The Deauville Beach Resort - מיאמי ביץ'

החניה הקרובה ביותר למלון זה הינו במרחק 15 דקות הליכה. צוות המלון אמר שיש גם מעבורת ( שירות הסעות ) אבל לא ראינו אותו- וגם לא אף אחד אחר שהיה צריך לעשות את המסע עם ילדים קטנים. החניה הציבורית בחינם בין 6 אחה"צ ל-8 בבוקר - אבל אתה צריך לחזור להאכיל את המונה לפני 8 בבוקר. כמו כן לא ניתנות מגבות לבריכה אחרי 6 בערב. כך שתמהרו והשתמשו בבריכה בין 4 אחה"צ ( צ'ק אין ) ו-6 אחה"צ כשצריך להחזיר את המגבות. מיקום חוף מעולה וחדרים נחמדים, אבל צוות ממש לא מועיל.

קצת יקר בהתחשב בחדרים, אבל במיקום מצויין.

למלון יש את כל מה שצריך כדי להיות נהדר אבל הוא עדיין קצת תקוע בשנות החמישים. למרות שהוא עובר שיפוץ נראה שזה נעשה בחלקים ומאוד לאט. החדר שלנו עבר שיפוץ אבל נראה כאילו סיימו 90% מהעבודה ואז פשוט ויתרו. הפרטים הקטנים הם שהופכים מלון לנהדר וב-Duvalle לא השקיעו בפרטים הקטנים. הלובי מדהים וחדר הכושר נראה די טוב. לא יכולתי להתחבר לאינטרנט מהחדר לכל אורך השהייה. אפילו התקשרתי אבל איש התמיכה הטכנית לא היה בסביבה ולא חזר אלי על מנת לעזור. כשעזבנו נאמר לי שקל יותר להתחבר מהלובי. אבל אף פעם לא ניסיתי. הבריכה ענקית והמים חמימים אבל היא זקוקה בדחיפות לשידרוג. אהבתי את העובדה שהיא בעומק 9 feet אבל יש המון הזדמנויות מפוספסות בשטח הענק של איזור הבריכה. שוב, כמה מיליונים יכלו להפוך את איזור הבריכה למדהים. אהבתי את העובדה שזה על החוף. החוף מדהים! לידיעתכם אתם מקבלים רק 2 מיטות חוף לכל חדר. ה-DJ בבריכה היה מעולה והעובדים היו נחמדים רוב הזמן. יש בעיה גדולה עם החנייה. אין חנייה. גם אין שירות חנייה. צריך לנסוע 5 רחובות לחניון העירוני כדי לחנות וההסעה משם לוקחת הרבה זמן. אני מציע שלאחר שתארגנו את המזוודות במלון פשוט תלכו אל וממגרש החנייה. יש מספר מסעדות וחנויות קטנות שתראו בזמן ההליכה ששווה להכיר. אני חושב שבונים מגרש חנייה במקום קרוב אבל שוב, איני יודע מתי יסיימו. לארוחת הבוקר הייתי ממליץ ללכת 2 רחובות דרומה ל-NYC bagle. אתם במרחק 15 דקות נסיעה בערך מכל הכיף של South Beach. זה לא ביג דיל והגענו לשם מהר בשישי ושבת בערב. בכלליות אני חושב שהמלון מקסים והייתה לי שהייה נעימה. אשמח לראות את הבעלים משקיעים קצת כסף במקום והופכים אותו למקום עלייה לרגל. זה יכול להיות נהדר.

סך הכל, המלון לא היה כל כך רע אבל אתה משלם בשביל החוף. החדר היה נקי אבל יש צורך בחידוש כלי המיטה והמגבות. החניה בעייתית שכן החניה שלהם הייתה בתפוסה מלאה כל הזמן והייתי צריך לחנות בחניה במרחק 5 רחובות. שירות הסעות היה זמין.

אני לא יודע למה אנשים נתנו למלון הזה ביקורת רעה. בשביל מלון כל כך ישן הם עושים עבודה נהדרת בלהתחרות מול שוק הסופר-מלונות ומציעים מחיר תחרותי. הצוות היה מעולה. הבריכה הייתה בסדר. אהבתי את נוף האוקיינוס. מיקום טוב. אם אנשים רוצים יותר, שישלמו יותר. אבל בשביל מקום לישון בו במהלך ביקור ב- Miami Beach , אני ובני הדודים שלי בילינו שבוע פנטסטי. הזמינו כאן ללא חשש. לא אהסס לשוב.

