מיקום טוב ומרכזי עם צוות מסייע ונעים, אינטרנט ללא תשלום, איחסנו עבורנו את המזוודות ביום שעזבנו, ערוץ חדשות באנגלית, סביבה נעימה. לא יומרני אבל מאוד נקי ומזמין - שהות נעימה ומהנה.

מיקום מצוין כשפירנצה על סף דלתך. ממליצה על המלון הזה בחום גם עבור ביקור בעיר עצמה וגם כבסיס לביקורים נוספים סביב טוסקנה, למשל פיזה מאחר שתחנת הרכבת שמשרתת את האזור היא במרחק כמה דקות הליכה עם שירות רכבות טוב.

נשארנו כאן ארבע לילות. מיקום, מיקום, מיקום. החדרים מאוד שקטים על אף שהמלון נמצא ברחוב מטויל מאד. חדר ארוחת הבקר מעט קטן אבל סביר. ה Wi-Fi בחדר מקוטע. ממילא מוטב לטייל בחוץ ולא להישאר בחדר.

נחמד מאד, שלא כמו מלונות ארופיים אחרים. החדר שלנו, המיועד לשלושה, לא היה צפוף והמיטה השלישית הוצבה באזור נפרד עם טלוויזיה משלה. החדר היה כמו סוויטה קטנה. ארוחת הבקר הייתה טובה. המלון קרוב מאוד לduomo ולאזורי קניות.

נחמד, נקי וקל למצוא. החניה הייתה קרובה (תחנת הרכבת) רק 500 מטר מהמלון. שהייה נהדרת, זה יהיה המלון שלי בפירנצה.

המלון הזה מאוד נחמד! נקי, נוח, במחיר סביר. ארוחת הבוקר נהדרת עם הרבה אפשרויות. המיקום מושלם!

המלון נמצא בקרבת מרכזי התיירות החשובים ודי הרבה מסעדות טובות. הבעיה היחידה הייתה הרשת האלחוטית שלא עבדה באופן תקין. 'אנחנו לא טכנאים', הייתה תגובת דלפק הקבלה כשפנינו אליהם...חדר נעים ומיקום נוח לו רק הקבלה הייתה יודעת לפתור את תקלות הרשת.

המלון במיקום הכי טוב ל-Dumo ולמסעדות. בר היין בערב במרפסת הגג שלהם היה נהדר וארוחת הבוקר שהיתה כלולה במחיר גם הייתה נרחבת ובמרפסת. מיקום מצויין להליכה לכל מקום.

צוות מאוד ידידותי ומועיל, מחיר ומיקום מצויינים. מאוד מרוצה. תודה לכם, שהינו פעמיים בשבוע אחד. החלטנו לבחור במלון Best Western לכל אורך ה"חופשה האירופאית" שלנו. נשוב למלון הזה בשנה הבאה.

מלון Laurus נמצא במיקום מעולה. הבעיות הבודדות שהיו לי הן שהמיטה הייתה מאוד קשה והמזרן היה גושי, אז היה לי קשה לנוח. הצוות נחמד, ארוחת הבוקר טובה והחדר היה יותר נוח מהמיטה!

Simply fantastic deal. The hotel is conveniently located halfway between the railway station and the Duomo, walking distance to the attractions and right on the edge of the shopping belt. The room I had was modern and comfortable.

Perfetto. This was my third stay here. Delicious breakfast with magnificent view of the Duomo from the restaurant balcony.

We were very pleased with the location and rooms. The bathrooms were great and the breakfast/restaurant balcony had a lovely view of the Duomo, which was just within walking distance. The only downside was a slightly rude set of front desk workers. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

Great hotel in a great spot. Easy walk to all of Florence's must sees. Great terrace bar and super helpful staff

Great location right near the Duomo. Room was fairly clean, nothing fancy but ok (kind of more dorm-like than a hotel room). However it was tiny and the bed was really hard. Not a huge deal since you spend more time sightseeing anyway. If you want something a bit nicer will need to spend a bit more - good for the price.

This is a 4+ star hotel. A bigger bath room than expected via European standards. Great staff and service. Comfortable rooms and ammenities. Most importantly, the location is perfect. You will never be far from your room if you stay at this hotel; you will be in the center of it all!

We had a great stay at Hotel Laurus al Duomo. It is in a fabulous location in Florence, close to the train station and close to the Duomo. The hotel was very clean and the staff great. Thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful view of the dome at San Lorenzo. Very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful

The hotel was excellent and could not have been better, and the front-desk staff were very helpful. The room was a little dated for a four-star. We also had a premium room with a King and a view, so I was surprised by the hard bed. It was the least comfortable bed in a three-week vacation in Southern Europe!

