The hotel staff was pleasant, very polite and accomodating. Hotel was very clean, as well as the room, and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Surround by trees and business offices. Not too far away from malls & the city areas. Classy, respectful, & accommodating.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property while visiting my sister. The hotel is well-maintained and has the amenities of a full service Marriott or Hilton.

They have withheld $110 on my cc that they have not refunded yet.

The location of this hotel is just outside of Boston so you don't have to fight with things like traffic or worrying about your car getting broken into. It is located off of Route 3 which is a major road leading into Boston making it easy to get into and out of town. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The rooms have a mini fridge in them which is a huge plus and the rooms are very quite (something that I am not used to while staying at a hotel). The Only 2 Cons I have are that the pool is only 4 1/2 feet deep at its deepest, making it difficult if you want to do a little swimming and are tall. The other thing (and this is my own fault for not noticing before reserving) It does not have a hot tub/spa/jacuzzi for relaxing in. These Cons in no way reflect the rest of the hotel though. I give this hotel a 5/5 must stay.

Room was fine. Bathroom light burnt out while we were there, so no light at vanity mirror. Breakfast not included.

We visit this area frequently and this is our first choice to stay, if available. Timing is critical, it tends to get booked quickly and pricing fluctuates a lot.

Great hotel , only issue was toliet ran all night and was loud.. Front desk personal were very friendly

Staff was polite during my brief interaction. Room service was good. Everything was clean. Was only there one night and didnt really make use of the menities so I can't rate the pool etc... But I would stay there again. No complaints.

2nd floor room had a noisy HVAC fans running outside window. Room HVAC too hot or too cold. Noisy folks in hallway at 2am. Not enough coffee in the morning - either decaf or regular was always empty. Hotel staff seemed put out when registering or leaving.

Room was very clean and comfortable and access to/from the expressway was easy. We were in the area to visit Lexington and Concord and although this hotel wasn't extremely close to those sites it was convenient enough. I would certainly recommend this hotel if its location fits your needs.

It was a very nice room, some minor flaws with the bathroom grout and caulk... but that might just be me looking too far into it. Staff recommendation for dinner was fantastic, and close. Overall a really good stay

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were quite impressed at how friendly and accommodating the staff was here, even at 2a.m. When we checked in after a looong drive from Pa. we had to wait for a hotel employee to check our room. The woman at the desk apologized for the wait which really wasn't much of a wait at all, and offered us a drink and a snack on the house from the snack area. Our room was very clean and well maintained. Everything in the room was new and modern and the place smelled like fresh linen. The only problem I had was that my side of the mattress had a pocket and was lumpy. All in all this hotel is well worth the reasonable rate you will pay. If we're ever in that part of Mass. again this will be the first place I look for availability. 4.5 outta' 5 stars!

Everything was pretty much super! I would have appreciated a breakfast roll or bagel and coffee....

Great hotel. Clean rooms. Nice breakfast area. A little tricky to find at night. Easy trip into Boston.

Wonderful new hotel. Very comfortable bed. Can't believe the price.

The staff was polite, the hotel was clean and quiet. The swimming pool was very nice.

Excellent staff and very clean facility. Would stay there again. The location is hard to find on the GPS but it is very accessible to the highways. Really liked the pool and the food at the restaurant...

We arrived to a friendly greeting by the Front Desk Staff. Our rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We had a problem with one of the toilets running, made a call to the Front Desk and immediately had a member of the maintenance staff at our door. He was very friendly, gave us information and opinions about local restaurants and tips on finding our way around Boston / Fenway Park. I would highly recommend this hotel for any event. 5 stars!

When we did are booking in this hotel, they have a option - smoking and we chosse it. Unfortunately, all mariott are now non smoking. Except that, nice trip.

Stayed here before, never had a problem. This trip the toilet was stained and pretty gross. No other issues or comments.

I was there less than 24 hours, but everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. Front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service - all friendly and welcoming. Excellent staff.

Very friendly staff excellent

GPS doesn't take you to the door. The hotel is buried in a business park and was hard to find. Everything else was good.

The signage was extremly poor. A number of people at my conference had difficulty finding the hotel. Although my GPS indicated that i had arrived, I saw only trees. I had to turn 180 degrees to see a small semi-hidden sign.