כשהגענו נסענו לחניה. הסדרן החוצפן אמר לנו שהחניה מלאה ושנצטרך לחנות בחניה ציבורית במרחק 4 רחובות. אתה צריך להיות שם כל בוקר ב-8 בשביל לשלם אחרת תשלם קנס חניה של $18.00 . בחדרים אין כיסויי מיטה, רק סדינים ושמיכות שכנראה קיבלו אותם מבית מחסה. הם היו מטונפים ולא נוחים. הם היו מגעילים. בריהוט הלובי היו חרקים. בצ'ק אוט חיכינו 45 דקות למעלית בשביל לרדת מהקומה השמינית ללובי. לא ממליץ.

זה מוזר. קודם כל, אין חנייה למלון, כך אילו מכם ששוכרים מכונית הלך עליכם ואתם מופנים לחניון הציבורי של החוף. זה לא היה כל כך נורא אם לא היה צריך להכניס כסף במונה כל 8 שעות (וכן מחלקים שם דוחות וגוררים רכבים). בנוסף, צריך לזכור לשים כסף במונה עד 8 בבוקר. שנית, לוקח לצוות זמן ארוך להביא לך דברים. ביקשנו מזרון אקסטרה בשביל אורח... לקח להם יום וקצת כדי אפילו להתייחס אלינו. והדבר השלישי הוא, שהיו נמלים שזחלו דרך הניקוז, אבל היה חם והם כנראה רק חיפשו מקור לסוכר או למיים. בצד החיובי, יש להם מיקום מצויין. ממש על החוף, ובבריכה יש בר נהדר. יש מוניות שעומדות בקרבת המקום, ויש מסעדות במרחק הליכה. המרפסת שלנו הייתה מדהימה ועם נוף מדהים לאוקינוס. לסיכום, חוויה מאוד מאכזבת מבחינת השירות, אבל מיקום מעולה.

היתה הפסקת חשמל מדי בוקר והצוות לא טרח להסביר או לעזור עם המצב. החלונות היו מלוכלכים והחדר היה מסריח. אל תשהה כאן ,תציל את חייך.

הזמנתי את המלון הזה מכיוון שהתמונות נראו חביבות והמחיר התאים. כשחניתי ליד המלון במכונית שכורה עם 4 מזוודות גדולות - אף אחד לא בא לעזור לנו. ישבנו שם 5 דקות ואז ניגשנו לשוער שאמר לנו ששירות החנייה נסגר ב-18:00 ועלינו לשלם 20$ ליום כדי לחנות באיזה חניון מרוחק ואז לקחת הסעה בחזרה למלון עם כל הציוד שלנו. השוער עדיין לא עזר לנו עם המזוודות. הוא ישב והסתכל עלינו כאילו אנחנו משוגעים שאנחנו מצפים לעזרה. בכניסה למלון יש גרם מדרגות - ללא עלייה נוחה למזוודות. אז לא רק שהשוער לא עוזר, האורחים גם צריכים לסחוב את המזוודות שלהם במדרגות לפני הצ'ק-אין. אבל חכו - זו רק ההתחלה. כאשר נכנסנו למלון, היה מוזר לראות שרוב האורות היו סגורים. הגענו לחדרינו וזה מה שמצאנו: 1. סימן גדול של מגהץ ממש באמצע השטיח 2. שטיח קרוע וגרוס עם שפיצים חשופים שחברתי נתקעה בהם עם הבהן 3. אין מיים חמים!????? 4. צבע מתקלף בקירות 5. קווים של לכלוך בחדר השירותים 6. חור פעור ברצפה עם חתיכות מתכת רקובות ומספר בריחים שיוצאים ממנו (לא ברור מה זה היה). אל תשהו פה!!!!

זהו נכס ישן שנראה כאילו מחכה להריסה בשביל פיתוח מחדש. למרבה הצער היינו שם במשך חופשת האביב, ולמרות שלא היו מסיבות רציניות שיפריעו לנו,רעש האורחים שחזרו מאוחר הידהד במסדרון, כך שמנוחתנו הופרעה מדי לילה. צבע סדוק וריהוט ישן השלימו את התמונה.

