I feel that the resort always had there hand in my pocket. Parking costs $20 per day, should have been free, $7 for a bottle of water was a rip off, and there was only internet access in the rooms. I went to the business center to print something and I had to pay to us there computers, not my laptop, because there was no wireless internet. The breakfast buffet was very expensive.

Hotel lobby is beautiful, restaurants were great, and staff awesome. My only complaint is the rooms and hallways were outdated and small. I guess for the price we expected a little bigger. All in all its good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I was surprised to have $17 "resort fee" per day and $15 per day self park fee.

Great location, quiet and great views of fireworks displays every night. Pools and hot tubs were fantastic.Food was horrible and very overpriced. Staff were not helpful and slow with requests. Room was ok in size but bathroom was small and hard to maneuver around. You had to shimmy in to close the door to use the toilet.

Location is great--access to all that Disney has to offer. Restaurants and service very good. Beds very comfortable.

No complaints!!! We would choose it again.

Our room was glorious! On the fifth floor corner of the hotel with a lovely balcony that we could watch the fireworks at Disney from & enjoy our coffee the next morning too. Beds were comfy & it was very quiet. Restaurants were wonderful & the whole area is beautiful. We will spend our anniversary there again next year. Thanks hotels.com & Disney Swan Resort.

The location of the hotel is perfect and the pools are wonderful. I was disappointed that our hotel room was not serviced and when we came back from a long day at the park it was not relaxing to head in to a room that was still a mess. We ordered room service every day for breakfast and my son's milk for the cereal was sour. I asked them to remove it from my bill and they wanted to know if he ate his cereal i then reminded them that i had just said the milk was sour. Unfortunately we will not stay there again.

The Swan Resort on DisneyWorld property exceeded or expectations for comfort, convenience and amenities. The beautiful atmosphere added to our Disney experience.

We travel with the kids each year to Disney. We've stayed at the Swan in the past when we were dissatisfied with the place we had been staying ( Pop Century once and off site another time). This time we stayed our entire visit and had a great time (and saved a bundle over regular Diseny prices). The location is great right between Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Plenty of good restaurants too.

I had a great time. We were greeted by Valet. Then when we went to check in they have nice refreshing lemon water. The Customer service was wonderful. Everything was right there for us and because it was our first time it was convenient. When housekeeping cleaned our room they made our beds and our sons crib which I thought was so cute. I definately can't wait to go back.

Great staff, great location.

Very nice complex - can use the Swan and Dolphin hotels- transportation to parks - great location. Only complaints are that the jacuzzi wasn't working and the hotel needs to be updated - some areas looked a bit rundown .

I am someone who frequents the Disney world area quite often. I usually stay in Disney owned hotels but this time decided to try something different. Wow what a mistake that was. The employees at the swan were unfriendly and acted like you were bothering them when you had a question. The hotel itself had a really nice lobby but the rooms and other areas felt very old and kinda run down. I will never stay at this hotel again especially for the price.

This hotel is clean and for location. They are "not" a Disney property! Do not be fooled. I have stayed here at a number of times but will rethink this option in the future. With the daily service charges for water and wi-fi I could have stayed at a deluxe Disney property that does not charge for these things. At first glance thr price of tge room looks like a bargsin but when you figure in the additional cost the room price works out to be about the same. The valet parking is also quite expensive. I have taken the brunt of these cost for the last time. I will look for a true bargain for my hotel stay or take advantage of the amenities at true Disney resorts. I am sick of being fleeced!

This is a great hotel, great location and the staff was excellent. We were there to go to Disney World and the hotel price on Hotels.com was fantastic, however... There is a $15 PER EXIT charge if you self park. There is a $15 hotel fee that is charged which gives you internet access and 2 bottles of water. I was only disappointed with the PER EXIT fee. I thought that was excessive and is why the rating wasn't 5's across the board.

Perfect location and upscale hotel to enjoy the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival. Pleasant walk through the boardwalk to back entrance to Epcot. We had an amazing time and hotel was amazing as usual. We wll be back!

I give the service and overall rating low scores for the following reasons; The hotel is nice for convenience to the parks but I hate it because of the service charges. The outrageous service charges leave me thinking in terms of going to another hotel in the future. $14.00 a day for two bottles of water and wireless service which I do not use.. I have my own wireless service! In addition the fees are crazy for valet parking! This experience leaves me thinking of choosing a different hotel in the future. On the surface when booking this hotel it looks as though you are getting a bargain but in retrospect. The cost is about the same as a true deluxe Disney resort which this hotel is not! Do not be fooled! The service fees need to be complained about more! $14.00 a day for two bottles of water... Crazy! Oh, and I didn't even get my water every day of my stay..... Beware of service charges. Stayed here a number of times but sick of being fleeced! Not worth the extra charges!

