Best Western Wilsonville Inn & Suites - ווילסונוויל

rooms were great, staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was good, but staff got behind keeping up the food quantity. Loved the location. Wilsonville is a great little community.

The price went up and is now at the very top end of the value I would assign to this one. Should be mid $60's, imo.

Hotel was nice, the beds comfortable and it was remarkably quiet for being next to the freeway. I would stay there again.

Always clean comfortable and a fantastic breakfast to boot! The staff is always ready to go the extra mile to accommodate their guest. Close to Portland and Bullwinkles Family Fun center makes this my favorite motel! I have stayed many times, Tammy at the front desk is fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay!

the room was great! tried to get pop from the vending machine on the 4th floor and the machine took my money....then had to go the front desk and get my money back. tried the vending machines in the lobby and same thing. the breakfast In the morning was good. I would.stayagain!

Our bed was broken. They upgraded us to a new room. It was a non smoking room that had been smoked in and the remote to the TV was in a 'disinfected' box to show it was cleaned and had chewing gum stuck to it.

Overall good friendly service. Good value for the money compared to other properties on this trip.

The staff were all helpful & friendly, the room was large & clean. My only complaint is that the light in the bathroom is connected to the fan which is LOUD. it really dates the hotel. Otherwise a good place with good rates.

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple trips to Portland. The hotel is always quiet, clean and the breakfast is Fantastic! It is also just a few miles from Bullwinkles Family Fun Center so it makes the frequent trips to Portland enjoyable. The pool and hot tub are always clean and the service is the best. It is also very close to the VA hospital and other major hospitals in the area. Definately my favorite hotel in the Portland area

I stayed at this location under a previous franchise. It's about what you would expect in terms of quality, bolstered by the large room size, which includes a small bar/counter, microwave and a couch, in addition to the bed. It was quiet, it was clean, and easy to find. The neighborhoods a little odd, though there is a nice eating place in walking distance. The included breakfast isn't anything to write home about...it used to be better, but if you are looking for an affordable, safe, and clean place to stay, you could do a lot worse.

Hotel was comfortable, everything you need is just down the road, making it convenient.

Under new ownership. Many improvements in rooms. All employee's friendly and willing to provide assistance. Our room had a mechanical problem with a/c system. Front desk handled our request for a new room without any hesitation.

Made a quick trip to Canby. Wilsonville was nearby and convenient. The room was large with sofa, table, desk and 2 queens. 2 sinks wtth granite counters and separate from bath/shower. Nice decor. Free parking. Decent hot breakfast. I could not have asked for more. Very comfortable, but too close to freeway to sleep with any windows open. Air/fan worked fine. Would definitely stay again.

Only there for one night. Wasn't aware they have a new owner - Best Western. Quality improved although our room a/c was marginal. Would still recommend to others as very clean accomodations. Convenient to I-5.

my friend complain phone not worked, another room need to change light bulb, and my room washroom light not work properly,

While the room was spacious, even on the 3rd floor it was noisy and the air conditioning was weak. The Breakfast was so poor that after the first morning, we drove to a nearby Starbucks and cafe instead. The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful, but they had little control to change/fix anything.

Maybe it was just the bad timing but our stay was pretty much not good. When we first arrived we got totally unpacked and then discovered one of our beds was broken. We had to move to another room. There was construction going on in the swimming pool so we weren't able to use it. (nobody ever warned us of that fact). One day after a game we came back to take a nap before the next game and the maintainence crew woke us 3 times to come into the room to change out lamps, change the some furniture and coffee pot. It seems there should have been a better plan. Maybe do all work on a few rooms at a time rather than inconvenience that entire hotel at sporadic times. My 100 lb daughter dove onto the bed and the corner broke just like the bed that was broken in our first room. Not a very good experience there. I don't think we will be going back to that hotel for the tournament next year. I also heard one workers of the hotel quit right in the middle of the lobby when there were lots of people around. Crazy stay!

It would have been nice knowing before we booked our stay that the hotel was under renovation and the swimming pool was out of order and gym. Very disapointing!

