enough to Ann Arbor when the hotels are full from U of M games or events. Staff is friendly, close to town. Cleary's Pub a great place to eat. The only thing I disliked is they always have feather pillows and I think they can be quite uncomfortable. The breakfast is wonderful and a great selection to choose from. I recommend staying at this location the staff is friendly and courteous! I would like to have had a hot tub the pool was full of kids no room for the adults so we went for a walk instead.