Good Hotel for Disney but not Great for the money. The front desk is Excellent and the prices for room service are reasonable for the kids. However, watch out for the Valets at this hotel!

We were pleased with the Swan for the most part. We only ate at the hotel once. We had to go to The Dolphin for casual dinning. We ate at Garden Grove at the Swan for dinner. Aziz was our waiter, and was awesome. One piece of advice, don't book transportation thru the Swans online concierge service. Our ride from the airport to the hotel was great, but our return to the airport was a disaster. I called the day before our departure to confirm and they had no record of our return reservation. They did pick us up at the correct time but had not charged us. We were told that it was their mistake, so they would cover the charge. When I got home, the charged was on my credit card. I was disappointed because they didn't honor their word or own up to their mistake. When we go back to WDW, we'll probably stay at one of the 4 hotels that is connected to the parks.

The Swan is Disney's conference hotel, thus the hotel's primary focus is the conference traveler. It's sister hotel, the Dolphin, has more family amenities. If you are in search of easy access to Disney property and a quieter location than the family friendly hotels, try the Swan. I greatly enjoyed the fact I was on Disney property, did not have to drive anywhere, and had a peaceful quiet hotel to return to after a day at the park. The Swan is part of a chain of interconnecting hotels that make up the Epcot Resort area, the Swan is within easy walking distance of the Boardwalk and more dining, shops, and entertainment. The water shuttle from the Swan takes you to the back entrance of Epcot, it was an excellent and unexpected bonus.

Great location.Easy access for activities.Our group ranged in age from 17 to 65.Hard to keep everyone happy but somehow we did.When checking out I noticed we were charged 15 dollars plus per day for two bottles of water and phone privileges.Everyone in our group has a cell phone,you have a cell phone,totally unnecessary fee.

While the Starwood Swan is a nice hotel, it is overpriced for the venue. The restaurant staff in some of the restaurants were terrible, however the higher end restaurants (Blue Zoo and Il Mulino) were excellent. The $14 per day charge for bottled water and WiFi was ridiculous. The WiFi was very slow and spotty. I couldn't conduct business at all using this service. I'll stay again though as the Boardwalk Area is prime realestate for those visiting Disney's EPCOT or Hollywood Studios parks.

It was very nice and beds were comfortable. Plan to pay high prices for meals.

Very convenient to Epcot & Hollywood Studios, and only a short bus/shuttle ride to Magic & Animal Kingdoms. Rooms are nothing special, but beds are comfortable and grounds/amenities/services are great!

Although the hotel, surroundings and room were fine we had unacceptable service in getting to the Disney park. The benefit of staying at a Disney resort is supposed to be the early and convenient access. There is a shuttle bus running from the hotel to the park which is supposed to start at 7:15 so fans can get to the park for the opening at 8:00am. Our three families were there at 7:10am and the bus did not arrive until 8am which means we got up early for no reason and worst of all missed the opening of the park. We called and went to speak to the bell desk and no help was provided. We are avid Disney fans and this was unacceptable.

It was a great week vacation, the Hotel is really good...the cleaning not so great...but in general we like it a lot. For sure we will return to this hotel in our next Disney trip.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. A nice, easy walk to the Boardwalk area.

The stay was nice. They force you to get the resort package which is another $15. And you have to pay for parking. If you are going to Epcot it is great; Magic Kingdom is another story. You have to catch the bus and it runs every 20 minutes or so and is always packed.

Everything was excellent, except the hotel charged me resort fees, but I thought in my hotels.com booking these charges were included. they charge $14 per day for internet and two bottles of water!!!!!!!

I have stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan a number of times over the years and it consistently meets all my needs. Love the location -- walking distance to Epcot and other Disney attractions, plus convenient to a number of fine dining spots (love Il Mulino downstairs) and entertainment. The rooms are starting to look a little dated, but the heavenly beds are still just that -- heavenly. The room was acceptably clean, except housekeeping staff needs to do a better job of making sure their long black hairs are not left in the sink, on the toilet, or on the bed covers. Eww. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel, and am certain I will stay here again whenever I need to travel to the Walt Disney World area.

Good location and convenient to all sights.

The first room we were assigned smelled musty and the air conditioning was not working. The staff quickly switched rooms for us and they were extremely helpful. The Swan is convenient to Disney/Epcot by water taxi. We would certainly stay there again.

Staying on a Disney property gives you perks that make it worth the cost. The hotel was a bit outdated but well maintained.

The swan has amazing food and good service. It's a bit worn from use and too much trouble to get to parks. Will stay on monorail next time for sure. Took 45 mins to get to and from Magic Kingdom. Shuttles were very crowded.