This was for a group/team traveling to the Fast Pitch Nationals, which is an annual event. Hotel is in a great location & if it wasn't for the renovations taking place - closed pool, soft goods being changed out, branding being changed - the experience would have been better. No communication from either the hotel or the booking system to inform us that the pool would be closed & people would be going into our room to change out things - as well as other renovations in order to change it to a Best Western. Some of our group went to a different hotel. In the end we also had problems with the A/C going out.

The hotel has recently been renovated. My room was nice and quite comfortable. It did smell strongly of new paint and carpet. I am sure this will pass over time.

When I arrived at the hotel after my flight (1am) I found that they had overbooked. However, Ron at the front desk was very curteous and went out of his way to help me and secure a room and over-ride what the computer was telling him. The next morning however was a different story. I informed the front desk that I had to change rooms and they seem increasingly annoyed. My reservation was for a double queen and they gave me a large king. This would not work as others would be arriving later. When I finally got to the appropriate room, it reeked of smoke. When I asked about the smoke, they said no rooms were smoking. However, after asking others, they confirmed it definitely smelled like stale smoke and was likely a smoking room in the past. The first couple days the desk service was very rude and wouldn't even get out of their chair from the other room to address my questions. Needless to say, I was furious with the quality and service. However, the staff later in the week redeemed my thoughts of this hotel and were very accommodating and courteous. The house keeping staff was also extremely nice. The location is convenient (close to Portland and nice middle point between Mt. Hood and Pacific Ocean). I was told it would be converted to a Best Western soon and I hope that the good staff stays and the rest step up their game as it would then be a nice place to stay. The restaurant/bar across the street has the best pizza you will ever eat!

Excellent hotel.

No complaints about the room and facility. Staff are not friendly though.

It was great close to freeway and rooms where outstanding bed was a dream to rest in after driving for 11 hrs straight . This is a place I will stay at again and highly recommend to others

love the spacious room with a king bed and a queen bed for 2 adults and 2 kids. like the indoor pool and hot tub. Had a few hot breakfast food items like ??salted oatmeal in a pot, scrambled egg (tho it became cold), waffles from waffle maker...etc. The air in the room (or air at Woodburn where we shopped) seemed to have caused some allergy to me and my two kids, and the front desk person was gone at times needed to wait for him to come back. Otherwise it's all very good. For the amount of money we paid, what we got was excellent. Will definitely come back next time we're in this area.

Hotel is making a lot of improvements which is good, however it really limited the parking and made for a very untidy hotel overall. My room had already been re-done and the improvements were very good. Large LCD TV, nice beds etc. Pool and Gym were tiny and not much use. Free breakfast was decent, more choices than most. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants.

I would have liked to stay in the hotel we originally booked. The room smelled so bad we had to spray purfume and open the windows and turn on the airconditioner. The bathroom smelled like urine. It was not clean at all.

This hotel is very conveniently located. There was some maintenance being done while we were there so it is a good sign that they take care of their facility. It is really hard to get a better hotel for the price. We enjoyed their hot tub and complimentary breakfast. Our only real complaints were regarding the horrible pillows on the bed. Everything else was acceptable and great for the price.

I would add an extra star if the bed was a better quality. The bed is as bad as it gets for lack of comfort.

Perfect for the traveler

We try to book hotels with pools so the kids have something fun to do at the end of the day. We walked in to the pool area and were taken aback by the way the whole room smelled like a urinal. Not only did the room smell awful but there were towels strewn about the floor in several places. But the worst was that you could NOT see the bottom of the pool. The water was not clear but rather cloudy. There were a couple kids playing in the pool and some adults in the hot tub. I went to the front desk and mentioned the condition of the pool and the response was, "Well, it has been busy in there tonight." Needless to say, we did NOT use the pool. ***** The next morning my husband and children went down for some breakfast and found the pastries to be stale. I went down a short time later and there was no syrup for the waffle, no pastries and very little cereal. I saw the employee walk by and mentioned it to her and she said that the breakfast was actually closed. This was only 9:30 am on a Sunday, there were no hours posted. I went to the front desk and back to the room and could find nothing stating the hours of the breakfast. Nobody mentioned it to us upon check in either. Will never stay here again. ***** The location was convenient so if you don't intend to swim or eat, I suppose you would find this to be a good deal.

The stay was wonderful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a bar across the street however, and the music was really loud. We could hear it in our room when we were trying to put our kids to sleep.