Booked it 'cause my friend had booked it there already. More expensive than it showed online since there were resort fee. Though the beach is not that that, but at least it's beach, right? However, there are wired smell in the hall way.

I would NEVER stay at this hotel. Besides the view of the ocean this hotel sucked. Please don't waste your time or money.

My room was not especially clean, it was dingy. The shower head was orange, the shower leaked too. I put down towels to mop up the water. When maid service came they hung those same towels up on the rack as if I wouldn't notice they were soaking wet. They made they bed, but that was it. No trash taken out, nothing else. The lobby was somewhat elegant. The front desk staff was polite. The valets (who don't actually park who car for you, you have to do that yourself a block away) were very helpful. They were the best people I met on the staff besides the poolside/beach cocktail waitresses!

We had a great stay, no problem catching the bus #'s120, and S down Bayside, and the people were great and Friendly. Every one is looking for help getting around. My last stay in Miami was 15yrs ago, What a big Different. Congrats to Miami, keep up the good work!!

Great location in Miami Beach, direct access to the beach, nice outdoor bar beach front, nice swimming pool, beautiful sea view from the room balcony, the bed was small and not comfortable, Hotel car parking service was very expensive ($30/Day)

I used the few days before my final to relax and study at the beach. Staff was ok. One afternoon I was eating lunch in my room with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and Housekeeping knocked anyway because she "had a job to do." I just let it go because my main focus was my final. The room was comfortable, and the pool and beach were great. I was very fortunate to have beautiful weather during my stay.

I had a comfortable stay at the Deauville Hotel. I was very hesitant to stay there after reading some of the reviews on this site. Its true that there was no valet parking ,but I had no trouble walking half a block to park my car. The hotel needs remodeling but it is in clean and in good condition. The beach is nice and the ocean front view impressive. I was able to capture the most spectacular sunrises I have ever. The gym is one of the most complete gyms I have ever seen in a hotel. It looks like world gym. Their personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. They had sun tanning boots, massage services, beauty parlor, zumba classes, spinning. Its not truth that there are no restaurants nearby. The pizza place and bar next door is open 24 hrs. as well as Walgreens. If you walk few blocks you can find a super market and a good variety of restaurants: Sushi, mediterranean, Argentinian steak house, deli, etc. I believe it is of good value since most of the Hotels in Miami beach cost twice as much. You need to rent a car to move around south beach, downtown, etc. which is inexpensive

We had a fabulous time, sunday ther was live music by the pool, the beach is soo close, the room as a nice size and clean. the hotel is soo close to restaurants and walgreens. Also only a 15 minute cab to ocean drive.

I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I would rate this hotel a 0 from a scale of 0-10. The rooms walls were dirty, The bathroom was unconventional, The shower head was broken, The refrigerator was broken, the air conditioning was so out dated that it kept us up all night from its loud noise. We would even hear our neighbors air condition. As well i did not appriciate there dangerous door , every time i would open or close my room door it would slam immidetatly , this is not acceptable and can really injur anyone. they never had ice in the ice machine. The staff were not friendly. I did not appreciate all the hidden fees. I wanted to leave as soon as possible. They really need to refurnish the whole hotel, and fix there interior.

This hotel is trash... we booked here for a week in Miami and we checked out 3 Days early. The service was horrible, they didn't even have microwaves in the room, no complimentary breakfast or anything. The best part about the hotel was the view of the beach we had. Other than that, i wouldn't waste my money ever again. P.S: Everything in here is old and outdated.

I had a wonderful time, great view, clean room and I am very satisfied with the services provided. I will be coming back to stay on my next trip!