Beautiful property, excellent location, and friendly staff. Beds were comfortable, rooms were well maintained and very clean. Located steps away from the Duomo. Lots of surrounding shopping, banks, and restaurants. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved the hotel. The rooms are modern and clean, the staff is friendly, and the location can't be beat. Just steps to the Duomo and all major sights accessible by foot. The train station SMN is 5 minutes away. We will definitely come back when in Firenze again.

Conveniently located, just 4 blocks from Florence train station (Firenze SM). About same distance to Uffizi Gallery and to Academia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio and to the beautiful cathedral. Safe surroundings and even a 24 hrs Mac Donnalds close by, if you need a very late or early morning snack. About hotel itself, very clean, free internet on your room, continental breakfast is actually a full breakfast. Rooms very comfortable and very clean, high quality linnens and towels. Very attentive personel. I totally recomend it!!!!

The hotel was fantastic. It was well located. The rooms were clean and modern. Staff were very helpful and gave great recommendations for dining from a maze of restaurants. All the sights were within walking distance. There was a coffee shop on the ground floor for a quick coffee before starting our day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The location is perfect. My room was large even for American standards. The decor was updated and cheerful. The bathroom was large and the tub was big and so needed after so much walking. The staff was friendly and helpful. They are very prepared for tourists and had maps and weather conditions ready without the need to ask. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff walking distance to all key sights. We had a view room facing the chuch and the street - very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the espresso machine provided morning jolt of great coffee. Only downside to the room was pillows - way too hard for our taste, but seems to be the Italian way of sleeping. If we go back to Firenze we will stay here.

The view from our room was excellent and even better with our complimentary drinks on the 6th floor terrace bar. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The chef\waiter in the terrace restaurant was extremely proud of his food and gave us samples of dishes at no extra charge - delicious and fresh. Would highly recommend this hotel and it is walking distance from the stattion. Bonuses everywhere!

Fantastic location, and very friendly staff. The hotel's wine/breakfast bar overlooks the Duomo and has a fantastic view of the city. The rooms are large, but fairly spartan. Be sure to bring your own toiletries, as those provided are particularly gross. The free breakfast is worth exactly what you pay for it, but it's hard to argue with free. Hotel lobby is nothing to look at.

An evening on the roof-top balcony/cafe capped a very nice stay at this hotel. We originally went up only for evening glass of wine before dinner, and ended up staying a couple hours to watch the sun set and listen to the bells of the Duomo. The location is an excellent compromise for walking travelers between the main train station and the central sites of Florence (all just a few blocks from the hotel). Room was clean and comfortable; a good value.

Hotel was 2 blocks from Il Duomo and convenient to restaurants, shopping etc. Staff was helpful, room was nice, included breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel and excellent location, very close to the must-see sights in Florence, Hotel staff extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Rates were about the best that we found in Florence for the quality and service received. We will go back to the Laurus al Domo and will certainly recommend it to friends.

The hotel is situated about ten minutes walk from the train station. It has good sized rooms and lovely views of a church and hills. The air- conditioning was great. The breakfast while not varied was good except for the juices. Coffee and tea and an ironing board have to be requested but are delivered quickly. The reception staff are very helpful. The breakfast balcony has Duomo views and is very pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location of this hotel was great. It was located 5-10 mins walk from the Firenze train station and another 5 minutes walk to the Duomo. Granted that Florence is not very big, the location was easily walkable to all major attractions within the area. The room was maintained well and was a decent size. My only complaint was the akward glass door on the shower that only covered half of the bath tub. At first, taking showers would often cause me to spray water out into the main bathroom but you do get used to it.

Having done a semester abroad in Florence, my cousin and I were eager to go back.The Best Western was a fantastic place to stay! It was very clean and updated and it's location was terrific. We started out each day with a great complimentary breakfast and then began a daily excursion. Because of it's location, we could come back to the hotel mid day and shower (the weather is very warm in the summer) and then go back out at night..all without the use of taxis or buses. When we go back, we will definitely stay there again! The staff was also very friendly and helpful if you needed anything. Great place!

This hotel is in a great location. Less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and 2 blocks from The Duomo. The staff are wonderful. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The guy who runs the rooftop wine bar is great. Do not miss the rooftop wine bar for drinks and appetizers. The view is wonderful. The rooms are clean. My only criticism is the comfort of the pillows. They were a bit too hard for all our liking.

Central location, easy 10 minute walk from the station, Room was very clean and service was great. Wireless internet signal very poor in our room but did work in the lounge. We would stay here again.

Excellent facilities. Walking distance to all attractions including railway station. Comfy bed. Free WFI. Breakfast can be taken indoors or outdoors on the patio

The hotel was located a block from the Duomo. It is walking distance to everything. If you get lost look up for the Duomo and it we lead you back to your hotel. We stayed on the fifth floor right below the bar. It was a little noisy early morning and afternoon we they are setting up meals. Woke us up every morning. Love the hotel otherwise.