The resort was so outdated it looks like the early 80s and the service sucks the people didn't clean the room properly I have spent my last dollar with them

We had a great time at The Deauville Beach Resort. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to shopping. Wonderful service. Hotel rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Very disappointed with our stay at The Deauville Beach Resort. The people at the front desk were unfriendly and not helpful at all. The lobby of the hotel is extremely beautiful - looked as if it were a 5-star hotel when we arrived. As soon as we stepped off the elevator onto the 8th floor and entered our room accommodations, we were very disappointed. The room looked as if it hadn't been updated since the early 80's. No blankets on the beds - only sheets. TV was very small (13"), not to mention it was a tube television. The wall panel was missing in the bathroom, which left open plumbing exposed and sounded as if something was scurrying around inside the open wall. The biggest downfall was all of the "extra" fees we were charged upon checkout. There was no parking on the premises. Instead we had to park across the street in a parking garage of which we were charged $30 per day. There were also amenity charges for use of the pool, beach, wifi, beach chairs, beach towels, etc... of which we did not use any of these amenities but were still charged for them. I wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone - it was a very big disappointment!!!! We ended up checking out a day early because we weren't comfortable staying another night there.

wonderful from the moment we got in. staff very friendly, pool staff amazing . coming by if you needed towels , drinks etc. they even called for izza for us cause the tiki bar stop serving food after a certian time

Started off bad where they over booked us , they should have phoned us ( and others ) , anyway got to room eventually after much complaining , room was clean but balcony door lock was broken , great Ocean View from Balcony , hotel is older but clean , parking nearby at $30/day , only a couple of smaller restaurants near by , they where cheaper and ok , Hotel was ok for a couple of days but wouldn't do a week.

The rate was high considering that needs a lot of remodeling and manteniance.

When we checked in the hotel had an old musty smell that got worse on our floor. The first room we were in, the hot water didn't work and it took them over 2 hrs to get someone to look at it then get us switched to another room. The second room, tv picture was horrible and fuzzy, the water would just completely stop flowing while in use. No upgrade or discount offered! Room service was ridiculously slow and poor. No clean towels in the mornings, didn't pick any trash up in our room. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! This website told me that the hotel was rated 3.1 out of 5 stars before my vacation, but it is showing 1.5 stars now. I'm not happy with anything about the cost for the quality of this hotel.

We will not recommend this hotel. The staff were rude, NOT helpful, arrogant, etc.

Okay this a heads up for those of you who are traveling on a budget. The price that you get for your room on hotels.com doesn't cover for additional fees when you get to the hotel. My stay at deauville was amazing! The Ocean front room was so worth it. The double beds are the same as how you see it in the picture. Only down fall is that the room was very small. They need to update the bathroom and re-paint the walls and doors. The people at the checkin counter were not friendly.. Everyone else on staff was great! The hotel is right on the beach.. Meals at the hotel was very expensive. If you love to party make sure your on the right avenue. Collins avenue isn't it. I didn't rent a car so it was costly taking cabs to the clubs and other areas far distance..But if you have a car then you can drive wherever you like

Worst hotel by far I have ever stayed at There are motel 8'a that smoke this place. No hot water, holes in walls, no blankets, 5.5 miles away from SB Security is rude

my stay was ok. the room wasn't bad the ac was cold but the bed sheets were just super thin like paper. the parking is $20 a night and it's not even valet?!?! that was just insane

Based on the rate for this hotel I expected more. The room was dirty and very dated. The hot tub was luke warm. Would not recommend staying here for this rate

Had a bit of an outdated look, but the location was great, the beach in the back was great, and everyone was nice.

What a JOKE! The Lobby is beautiful the grounds nice, and how deceiving!!! We were told they up graded us to an executive room... maybe for a homeless person!! the entire 15th floor should be condemned!! I took MANY pictures of how this place really is!!! Flood stains on the carpet on the entire floor from probably 20 years ago! Our room was NASTY! we asked to be changed to another room as it was so bad I was scared to even sleep on the bed! They denied us...I would NEVER GO Back even if it was FREE!

Good beach and swiming pool hôtel bad condition very old no maintenance no hot water no valet parking

The wifi was not working. The Hotel said they don't guarantee wifi in rooms which is not what was informed by Hotels.com. LAN wired Internet was however available. The only place wifi was available was in main lobby. When you enter the hotel, it gives you a great feeling. But rooms are poorly maintained. The electrical sockets don't work. Very loud outside the room. Poor wall insulation... Can easily hear voices from next room even if not loud. The room service will come, change towels and make your bed... that's it. If tables are dirty or room needs vacuum, they'll do do it but have to be called repeatedly. One good thing... for a dollar, you can get good coffee from a vending machine 24 X 7. Also beach and pool are right there. $20 a day for the umbrella. Pool medium sized. Not as big as shown in pics. Overall, I am not happy to pay such a huge amount for what I got.
